I m mr. Nakade. I saw add on facebook on 11 feb 20 regarding i 20 car. Person nammed constable ajay yadav in bsf (I m not sure he is same person who cheated me). Contacted me and sent all details pics of car and documents. (This i 20 car was registered on mr. Onkar shashikant pote.). So mr. Fraud told me that he registered this car on his friends name because he local person. And now he is getting tansfer to jammu in couple of days thats why he wants to sell this car in less price (220000).
He ask me to pay intially 5k for delivery to army circuit transport account sent by him n again he asked me that this amount is still not showing in army transport account. So sent it again and he will adjust it in final amount.
As he failed to deliver car in given time. I called him and asked him about cause then he told me i need to transfer another 21k for clearing the delivery challan made by army tarnsport office. I felt this doubtful and refused to pay and scold him for using army name. Upon which he told me that if i will post his add on facebook then he will pay me 500 rs per add.
Friends be careful for this guy in future. I appeal to army / bsf to take strict action against this guy.

This guy was selling realme x on olx. I contacted him. We talked and he sent some id proofs and pics on which i trusted. Then, i searched on typed the name of the respected army officer and the suggestion went filled with fraud and all, it was over. More internet researched confirmed the fraud.
Lost rs.1050.in the name of courier charges.
He was talking in the name of honorable india army and shri manjeet ji.

Hello i saw a add on olx for activa 4g by person name krishna He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 3000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 3000 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.

Hi... Im olx bike hero splendor im search im 1 selected. He is army person amit kumar. Im give courier amount 1700thousnd but vehicles no hand over then 50% pay after vehicle hand over that person saying i'm lost my money please take complicated and very distap my mind i'm very bad habits that person please qick arrested and corurt produce that person thank you......

I saw a add on olx for a bike duke 200 by a person name pradeep kumar, he gives his contact number.
After having chats he says he is from indian army and provide the bike details like rc insurance, pics, liquor card etc...
After that he insisted me to pay 3000 rupes
For army canteen to start the processing of bike to delivery
It will be delivered in 24 hour maximum...
After making lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers
I payed 3000 to the accout which is named as in army transport
And he said me it will be delivered within 24 hour and next day aa courier boy call me and asked me to pay the amount
Like security charge, gst charge and all
Then only i will receive mail from army transport after that i will deliver the bike
But now only i understood they are fraud
Chetaing me
So am student but am also cheated with indian army so i kindly request to refund by money and punish that frauds

A similar incident happened. I shall explain very clearly the modus operandi.
1. Add posted by me of a home marble temple.
2. With 30mins of posting I get a call named bishnoi (as per truecaller).
3. Like a fool I quickly agreed for a price -10% very soon.
4. He said he can transfer via paytm/phonepe only.
5. With reluctance I agreed as I was insisting on gpay.
. Then another person calls me with Ravi Kumar (as per truecaller)
6. Later he sent me QR code with some fake message typed saying ' xxxx' amount transferred.
7. On carrying out the further steps, it was actually a fake QR code with a money to be received which was 10 times the amount.
8. All this time his another agent stays on the phone line while you do the txn.
9. So when asked with why such a a large amount, he laughs and says that's his balance .
10. Be careful as that amount is what you will be paying via paytm UPI.

12. Verify the aadhar card.its mostly not genuine.

13. The entire conversation is smooth and fairly insistant like a broker/ middle man type.

I have kept an product on olx, a person called stating he will purchase product, he sent army machine qr code to scan to check whether the money is getting transferred or not, 5 rupees debited and credited, then automatically 10, 000 got debited, the person is saying only he can receive money but cannot send money, tried to contact user multiple times phone switched off. Sir i saw a car with his contact no.in olx. It is the contact no. Of sahil kumar. He cheated me that he is an indian army n the alto k10 bearing no. As 12 j 2617 which belongs to him is selling. We discussed about the price at 95000. On the next day, he asked me to pay rs 5100 for ua home delivery id-proof documents. So l paid. Then he send me the card n i think it was true. I asks if he is a fraud person? He said, how should i do that kind of behaviour that's not good for all o[censored]s., for forsake, maa ki kasam. Ok then he asks me to pay rs 21999 for gps n then rs35500 for gst n then rs 21500 for full payment, so i'll get us car by this morning at 9. After all the payment is done, a few minutes late, he replied, all the transaction n vehicle transportation are now, banned for one month, so u'll received ua car after this month, he said. I asks him to refund my money but he said after a month, after a month. I was shocked when i heard his answer. Those men are using the name indian army for the sake of money n make sick someone through this advertisement. L humbly request indian army n police officers n the lawyers that to find out those fraud people n punish according to the laws. I mention those people as follows:

On[protected] today morning itself i have transferred money through google pay 3150/-for number [protected] account number[protected] for shine bike model 2018 finalized for 30, 000/- and paid 3150/- as transport charges from domlur army transport camp bangalore to at yenkur bhalki 585328 person name : masroor ahmad mulla contact number [[protected]] said me that bike will be delivery door step and remaining amount i can pay after deliver of bike and now the delivery boy says that for chech post i have to transfer 50% of the amount i kindly request you to provide solution for this and delivery boy contact number : [protected]

I saw a vehicle in olx and i called on the number he said that he has transferred to bangalore so he want to sell his vehicle, he offered me for rs.23, 000/- and said that you can see the vehicle and make the payment.

