This is regarding against the frawd done with me in by so called indian army man name which has id proof of army, canteen card as a proof to show to customer that they are true. But unfortunately i was trapped by this so called indian army man with his real or fake identity from olx... As i saw a add in. Olx which with which i was attracted as the price was ber less so i thought of contacting the user, when i called i found out he was a indian army. Man from jaisalmer rajasthan, so during conversation he told me to submit rs 5150/-as transport parcel charge which he will be sending from indian army parcel transport the next morning and told me you dont have to pay any money other than this now and agter receving the parcel the swift car then you will be goven 5 hours to check the car then gove the rest ammont if you agree to purchase or yoir transport amount will be refunded.
And now the next day of receving the parcel (Car) the call from indian army transport comes that u need to pay 37000 more as a security as it is written 25%baned. Then i called him and we met in a argument and he started abusing me. He even a gave a builty (Recipt) to me as a proof of parcel dispatched.

So its a frawd in the name of indian army man and parcel transport. I request you people not to purchase anything from olx in the name of army man transprt with the story.

I also request if somethong could be done of this and my money could be returned any how

I got call from this no.[protected] and he said i am from army i want to purchase some furniture from. Me. I am a furniture dealer. I sent him some photos of furniture and he selected 3 products from that. I given quotation for him rs 44584/-. He asked me send account details and gpay no.. Then he started me sending request in gpay of 5000/-. I opposed him to approve request. He started saying this is army merchant cash machine. Machine accepts payment when approve 5k link.

I contacted on olx for mobile and same day[protected] he send the parcel with 1/3 as advance and he also provided me invoice of army postal service of total amount.
He had provided me his army id and picture of army postal service office (Inside). So i got relaxed he transferred 3700/- same day, next day courier boy named sanjay singh called and asked for full payment with insurance amounting 50% of purchase price. So i asked his id, and received the same. Again he called and asked me to transfer same insurance amount but this time in 2 ways like 6000/- and 160 /- which will be refunded when product received. Now at last he asked me to transfer final payment of again full amount for security reasons and same will be refunded in cash or reversed way.
This time i got them and told to cancel my order, so they told that parcel will be on hold till 24 days and then refund will be transferred.
Money transferred via paytm and chat via whatsapp.
I have attached necessary files. Kindly guide me what i need to do now.

Hello i saw an ad on olx for bullet 350 selling 80000 by manjeet (Indian amry 5th para). He give his contact no.
After having chat he say he is indian army and provide the bike detail, adhaar and service liquid card.
After that he insisted to me pay 5150 and army parcel delivered to my location.
Still i pay 75979 as the requested account also say army transport.
Please find the details of fraud guys.

The modus operandi is the same
I was cheated of 25000
Same transfer money to paytm
Same fake aadhar card same military canteen card
Same courier story
You believe because he is an army guy and pleads for money saying he is new to the army and will loose his money and phone and fraud job??
Crime is committed in the name of indian army???

I have visited facebook site in yesterday morning to purchase a car in that kailash named was added some photos of car and prized sell for rs.1, 75000 and then i contacted him he called me then then the final cost was fixed for 1, 70000 after that they told the car will come from military vehicle because i am army person and posting is lacknou and he sent some id proof and address then he told to pay as advance as 5100 and next paid till vehicle reached your destination which in that 165000 will be refunded after meikle reaching you like that all the process was done but till now is there no vehicle was arrived and like this i got fraud by this please suggest me what to do next

Just now i got in to a trap of online fraud. I found an add in old related to nikon d5600 at an attractive price. The person send his pan card photo _
Pan_ giopk4082c, and showed himself as a indian army officer.

He insisted me to pay 50% amount as advance rs 9000 and rest after delivery.

I was get info by olx and the add was about apple iphone x 64 silber color he firstly setteld all the talks then he said that i will courire the parcel by tomorow he gaved me all id proof of army and adhar card he also edited the pics of courire department and he messge me the video of packing the parcel my moral has been down also the name of the person is pradeep chankankar he fulled me very badly and the courier man i have talked said that i will get the courire by next day but it didint recived to me

After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the car details pics, rc of car, his adhar card and canteen card details. After i was track car no. Who is registered on satya dev singh. Mr. Vikas said me that satya dev singh is him brother in law.
After that he insisted me to pay 4150 rs. And...

