Hello,

My bother-in-law received a call from unknown number saying he is from Indian Army and he wants to sell a bike for 15000 Rs. As my brother in law is not much aware of online frauds and not educated well, he paid the amount around 15K to his GPay. This incident happened on May 21, 2020. I got shocked after that fraud has been happened on behalf of INDIAN ARMY. I am providing more details about the case here.

Both the numbers are still active and active in whatsapp as well. He is speaking in Hyderabadi Hindi accent as I am from same place and talked to him about the deal and made my brother in law realise about it after the transfer.

I am attaching the pictures for more details. Please take a proper action on this as this is very shameful as that guy is cheating on behalf of our pride INDIAN Army.

I send money of rs. 2120/- after that bike and four wheeler delivery receipt/courier bearing no. [protected] dated 19/05/2020 was received via whatsapp...

I hereby want you to inform that i wished to take a second hand phone so i've seen one iphone 8 plus add on olx.
I talked to it's owner that i'm interested in buying that iphone 8plus.
He agreed and the deal was done. He asked me to give him 1000 advance on google pay for the courier service. And the rest amount after getting the phone.
He told his name as anand kumar singh.
He lives in jaipur. He said that he works in army cannt in lucknow
I asked about proof, so he sent his adhaar card photo and his i'd card proof which made me believe on him.
I was interested in this deal so i continue talking with him.
He said that i will get that iphone 8 plus within 24 hrs. Then suddenly he called me and said that he had kept that parcel on hold. To unhold that parcel he demanded me to give 50% of the overall cost.
To which i denied.
Now he is neither sending my parcel nor returning my money back to me.
I just have his adhaar card photo, i'd card proof and his google pay transaction number. Hi
I just hope that you'll help me to come out of this problem. And return my money back to me because it's really a big matter for a normal student.

This guys cheated me by saying that they want to buy some goods from me for thier base camp in chiloda gandhi nagar gujrat and deducted rs.49000 from my account.
Thees guys are using indian armys id and doing fraud on the name of indian army
I request to consider my complaint and plz provide the guidence and other procesure to gey back my amount
Indian army should take responsibility or should do something needfull plz
As i alrady lodged the complaints with cyber cell and local police but i request the army and consumer form should also consider my complaint.
The fraud is done on 19.05.2020 day before yesterday.

Sir iam rakesh kumar digal from kandhamal district my number is [protected] i saw an add in internet to puchage a bike r15 v3 and od 02 ay 0912. He told me to submit 3120 for army postal service department for delivery charge then after few hours couriour boy call me and told me that u have to submit 7000+500 for open red cheif card once again they told me to re submit 11000 money and u will get the bike in between 30 min after that they swithoff thair mobile plzzzzzzz suport me for this problem

He is cheating and playing with all of our money to pay asking money and sending id cards of indian army

I just saw. A add in olx a car swift vdi then i contact the owner of the car mr aneesh menon then he told me to pay an advance of 5150/- i paid the money then he provided one slip of indian army parcel service. Then the courir person contct me then told send 21500/- i just paid again but then they called and sayed their is a problem still you need to pay all the amount then only you will get the car and they send their id proof and oll
I paid the full cash now i didnt recieve the car still
Now their phone is switch off
I lost 135000/- cash plz make somthing on this i dont know what to do

Sahil kumar iphone s e 32 gb, he told me price is 6500/- and he say to first pay half amount rs.1000/- i paid via google pay rs. 1520/- immediately his ask, then, one call came from his partner mr sanjay kumar say to me pay courier charge & all then after remaining amount pay rs.480/-. I paid total rs.3000/- i m waiting phone but they don't pick up phone, so they done fraud with me help me sir i need my money back take action on them they done like this with so many peoples help us thanx. There are so many picture send me i send you your mobile phone. But not received.

I been cheated by theja d a in regards to royal enfield classic 350 cc. (He said he is a amry constable at samshabad airport).
This guys has sent us pix and said he was posted in shamshabad air port and will deliver the bike in indian army transport. He said for the initial clearance he need 3120, which i've paid through google pay and he send challan airport service army transport receipt.
Next day he said the army transport has been started so i need to pay 9999 rs which i refused initially but he said all the amount will be refunded if you don't like the bike so again i've paid the money and he said it is fine.
After sometime again he said the document been changed to your name so you need to pay a final amount of 12, 500. I got a doubt but since they are army people so i trusted them once again. So i told them i just got 10, 000 they asked to transfer and after that they said you need to transfer the whole amount in one go and asked to transfer 12, 500 again and now i really thought something fishy and i said i'll come to airport and check he initially said come and after that he said even though you come here you need to pay. Then i confirmed they are fraud.
These people are disgrase to indian army.
I request indian army to take a quick action so that no more innocent people will be a bait to such kind of fraud.

This fellow called me with cell no [protected] introducing himself as an army personnel based in jaipur. He called me for some craft requirements through my website. I said that truecaller is identifying him as fraud. He immediately sent the photo of an army personnel dressed and named as zora singh, he also sent photo of canteen card and pan card. Beware of this person.

Actually mere brother ne facebook pr ek jora singh name se indian army member ki id pr ek scooty ki sale dekhi or ushe fr kharidne ki bat hui fr us person ne phle kha courier tax lgega 3225 ka fr gst tax kha 9, 999 nd then ye tax vo tax krke he has fraud us with maximum 40, 000 rupees
If this will be happen again and again how could we trust on indian army please help!

They have posted samsung ac for 12500 and said first pay 5, 000 for courier and then pay on delivery i have paid on gpay after that aa few hours later i received a call from courier boy that saying send the amount the govt will release the item then i have paid 5150 and they said it was invalid transaction pay 5100 one time and 50 another time i paid again now they said pay the gst for the item which will be refunded on delivery time i have paid 10, 300 and they said they server was down pay again i have paid 10, 300 again after the few minutes the courier boy switched his mobile and the courier sended person also switch finally i have done 43k rupees☹️

I have given a ad at olx. At 9.00pm a guy name rajeev ranjan kumar called me and that no is showing spam on truecaller. After that manjeet singh called and i took that call as it was showing bluecolour on the truecaller. He said he want to purchase my good and want to make advance payment of rs. 5000. He first told me make a rs.5 transaction and i did in return he gave rs.10, which i first didnot agree, he said it was army account and the...

Myself mohammed shahid ahmed, from hyderabad. I saw add on olx regarding vivo 17pro which the amount was 9000. So man named my jora singh called me and send me the phone pictures and all. After that he told me to pay atleast courier amount which is rs. 520/- and i have paid. After sometime he called me and said gmail amount has to be paid first. He conviced me alot and we had an argument on it and at the end paid the rs. 2999/-. After that i waited for the call. He called me and said me that you have paid the amount wrong. 1st you have to pay the amount rs. 2900/- and the rs. 99/- and then i got angry on him and he said no problem sir you paid it once more time and the courier boy is on the way he will return the amount whole amount through cash. And in the end i said him to return my amount. And he said by evening it will be done. I dont no what is going on here. Kindly i need help. Please do the needful.
