I saw an ad on facebook and thought of buying a bike (Pulsar 220) dl 8s. By 3940. A person who told his name as shivankar phone - [protected] told him as an cisf army officer and asked me to pay the money via google pay to number [protected], so that he can get the bike released from army transport office. To prove his identity - he sent me his official identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 2150/- transportation charges via google pay. Post this - he asked me to transfer another remaining payment rs-16850/- in three installment so that he can get the bike and papers released. Unfortunately - i transferred him the remaining amount. On questioning about the bike - he asked me to transfer further rest amount 11000/- more so that he can deliver me the bike in hand at 10 minute, so i transfer the money. After that he further demand 11500/- for security charge by this time, i realized that i am being fooled by this guy and i told him that i am going to file a complaint against him. Instead of switching off his phone, he said to me that you don’t know power of cisf army and used wrong word about me as well well as our indian system, he further said that he is well known about the court process and there bribe system you can't do any thing.

Totally i loosed 30000/- which all details are attaching here…

I would request this matter to be urgently looked.

I contacted the seller
He told me he is from army and it's the rule to play 1050 rs online then the phn will be delivered to my address and i found a review abt him only.. And when i spoke to him again he was scared and he deleted all his messages..

Frauds use that type of photos & id proof (Which i attached under) and use this mobile no. ‭+[protected]‬, he said that he is a army man and want to sale his mobile for money problem. And after that he ask for courier charge that i’ve send and he gave me courier boy no. ‭+[protected]‬ (He’s also fraud). After that i’ve recieved call from courier boy and he is ask 20% money advance for surety to receive courier, when i realised for fraud and don’t pay money thand that fraud call me and say i’ve many contacts in army, i[censored] don’t sent money than i’ll show u...

I have received a call from [protected] and he says his name as havaldar manjeet singh today 7th may 2020. He sent his id card details and sbi atm card and said he works for indian army and is come to hospet bellary karnataka on a deputation and wants milk of 20 liter per day and will be transferring the money in advance. Asked my bank details. When i provided my phonepe or ifsc details with account number, he requested my atm card and he does only card to card transfer and asked for the otp. It is a pure case of fraud. Pls rake proper actuon on such people. When i searched through google, already many have raised complaints on this personand same id's havebeen used by him.

One two wheler vehicle was purchased from mr sajad ali.But our dealing was rs 23000 but after this dealing confirmation we r agreed for courier . but courier boy was asking fine charges and i also given to fine charges to Indian army transport services. I am also paid to all dealing prices.But courier boy was again asking insurance .why im giving insurance money .Stil i am not received my given online money

This guy name Vikas Patel is operating from OLX, he has posted an add about Air Conditioner for 10k rupees. He send his identity proof (adharcard, army card) to make me belief,
Once the deal is done, he will asked me to pay the Indian army post charge and rest amount COD. but after sometime some courier guy will called me and said that there is some technical issue you have to pay half amount.

And if you don't pay they will give threat to you that Indian army will take action against you.

Inshort courier guy, Parmil Kumar are threating people in the name of Indian army.

Such a stupid Indian Army people i have never seen, how come you take this kind of ### in your organization or all the people are like this.

If you guys don't have money you can beg on roads on why this kind behaviour, i don't know did they born from one father or many fathers.

Such a ### people of Indian Army.

If still their is any sincere officer requested you to please help us to get my money back.

But still not giving my money and sahil kumar mobile phone switched off.. I saw phone on olx after that i contact with person anil kumar he said that he is a army man. He asked me to pay 1000 before deliver the phone after lot of talk i sent him than next day he asked me for full payment. After so many talking to both anil kumar and courier man i paid 6000 for full payment. After that they again asked me for 5100 as security. Than i told him to not pay anymore. He said that your order is cancelled for 90 days. And payment will return after 90 days. They told don't call him. Please tell me what i do?

Yesterday i saw a ad on olx regarding phone, i contacted the seller, he said he was from army and he was selling the phone due to financial problem, he told me to transfer 1100 at first as courier charges, after few min later courier boy said to deposit 2999 but by mistake i transferred 3000, he again said to transfer 2999 only, so again i transferred 2999, later he is saying that it's late, you need to pay 5500 late charges, but i denied, i asked him for the refund, he is not picking up the call, i have all the details

We trust our army ppl, some of them are misusing the name of army, please find them and take severe actions against them, i m a student, i transferred all my savings from past 6months, kill those who misuse the name of army