Sir mera name Pramesh Chaurasia h, army person ne mere sat fraud kiya h, usk add Quikr mai dekha th mene, bo gadi ki value 130000 dal kar rakha th, usne bola mai army person hu or uska transfer chennai se jammu hua h to bo gadi seal karna chahta h, usne mujhe rs. 7120 gadi book karne kely mage or rs 5120 NOC ke liye to mane biswas per uske Account mai dal diye & balance amount car delivery ke bad dena tha, iske bad usne car chennai se delhi ke liy book ke army parsal se lekin, dusare din uska call aya ki jaipur mai gadi k petrol khata ho gaya h to AAP ko 10thousand dalne hoge tabhi gadi milegi aap ko tabhi mujhe laga ki bofraudd kar raha h, tab se aaj tak usne call attend nai kiya.

I saw the ad of mahindra scorpio br09 r7101 olx. The contact number ([protected]) given on site i got. I left a whatsapp message on 05/09/2019 saying that i am interested to buy the car, because price given was less than expected. Same day in the evening he called me saying that some urgency is there so i am selling the car at little low cost. He gave the brief and told that i am an indian army, my name is balkrishna currently posted in kalyan, maharashtra. He said that total courier fees is 14300.00 so you have to send half the amount and i will send the car by courier you verify it if you like we can have a deal and to gain the trust he sent his canteen card, aadhar card, vehicle registration certificate. I verified the car it was on the same name rakesh balkrishna. Finally i agreed to send 7150 to him on the paytm accn registered on the name of rakesh balkrishna more. After 20-30 minutes he sent the receipt (Overnitenet.com) that we have dispatched the vehicle from kalyan, maharashtra. After one day on 07/09/2019 a call came from another number saying that i am a courier boy
The car is with me and you have to send rs18999.00 to activate gps of the car. I denied. Then call came from previous number balkrishna he sent some more proof. He sent his aadhar as well as canteen smart card.
So i sent the money to the account provided. I will attach the account detail. Next he demanded rs31999 i given him that also. Then again his couries boy called me and said to deposit rs70, 000 then i denied to give anymore. Again balkrishna called requesting to give money then i said i don`t want any car give my money back then he want 90 days time to return my money. Till 20/11/2019 he was in contact with me he was say me that he will return my money but after when i call him he abuses me badly.

I have a complete believe on indian army, i have no problem if the money goes to an army person but someone is spoiling the name of indin army. I am shocked how those who do the fraud, got so many id of indian army person and the issue is going on from last six month. Why police is not taking action.

Please help me i have taken that money on interest i have to return that money to money lender please help me to get my money back.

Sir I have seen an advertisement on OLX I contacted the guy he gave me his WhatsApp no nd ask me to chat there he told me he has purchased new phone so he is selling his new phone oppo A5 for which he has sealed with me in 3000₹ first he says that I have to pay on delivery later after sometime he calls me nd ask me to pay 1150 as parcel departure fees I paid that fees nd next day he calls me nd said that vehicle coming to deliver got with an accident nd ask me to pay 1150 if I want delivery I refused to pay so he starts me convincing that it's army rule nd as accident came with vehicle you again have to pay 1150 otherwise ur parcel will not be delivered I again paid 1150₹ later he again calls me nd said that the delivery boy is asking to pay the full amount 3000₹ in one time nd he says that the 2300₹ I paid already will be refunded while delivery in cash I refused so he ask me to pay remaining 700 out of 3000 I paid that nd after sometime he calls me nd said delivery boy is asking to pay full amount in one time I got ruined sir I have saved a penny penny to gift phone to my mother but he looted me sir in name of army plz help me sir

I m not sure if it is a right platform to post this but i need help.
2 people claiming that they are army officers from bangalore regiment have done fraud with me.
In the name of indian army they have goofed me up for rs 35000 now and are demanding for another rs 10000. They are threatening me by saying that if i don't pay the remaining amount i will be put in jail for 2years. There names are manjeet and pramil kumar.
Manjeet wanted to sell his phone and we had a deal of rs 18500. I made the initial payment. The officer who was supposed to deliver the package said i have to make the half payment first. I did that. Later he says there is some technical issues due to which i have to pay the entire amount. I did that too. But is the intersting part they made me pay an extra rs 12500 stating indian army will pay it back. This is just a security amount. Later this officer pramil started demanding another 10000 which i denied, to which he started to threaten me that i will be sent to jail if i don't pay and take the delivery.
My ra 35000 is stuck. Need help
