I saw an add on olx.com by the name of neha jaiswal. She said she is posted in the nashik camp. She gave me her contact number and i called her. We made a deal for 20, 000, and she told i will send the bike through indian army courier and she requested me to pay 5150 rupees in advance to generated id for courier and this amount will be returned by the indian army during the handover of scooter and 50 rupees will be...

I was thinking to purchase a moped so i went through olx and i found active 4g.. I contacted him he sent me his aadhar card and he said he is in indian army so he sent me india army ka card too but all those thing was fake..
He asked me for 2500rs to book the activa and after that he said he stays in pune so he said he will send activa to bombay..
Even he sent me the documents of activa..
After few hours he asked for...

Sir i have seen the car on quicker online used car sale purchase site then login given the salers mobile no on my mobile no by the massage then i have told with said sallers, he was introduced to me as a army person and fixed the car shown me my city at pune and he was told me i have send the car by airport service army transport but car not received me but loss of rs22, 000/- approx because the said person miss guide and told the army rules, and o have faith for indian army

A guy named vikas patel who is fraud posted an ad in carswale for swift car and he sent me army parcel department receipt. His id card pan card all. But now after referring google i got to know he is fraud. I have paid him 40000rs already. Please help me with this soon. I paid him friday (08/11/2019). Please help me with this issue. I was cheated yesterday (11th noveber 2019) by an army person mr. Ajay yadav (As he said he is a bsf soldier) for rs.5100.

I request you to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and take advantage of civilians for indian army, also stop them in cheating others.

After that one parcel man called me and demand a remaining amount pay first at his office to his up location.

After that i understood that type of issue is mostly fraud.
And also one more thing a problem is here while i pay to him some advance that time a name of receiver by phone, it was indicate a another name of sunil.

So here is more cheat that type of violence are effect to our legal force.

So kindly check on that and kindly help for my refund.

I saw a add on marketplace on facebook about the said vehicle registration number - gj16c4815. I contacted the advertiser and he chat for the same on watsapp number [protected] and the name told sahil kumar. After few minutes he told me to send rs 2160/- for courier of the royal enfield. I sent the rs 2160/- to their google pay account linked with mobile number - [protected] named shorab shorab. Sahil told me that the vehicle couriered to you...

On 8/11/2019 i was searching for a bike in olx and saw the add with a bike a very low price .I taught of buying this and i replied in the app, then he sent me his number asking me to call .In the first call he demanded me for rs.5000 so that he would transport the vehicle i payed him, then he asked rs.8400 for the security deposit for the courier i refused but he started threating that i'll be not getting my money back . After around 4hours...

Husband cheating me and not adding our marriage in service documents almost 5months completed from our marriage and he planned for another marriage so he torturing me for divorce. Husband name ragukumar sepoy of 21fad camp ta anandnag jammu kashmir and we got married in may month and still he has not registered our marriage there and he blocked my contact now i need justices he has stopped the registration process and compelling me to give divorce i need justice

I placed an advertisement on olx to sell my bike, mr. Sahil kumar from 61st b. N. Ssb bhairabkunda (Assaam) showed interest in the bike, took my google pay information and transfered money into his account by telling me he's paying the money into my account. He also asked for my cards picture. He committed fraud of over 2723/- inr

He convinced me he's from the army by providing me with his id cards, told me there is only one way to pay me for my bike via google pay! Asked me to trust him and follow his way of making payments via google pay. At first he tried scamming for 18000/- but fortunately it didn't work. Hence he took small amounts by making me believe that he's transferring money but instead was taking out money from me.

