I approach to buy tvs Jupiter UP 16 BP 2724, from olx by Sepoy Vikas Patel. we discuss and deal on 14000 for TVS JUPITER, I pay him 1550 before sending parcel rest of the amount we discuss pay at delivery time. Then again he called me and asked me to pay 5199 rs 2 times total of 10398 rs nd he told that its security money nd u will get the money back when ur item will be delivered. Then after few hours again he called and said to send 7199 rs and he the army courier service has reached barol nd it will be refunded to u . Then again he said that he has reached dankaur nd i have to pay 11199 rs for insurance as a security purpose . Then i said that i have no money left and then he harrassed me and told me to pay 11199 rs otherwise u will not get the money and item delivered which i paid earlier total 17694 rs. I found all this is fraud activity . I want police to caught these person and help me get my 17694 rs back. below is his detail.

When i saw add on olx of maruti suzuki swift car then i message him to then he send me mobile number his name is parmil kumar and he is in indian army and price of car is 55000 then deal is final in 50000 all incident happend in 14/12/2019 then he send paytm number to deposite money 5000 for parcel receipt then he send me receipt of parcel. After i get receipt of parcel and i belief on this then next day he calling to me and told your parcel is ready to deliver and its on the way and then again courier boy call to me and told your parcel is on the way you need to pay half amount i pay half amount 22400 again i am send full money paid 45000 then again he told me send me 24200 for proof for refund your money. I am send to the 1 lack rupees to this person but again and again he his demanding is incresed then i realised he is fraud... About more than 1 lack rupees i am paid to him...

My only request you is to indian army officers to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.
Also to build faith he has shared his army id, pan card id, canteen id, bike photos, rc photos and his personal photographs in army uniform of himself and other and by seeing this one cannot disbelief.
Now he is mobile is switch off please take actions agianst this.

Actually once day i had seen advertisement on olx than i call him about product detail. He told me about product and send me picture of product details. After long conversation he told me i will deliver product by today and paid me delivery charge by online than i send money by google pay he told me i will deliver it by today but still not deliver any product. I asked many time i will paid money after meeting and and looking product. But he told me i can't meet because of security issue.

I was looking for second hand Royal Enfield( KA 03 JX 6161) on OLX where I met a guy Jitendra Kumar claiming that he is in Indian army, domlur camp. He sent his documents and asked mine for verification which I sent. Later on I asked for test ride. So, he told that I need to pay 5000rs as a security amount as the vehicle will have to come by parcel from army camp. I paid the same amount under Google pay transaction I'd[protected] on phone...

Sir even i was contacted via olx for activa 5g he offered af half the price and told me to deposit 3100 rs as courier charges and remaining amount at time of delivery, i was about to send him the token amount but finally checking online complaints on his name i came to know the fraud and was saved he sent me all the ids of parmil kumar. Thanks for posting online complaints, this saves people from such frauds. So even i'm also posting my experience.

I trusted that fellow his name is yogesh saini i’m a duke lover he ready to purchase a duke bike for 70000rs he ask a transport charge of rs 2150 i’ll send that amount via phonepayyy he said the bike is on way to delivery suddenly i have a doubt later i’ll searched in crome while using his name i shock to see that he was a olx fraud i’m ready to play with him 2 marrow i’ll # that fellow and trace him and # definatly i’ll got a bad experience i’ll never forgot that day my 2150rs has gone

I saw the add on olx for active 5g 2019 model seller name akash hiwrale - army person from hyderabad.

I contacted him on [protected] & fixed a deal in rs. 30, 000/- for the same.

I paid rs. 2000/- token amt. By google pay & he sent me the army postal courier receipt so i believed & trusted him.

2nd day i got a call from army postal courier boy mr. Deepak - [protected] (Mumbai) & asked me to deposit balance amt. But i wanted to check the parcel was ok or damage in courier but he was not responding properly.

As per his voice i doubted & called him again & again to see the scooty but he refuse to meet. The location as near to my house so i tried to meet him but he was not responding.

I lost rs. 2000/-

If anybody cheated like this please lets take action against them.

Ad dekha maine olx pe activa 4G ki 20000 ki baat kiye toh wo 17000 pe aaye fir bola 3150 pay karo gatepass ka liye toh humne diye bola subha apko miljayegi fir call aaye indian army transport se full payment karo fir aaygi active toh humne kiye fir aur fir bar bar aur paisa mangne lage toh nhi diye humne police bhi complain nhi le rhi hai. I just wanted to sell my bike karizma zmr for 75000 he msg my father and asked for the number.in call he told us he will pay 10000 in advance from google pay, and he told us to scan a barcode we scanned it but the 1st amount was transferred to him that is 10000 after that he told us to do it in one minute 3 times and 4th time the amount was 20000. The total amount went to him is 50000. After that he told us to change the phone number of paytm to his number nd took 15000.in total he took 65000 from us.
It's my request to plz solve this matter as soon as possible.

I had put up an ad in olx for bike sale. This guy called me and asked for the deal. He also sent his id cards which included army id, aadhaar card. He asked me for the id and by my mistake i sent him aadhaar card. Then he again called and was forcing me to use the phonepe app so that he can send the amount. Now when i told him that i will deal face to face and i am ready to put the bike sale on hold he was forcing me to use phonepe and put my mpin so that i can check and then he can transfer the amount. When i told him that i am not comfortable he told that he will send the id of his senior. Then i disconnected the phone. When i blocked and reported him in watsapp iost all the messages which i had done with him. Now i am worried that my id card might be misused for identity theft and can be used for anything. I request you to take some action against him. I was able to save his id proof which he had sent. Below is attached the same.