He called me after few minutes and said that i am giving the vehicle in army transport and you have to pay rs.3, 000/- for this and balance amount after receiving the vehicle. I said ok and made the payment to him, now he is telling me that do the balance payment, after receiving the payment the bill will be generated on my name later on he will deliver the vehicle to me.

I am jaydeep patel from lucknow. I ordered a phone from olx. He called me asked for some money submission beforehand and sended his id proof details. His no is [protected]. He asked for money on the name of insurance and services charge. He is also calling frequently. He told me that ge is in indian army so i beleived him. But cheated and did not send any mobile

I want to purchase 2nd hand furniture for my home so i started searching in olx and came across advertisement posted by muskan.
When i called on [protected] manjeet has received the call and as per him he is in indian army.
He told to pay 5000 as advance and remaining 15000 after delivery.
After some time i received call from delivery person vikas who asked me to pay 5100 as gst which requires before delivery. After some time i received call again from vikas who asked me to pay 9900 rupees which is total amount.
Like this i totally paid 45600 rupees and now i realized that i got cheated.

I paid him 520 RS as courier charge
Then I paid 1500 for phone amount which 30 percent of phone amount
Then in the next day a courier guy calls up and told me to deposit 5200 for deposit which will be refunded after deliver ...
I paid that 5000 also then again he called up and said more 5999 I should pay for insurance I denied to pay as I lost trust on him now when I am calling him he is not picking my call only and he is answering any message also pls help me out with this please sir I am very poor guy pls help me I need my money back pls sir pls help me ... And in phone pe his name is as (SANJAY Singh) he has taken overall 6000 from me and not delivered a phone yet pls help me it his number is[protected] this ... Pls I need my money back ...

I seen a add on OLX by a person who is in the army and her transfer happen and he want to sail her car he comunnicated on what's app he assured me that he is in the army
After that he called me and said you have to pay 3150rs on phone pe
After that the car will be couriered to
To your current location I paid 3150rs on phone pe
After that the person sended me a receipt of army transportation
After seing the receipt iam very assured the have in the army
On next morning the person who is couriere man called me and said your parcel is just near about you
And you have to pay 11000rs after that your parcel will be couriered to you I argued with the person he said me to communicate with the owner
I called the person owner of car who said he in the army he said you have to pay the amount 11000rs I argued with the owner but still he said your parcel will be delivered after paying the amount

My name is buddhadev dey, my home is in debagram, under barwa police station in murshidabad district of west bengal.
9675 repees for fraudulently misappropriating me by saying that i was wrong and that many reversed.
I sent you some proof sheets and some of the documents i gave her. She was sending call recordings.
Take strict measures for this and arrange how to send my money back, and please do not let anyone else suffer like this.

Sir, i have seen an add in olx and he said like he got shifted from the city where he posted ad to mumbai. And he said so he want to sell his furniture. I asked him that i will see the product in live. He said it is not possible and then he said like to pay me token amount of 2000 and after that he ships the product. Now i have padi only 2k and now he send some reciept and asking us some more money but i found it as fraud. Please help me what to do

I have seen an ad in quikr on the name of muskan
And i have chated with him in whatsapp and made some conversation in phone call also to buy a sofa, washing machine, bed, dining table. He said with my mother i will give those items for 18k and "i am from indian army and i am selling these items due to the transfer". And he said i am in the airport. But he said first pay 1k rs in google pay and after you got those items pay the remaining...

Ajay yadav is a constable of indian army (Bsf), his id no-473868, unit/hq - cswt bsf indore, his adhar no[protected]. His contact no-[protected]. He posted a scooty (Activa-gjo6kc2610) for sale on olx. Then he take money from me for army currier charge. Then take insurance charge. But he not send me the scooty. And blocked my number.. Please open a case file my complaint.

Selling on olx with images of royal enfield 350 cc with cost of 45000 rs and their name showing a indian army person from rajkot they provide their original canteen card by name of kaushal kumar patel.
Then i confirmed to purchase bike and send him 3000 rs by google pay
Then after one hour their mobile is switch off and no response to me so as soon as possible to solve this problem
