I saw an ad on olx application for a mobile phone and the advertise owner claimed to sell a device in very less price than other advertisement in competition.
I tried to test him.
He asked for address and then he said he will do share courier receipt.
As i am a graphic design knowledge keeper, his shared receipt was a photo on which the data was added later by an editing software.
And the receipt was from indian army parcel service.
That too was fake because of many spelling mistakes.
One thing was clear that he is fraud.

I received a call later that that person has booked courier and i have to pay 4000 + amount for this.
I informed the advertise owner that i am registering a complaint on his name and then reporting here.
These olx company doesn't verifies the ad properly and supporting fraud like this.
They should have a very strict verification process.
Of collecting the government approved id cards from the advertise owner.

Phir 28dec 2019 morning me call aaya 10:36 par usne kaha aaj holiday hone se apko parsal monday ko melga

Mujhe bad me yad aaya ki mujhe market me kam h
Mene socha ki me parsal bhi le kar aaunga
Phir mene kuch time bad call kiya to phone switch off aa raha h
Mene jis se phone ki bat ki thi use bhi call kiya uska phone bhi switch of aa raha h
Or jeske acount me pese dale uska no bhi switch off aa raha h...
Mere to 16000 rs to gaye...

Also faced same thing. Advance paid 1020 and later informed to pay 3100 towards gst otherwise army canteen security will not allow goods outside. I paid. Later he told balance also to be paid for release of goods i. E. 5880. Again told that, 5100 to be paid otherwise they will not release then i get a doubt and informed i will not pay anything unless products received to reach us. He has shared his i'd i. E. Manjeet and his no. +91 [protected]. Transporter name vikash patel [protected]. Both the numbers still valid but quikr told, if i paid directly to them it is not their responsibility. I lost 10000. I couldn't able to do anything even their numbers are working.

I got into touch with those peoples by online cardekho site . I have transferred them thirty one thousands by in three different times . Just believes that army peoples will never cheat atleast . But today morning came to know that it was seriously fraud . Please do needful and stop this cheating in the name of indian army tag . They uses the name of indian army to get trusted by me .

A person named Hafiz has started cheating people by making a fraud that he is selling a phone using Indian Army name.
He used the below numbers to do the fraud.[protected] and [protected]
The incident occurred on 27/Dec/2019
He used the name Sahil Kumar to create the fraud.
He tried to steal 16k from me saying that he is different places in Andhra Pradesh.

On 26 december i visited quickr for buying scorpio bs 4, 2014 model. Price -200000 lakh rupees. The guy told me that he is from cisf or army he told me price of car is 210000 lakh rupees and when i negotiated he agree to give me in 2 lakh. He told me that car will come at 27 december 12.30 pm. At 12 pm the one guy called me he said he is from army cannt transport office. He told me to deposit 11, 500 rs. Then he will release car from transport manager office. I denied and told him to return my amount 5200 rs. He refused to give me amount. This scammer guy is really worst he will manipulate with your feelings, emotions and he is a great cheater.

Pankaj kumar (Army officer) ne olx pe samsung a30 mobile ki add post ki thi,, maine us se baat ki usne 3300 rs mai deal fix ki or bola ki m bhopal mai hu or kaha ki mai isko courier se send krwa dunga or bola ki 320 send kr do mujhko. Army officer hai keh kar maine us pe trust kiya to,,, uske army post office k courier boy ne 1500 send krne ko bola maine kr diya fir bola ki rules k hisaab se 1502 krna padega wo bhi maine kiya baad mai 1550 or managane lga,, maine mna kr diya or refund amount army officer se managaya to usne 278 rs or mangane lga maine mna kiya pr apne paise 3300 rs wapas manga to gaali dene lga plz request to you sir mere paise mujhe wapas. Dilwa dijiye,,, or ase logo ko saja dilwaiye jo army k naam pe logo ko thug rahe hai. Or kisi ko dobara asa dhoka na de sake..

Hello i saw a add on olx for wegon r car by person name kavinder kumar. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the car details pics, rc of car, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 3000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 7400/- (1st time 2000/- and second time 5400/-) as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by next day morning. After that a guy (Pankaj) called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining 21000/- money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.

Hi i am adil arafat from thirukalikundram. I saw a bajaj pulsar rs 200 ad on olx after i request his contact number. A man named parmil kumar from army office in pallavaram
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his photo. And fixed the deal amt for 42 k which was posted at 45k
After that he insisted me to pay 42000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 42000 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by 2 hours. And later he send me a pic of parcel and truck and vehicle packed in courier. After 2 hours a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
These bloody [censored]s are using name of indian army and cheating people like us so pls army look at it and resolve our problem.

K from bangalore, i recently attended the or selection in mrc wellington ooty, for tradesman post, i cleared all my physical and medical fitness, and appeared for cee, i am a ncc 'c' certificate holder with a grade and a graduate, i have given my ncc certificate and did not write the exam, as exam was exempted, but i am being rejected, and my roll number is not come in the result sheet..
A unknown army person named suresh from asc north bangalore threatend me that, he wl fail me in the exam if i did not give him money, he knows the officers in the mrc regiment ooty, but i dint give him any money, and also raised a complaint in army recruitment zone bangalore. I just want to know whom to contact and lodge a complaint on the person made me fail, though i was an merit candidate.. Sir/mam kindly please accept my request and reply to my mail as soon as possible..

Sir i have been cheated by the name sahil kumar who said that he is serving an indian army (Ssb) who stay in west bengal. He want to sold his car hundai i20 nagaland register number with a sum of rs 90000 (Ninety thousand only) so he told me to deposit rs 5000 for parcel charges.
And after i deposited the said amount he send me the photo of army parcel slip. Thus i believe it was true. Later he asked me to deposit rs 21999 for gps....

Have seen an car add in quickr, shown maruti vittara breeza for 270000/-, so i have asked to send details.

On my watsapp,
He send a challan, airport service army transport.
They mentioned service charge 3100, and 16999 for some other charges.
Transporter called me and you have to pay this by online...

Army person manjeet he firstly saying to me send 520 rupee for packaging. Then telling me that pay 3000₹ tracking. Then saying i am already saying to you send 3150₹ not 3000₹ then i telling him that ok i will pay 150 ₹ of remaining then he saying no... Our rules and regulations saying that pay 3150₹ at one transaction. After transactions (At morning of 20 december) was successful he saying all amount i will paid to you means refund to you. Then i call him at night littrally he abusing me. Please get action on him. My total 26000₹ he stolen from me.

I posted added on olx for saree sale and a person approach me was of indian army his name is manjeet and working in jajjar district. He told me he wants to buy saree and will sharing qr code just scan it and with tha qr code he just swapped all my amount in his own account.. Its really feel like somone i dont be able to trust amry officer now please see to it and please dont post anything or buy anything on olx i request specially with army officers.
