Respected sir,
On olx app i was seen advt of yahama fzs having ad id is [protected]. Make deal with them pay total rs 44, 000/- but they don't give me bike according to deal. Now they can't talk to me and switch off the mobil. So pls take action against them. These person say i am army officer and send army liquore card and army parsal receipt. Then i was pay amount
Total 3 no used in deal
1) for call [protected] (Yogesh pandit)
2) for payment [protected] (Nikhil sharma)
3) parsal [protected] (Sahil).

This is regarding complaint no 4169645.
Actually i am cheated today by an army person (Mr. Parimal kumar) for rs 48100 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to google his name.

I have done payment through google pay. Pls find the attachment image. Number for google pay is [protected]

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his tvs apache rtr bike for rs. 28k (Find the attachment) for bike ad, from there i messaged him and settled at 25 k. Yesterday i tarnsferred him 3100 rs. Today he called me ask to transfer remaining amount for army clearance. Again asked 11500 rs. For security issue from indian army side. With him one parcel guy was also involved. Igot a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in sandholi and i have to pay rs 11000 than again he called that balance 11000 need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again 18000 for insurance. Then i find something suspicious and tried to find his name on google. I came to know this is fraud. I found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly

Also to build faith he has shared his aadhar id, photographs in army uniform of himself and 3 ~4 persons other and by seeing this one cannot disbelief.
Please help me in resolving the issue.

My complaint is the dealer and transport are fraud with me i saw in olx scorpion in 190000 the deal final in 180000 after that i pay 4000 for transport after next day transport call me and demand 18700 and other demand 16900 for gps charge next demand 23500 to security charge next demand 32500 night holt and next demand 17200 to delivery charge i will pay all charges after that next demand 16500 for refundable charge dealer name pawan kumar pandey and money transporter name ram roop chauhan dealer no[protected] transpoter no [protected]

I have seen activa bike on olx and thought to buy. This guys has sent us pix and said he can't show the bike but if you don't like you can return us so we go ahead and made deal of rs 20k so first he asked me to transfer 2150 rs for transport changes after that 2 hrs he called me and said pune airport army custome clearance creating problem please transfer 9k so again i transfered after 1 hr i didnt get y bike then again they called me saying...

Tushar chandrakant desai from karad (Dhebewadi), irritating me and my family from different numbers, threatening (Dhamki) me and my wife. Numbers are, [protected], [protected], [protected]. He is following girls, from social media, fake accounts, from instagram, facebook, tik tok, so plz take seriously action against him, otherwise, i will complain to police.

Mr. Vikas patel with no. Ga[protected]u00 and no. 8037673k contacted me after getting my mobile number from olx. He called me to purchase my vehicle for 750000 and for which he agreed to send rs. 50000 as advance.

When i asked him to send through direct transfer, he insisted that he knows google pay. To make sure that google pay works he sent me rs. 10. Then he entered rs. 20000, which did not transfer again...

Aapko dena hoga jo ki aapko refundable ho jaega alto 800 kar ki kimat usne car ki kimat 85000 rupaye matra batai thi jaise hi maine 5150 rs. Dale to bolne laga ki aap insurance ke aur aapko dalna hoga 21150+250 rs. Aur muze gadi home delivery deneka promise kiya. Yahantak ki usane army transport copy whatsapp per bhaji. Useke bad usane pahale 5100 rs ki mang ki. Maine jaane diye huve ac per rs transferred kar diye. Uske bad turant gps ke bahane 7100 rs ki mang ki maine vah bhi diye.

I got a contact from a person called naveen singh singh army constable from facebook website for selling i20 2014 model car. He asked me to deposit 5150 so that it will be sent in army truck.
Another he asked me to deposit 14348 for gps on, Please help sir. I have all evidences of paying money in online. Please solve sir and please get back my money .

Car for 1.5 lakh and he said he is in a and is selling the car to overcome it and he is in jasalmer army. He told he will be sending the car via army transport. He told me to transfer ₹8400 as courier charges. He insisted on me paying the rest of the amount by morning to get the delivery. He also sent me the army bill which looked fake on deep inspection.