I have kept sale of my bike on olx and person from army viewed and interested to buy the vehicle. Upon discussion, as an advance he agreed to pay token amount for confirmation of the bike. As a process, we asked to pay through phonepe. As per army account procedures, account confirmation needs to done. As guided by him i have added rs. 5, 5000, 10000, 25000 & 40000/- totalling to 80000/- is transferred to the said army account and in return he did send the token amount and also my added amount. I have sent all phonepe history to him. It is already 4 days past and he cheated me with wrong information. Please look into it and arrange the refund of deposited amount to his account along with compensation. He also forwarded request to other person and he also taken 3800/- through paytm (Amit). I'm feeling very bad that some people are telling that, they are from indian army and making fraud in olx and looting the money of innocent people, nowadays we are not able to trust anyone but the sad thing is telling our indian army name and making fraud and sending there fake id proof and there number is [protected]and [protected], this should be taken seriously and take an action on them it's my request. No body should do this telling i'm from indian army and making fraud i request my indian army look into this issue.

Actually i was cheated by an army person (Mr. Parmil kumar) for rs 5000 also this kind of people not only cheated me but they cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

I have become victim of cyber crime. On Saturday (2/11/2019) I saw a Car Advertisement on facebook posted by Madan Lal, after that i contacted to him on his mobile No. [protected] as well as we had communication via whats app. During conversation he had sent me photographs and video of car and copy of RC, Pollution certificate and car insurance certificate. (Photocopy of all these being attached with this application) After viewing all these things, i further talked to him regarding price of car which was already mention on facebook advertisement that was Rs 160000 (one lakh and sixty thousands only). I agreed to the rate and also told him that finalization of rate would be done only after satisfactory test derive and car inspection. He agreed to this deal. Then I told him that test drive and inspection of car would be done on Monday and asked him his address. This conversation was done on Saturday (2/11/2019). On Saturday he told me come to Shimla Army Cantt. On Monday (4/11/2019) in the morning when i called him regarding the visit for test derive and inspection of car, he told me that he was not in Shimla but in Agra army cantt, because he has been transferred from Shimla to Agra army few days earlier. He mentioned purpose of selling this car that he wanted this vehicle registration number for his recently bought new car. I thought he is telling the truth which is expected from an army man and I believed him. He asked me to send him a copy of my Aadhar card, PAN Card, Id card and one passport size photograph for further documentation (making of NOC) if interested in the deal. I believed him and sent him all these documents via my whatsapp on Madan lal whatsapp (no [protected]). Then, for all these things he demanded me 10500/ rupees and told me this amount will be deducted from car price during delivery of car. I sent this amount through my net banking to payTM bank account no[protected], IFSC CODE PYTM0123456 (account holder name Army office) in two instalments (1000+500), proof attached.
On Tuesday (5/11/2019) He called me on my mobile and said that the car has been dispatched from Agra and sent me the proof of dispatch on my whatsapp (proof attached). Then after sometimes, the delivery boy named Vikash (his mobile no.[protected]) asked me to pay Rs 31550 in single instalment but I sent him Rs 31150 in 3 instalments. Then he got angry, so I sent him again Rs 31500 in next single instalment for clearance of Challan saying that he had reached to Chandi Mandir, Pankula, Haryana. After 1 hour he again demanded 29500 + 29500 for GST and insurance. I believed to his request and sent him the amounts via internet banking and he again asked me to pay 27750 for security but at the same time he was just delaying the delivery. It was already 5 PM evening. Therefore I told him that the rest amount will be paid only when car will be delivered. He tried to convince me to pay but I rejected. He even said that the paid amount will be included in the deal and no extra amount has to be paid. But I refused to pay the last amount of Rs 27750. After that he stopped to talk to me and did not answer my call and also did not reply in whatsapp.
All the transaction slips will be attached to this application. Please look into the matter and do the needful. It is also requested to avoid further misuse of my documents for any purpose (banking as well as fraud)

I saw olx in one bike, he ready to sell but he is not staying the same state.

He was transfered to other state he wanted to sell his bike bcuz he indian army provided new bike to them

He says courier their bike to hyd via indian army courier parcel

I paid all money they didn't send me any scooter to address.
They cheated me 😭😭😭😭

I loose my money back please advice me.