मैंने olx पर मोबाइल पोस्ट किया जिसने लेने को बोला फिर खाते में पैसा भेजने को कहा फिर बार कोड स्कैन करने को बोला तो इसने अपने खाते में पैसा ट्रांसफर कर लिया ये आर्मी मैन बनकर लोगो को लूट रहा है बहुत बड़े पैमाने पर ये फ्रॉड कर रहा है । आपसे निवेदन है कि इसको अरेस्ट करके इसके ऊपर उचित कार्यवाही अवश्य की जाय जिससे और लोगो को नुकसान न पहुँचे। धन्यवाद

Chief manager sbi cppc panchkula hariyana dear sir my pension documents vide ppo no.[protected] were forwarded to you by dy cda (Army) allahabad on 25 jan 2020 for cediting of monthly pension and arrears with effect from 01 apr 2020 to my saving accounts [protected] at sbi boniyar baramulla till date the said sbi branch has not recieved your copy of ppo to start my pension. I am badly in need of money. I have no job now. Please look into my situation and do needful.

I am a wood charcoal seller in ranchi and i got one call today that he is calling from indian army and require charcoal. So after all the dealing he told the advance amt can only be transfered through phone pay or google pay. He tried to cheat me through fake names and phone pay. Kindly look into the matter seriously as it's a very bad name for the army and country. All the pics and details are attached for your information.

I had been cheated selling mobile with low cost and saying indian army officer he had posted mobile selling ad on olx app rs 5100 he askedme txt in whatsapp no ([protected]) i texted and i have make call to him asked details to get mobile hey gave me an number to pay money for. Send courier charges. Mobile nmbr that he gave me ([protected]) i sended the 600 rs deliver charge and make a phone call asked should pay half of the amount for mobile i said deliver the mobile i pay by cash on delivery he not accepted and refuse me to pay the money immediately and then only ur mobile will will dispatched to ur location is said by him. I paid 2250 and he accept he sent courier bill. After 10 min txt me and said to send money o[censored]r mobile fully and u will get the mobile in hand he said he sent amount 4998 and and i paid and waiting for mobile he said wrongly paid pay one more time the 4998 it will refund to u said. And gave an help how to send money want pay 1199 +3799 he said i paid one more time but today is reaptedly saying want pay one more 4998 i and i scolded him and i will complaint that person is saying im an army no one can do anything like that saying.. Please kindly asking im an from poor family. Enquire them and repay money plsss kind request

This is Sai Bhargav from Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Today[protected] I viewed an advertisement in OLX for the Canon 5d mark 3 Camera for rupees 31, 000/-. The advt. was posted on the name of Prem Kumar. with the phone number ([protected]). He insisted me to chat over the WhatsApp instead on the OLX chat section. on contacting the user, he introduced himself as "Avadesh Kumar" working for the BSF in Domlur Cantt Banglore. While I asked him the identity card for the Army, he was not happy to provide that due to security reasons. All the product images were sent on the WhatsApp. After a while, I was asked to pay amount rupees 2, 150 form the confirmation of the deal to the [protected] (which he said it is the Army Regiment google pay ID, )out of which the 2, 000 would be refunded if back to me in the cash if i dislike the camera. I transferred the amount which was highlighted in the name of "Aijen Seema" in the Google pay profile.

Later while the parcel was ready I was asked me to send rupees 3, 065 for the Army Security checkup, out of which the 65 would be debited and will be refunded in the form of cash from the delivery boy. I transferred that amount on the same given number g-pay id. On the later call, he said the transaction was not for the 3, 065 instead to was for rupees 3, 167 and added that as this is Army regiment account, he can not provide the refund, henceforth he will give a total of the rupees 6, 232 through the delivery boy as a refund. He later handed over the phone call to some other person (as the higher authority) for confirmation. he then sent me fake images of the parcel packed in some random amazon old boxes, while he had the camera original box in the photos provided to me earlier.
After a while, he forwarded me the number [protected] of the courier boy named " Ravi Kumar" working in BSF 156 BN ranked ASI/RM bering personal number "[protected]". Ravi Kumar promised me to deliver the parcel by 10:30 AM in Vishakapatnam to my doorstep on date 29th April '20.
It seems to be a fraud happening in the OLX as the phone number [protected] shows the name "Jora Singh" on the WhatsApp display name. This name has complaints on your website earlier as well for the same fraud over the OLX by fake Indian Army officer, which was resolved later by you.
I am hereby attaching all the available details related to this Advertisement in the attachment section
please resolve this to get my amount of rupees 8382 *(2150+3065+3167)* at the earliest possible time.

I shaw a advertise on facebook of a royal endfield classic 350. Registration no. Wb06q0053, when i call the number that is given on the advertisement he told me his name bijoy sardar, he worked in indian army now his posting in durgapur for last 2 years.
If i want to purchese this motorcycle he will send me via army transport
For the transportation i have to pay the courier charge of 2160 rupaybr...