The guy presents himself as shrikant shrimant ubale, he is a constable in cisf. He sends me his bike royal enfield 350 photos, pan card, cisf id, aadhar card, and his photo dressed in army uniform. He said to me to send his bike from pune to mumbai he required a clearance from logistics department at airport where he is on duty in pune. That clearance amount he asked to me deposit in ajay kumar's ac in paytm bank which is in noida, he said that he is his senior and takes care of logistics and courier, i transferred the amount of 3120 in his account and then he sends an receipt of transfer for his bike, i had a doubt in my mind but this guy keeps on communicating with me to ensure i don't loose his trust, he was going to send the vehicle in army van with two of his officers then to cross check i try to track the courier so i asked him but he denied that the officer doesn't have a gps phone and uses a simple phone. From google it came to my knowledge that there are already these types of cases. After i read and watched on youtube i called him to ask him about bike and called the officer which was on the way, when i asked to atleast make some noise from vehicle to assure that he is on his way he denied and started talking very rudely, i called the guy which i had the word with in first place to ask him about his humanity and give back my money or else keep it as charity. They asked me to accept their request to pay them the same amount in the company name of balancehero india pvt ltd. They said by paying to the company they will credit the amount in my bank which is not true. Don't trust anyone in the name of indian army or navy or anyone they are fraudster and don't loose your money as i did

Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.295/- has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

Jaikishan sepoy submitted ad in olx for swift dzire car for 1.5 lakh and he said he is in a personal problem and is selling the car to overcome it and he is in ahmadnagar army. He told he will be sending the car via army transport. He told me to transfer ₹7150 as security deposit. After negotiations he agreed to split the amount asking me to send ₹4000. He insisted on me paying the rest of the amount by morning to get the delivery. He also sent me the army bill which looked fake on deep inspection.

I got a contact from a person called manjeet singh army constable from car dehko.com website for selling wagnor 2017 model car. He asked me to deposit 6100 so that it will be sent in army truck. Once he started his journey he keep on asking to send money as i paid 2, 16, 749.
When i asked him he was keep on saying i am near to your destination. Finally said i did payment late so i am returning back and will get back you money. Later there phone numbers are switched off. I got into trap sir. Please help sir. I have all evidences of paying money in online.

Dear sir/madam, in total i have made a payment of rs. 15, 310 (I. E. Rs.1020 to phonepe contact [protected] and rs.14, 290 to phonepe contact [protected]) for a bicycle of rs. 3000 (My finalized deal) because i initiated the transaction and i did not wanted to loose the initial payment i made, and that guy made me trust like anything saying about indian army and with all those id proofs which i am attaching it with this complaint.

Below is the entire story about this fraud,

I saw an bicycle ad on facebook and when tried to ask for an offer it was routed to whatsapp number [protected], there that guy said he will sell that cycle for 3000 and as he is from mumbai and works at mumbai military canteen, he said he will courier it through army parcel service and asked me to pay rs.1020 as an online transfer to phonepe account linked to mobile number [protected] on 23-oct-2019. Next day i got a call from another guy called rajender via number [protected] saying he is from army delivery and to deliver the cycle i have to make the payment and vikas asked me to make the payment to phonepe account linked with number [protected]. Below are the amounts that i was asked to pay in parts with different stories,
1. Initially 3000 for the bicycle which i purchased and vikas told me that i have to make the payment and then parcel guy will return 1000 back to me in cash.
2. After i made the payment of 3000, parcel guy said he will deliver it in 30 mins and then he called me back saying the parcel is delayed because we took the delivery after 5 and i have to make a late payment fee of rs.2550 which by mistake i made a payment of rs.2500 and so when i said i will make the balance 50 again they said i cannot do like that as army account will not accept it and i will have to make it in single transaction only. I hesitated to make the payment but then guy faking himself as vikas patel told you don't need to worry i am from indian army i am sending all my id proofs to you through whatsapp so you can go ahead and make the payment.
3. Later when i made the payment of 2500 and 2550, the parcel guy called up and said i just saw an email where it is mentioned customer need to pay gst fee of rs.3120 from which only rs.20 will be collected as gst fee and the rest will be returned in cash to me when delivering the cycle. I made the transfer of 3120 at once and then the parcel guy said which is not valid and i have to make the payment in two parts i. E. 3000 and 120 which also i made trusting army guy.
4. Later he said he is starting to deliver my cycle and after 15mins he calls and says i have to make an additional payment of rs.4000 and only then he will deliver, then i got frustrated and i did not make any further payment. When i started showing my anger over the money transfers i made, vikas and the parcel guy have switched off their mobiles from 24-oct-2019 till date.

I would need your help to get my issue resolved and i would also request you to punish these guys in a manner such that they will not cheat anybody else. Hoping to have best support from you sir/madam.

Please let me know if i need to take any action from my end.

He send me, car photo, id cards of cisf, and fake transfer recipt of army postal service,

I found an ad on olx about royal enfield 2019 old bike sale (Actually only 5 month old bike with proper rc book photo). He said that i'm going back to kashmiri due to transfer. So that i'm selling this bike for the lowest price. First, ask me to send the address, id proof, etc. Also said an army courier service will be shown the product if i interested, i can pay the amount and get the bike else i can return. Caller name (As per the conversation) parmil kumar +[protected].

I doubted this fellow and google it. I found more complaints online related to this fake call. Based on those complaints i came to know they will collect the money without showing the product. Be alert!!!
