Dear sir,

I was searching car on car dekho website. I got his contact no from the website and he contact me and he told his name mr. Uttamchand katria and he sent me car photo car no mh 03 bh 8626 and told me that car is at nashik and will sell the car at rs 100, 000/-ask my documents i. E. Addhar card & passport copy, he also forwarded me his army card and driving licence.

He told he will send the car via army parcel truck and he sent me receipt and ask me to pay rs 5000 on account no [protected], bank name : airtel payment bank, account holder name army service (Payment copy attached) for the delivery will be made on[protected]. I received the sms that mh 03 bh 8626 will be delivered by[protected]Sms copy attached)

On[protected] he called me and ask to pay rs 7001 for gps and on[protected] he called me and said that i need t pay rs 50% of the invoice value then only car will be delivered.

He forced me lot and ask to rs balance rs 38000/- and he said if i dont pay i will not get the parcel and i paid the money via money transfer rs 20000/- and rs 18000/ in 2 parts (Payment transfer copy attached) and after the called me and said deal is showing incomplete and i need to pay balance rs 50000/- they only car will be deliver than i refuse to pay and he told that car will be bent for 3 months the than call be again and ask to pay the money than i rejected the deal and i told that i dont want this product and give my money back and he told the your money will be refund in 3 months. I m cheated for rs 50000/-.

I have seen an ad of the vehicle on olx and contacted the person named m k vasu. He finalized the deal in 140000. He said the vehicle is in hydrabad shamshabad airport and should has to be parceled to indian army transport service for which i have to pay 11250 advance through phone pay. I paid the amount. After in the early morning i got a call that my vehicle has reached near to vijayapur and pay the insurance amount 21320 when i paid to insurance amount return got call its all done i will move away but cleare your gst amount then i will move away so i will pay 31500 return call sorry your amount will here but id not generated please do re transition this amount i pay cash when i reach on your address then i will be pay return amount 31500 after all this transition got one call a currier boy ok sir i am on the away to your location but i have orders to my senior remaining amount paid first after he will give me the vehicle. I paid all remaining amount through phone pay.

After that the delivery person told me to pay 11200 + 50 as security deposit then only my vehicle will be handed over to me. This money will be refunded as soon as i get the vehicle. So i paid 11250. Then again he called me and said i have to do again separate payments 11200, 50. So again i paid. Then he said due to double payment there is an issue. So you have to pay 16500 for that. This is the last payment. Then again i paid after this also he is asking me to pay 12108 as insurance policy. Then i realised that i have been duped but what to do now. A guy named "AJAY YADAV" had stolen 6000 rupees via googlepay.
I posted an AD on OLX for a mobile, he called me and shows his interest in mobile phone. HE said me that he will send me 2000rs advance and we had a deal of 4500rs.
In the evening he asked my google pay details. He called me and said to me that he has sent the money and wants me to check my balance details. The moment i checked my details i was out of 2000rs. He told me it was a process and my overall money will show after few time. AFTERSOME time i checked again my money status and now i am out of 6000rs. All my money is gone. HE claimed that he had sent me the money but i dont know how but he withdrawn all my money. HE is from RAJASTHAN. HE is posted in HYDERABAD. HE told me his family lives in NOIDA (SECTOR 144)

I requested him, called him 100 times but he didnt respond to me. From yesterday his phone is swtich off and he hasnt opened his whatsapp from past2 days.

I accept that deal and he tell car is deliver to your home and you pay only if car delivers

But he later get 5160 rupees from me and after ask 17000 thousand to me

He also said indian army has rules to pay 17000

Now he refuse me to meet

I want my money 5120 back

Ajay yadav serving in indian army has stolen 6000rs from me through google pay.
He asked my google pay qr code and he debited 6000rs in the denomination of 2k (2k*3=6k).
He is not picking my call or not even responding to my any messages. He is basically from rajasthan currently serving in hyderabad. [protected] & [protected] these are his contact details. Sir i am in delhi and i have no money to eat food or pay rent. He has ruined my carrier. I am not even able to study this is taking all my precious time away. Me bola me bareilly aa raha hun aur car wanhi se recieve kar lunga bola thik aao aa jao mene 10 minute bad call kiya address ke liye to wo aapke liye driver kab tak khada rahea me car wapis bula raha hu, me bola wapis 800 km ja sakti to 80 km rudrapur deliver kiyon nahi kar sakte to bola driver ki margi he me kuch nahi kar sakta me bola mene jo paise transfer kiye wo wapis karo to call kat diya aur bat nahi kar raha he. This all started when i tried to purchase used royal enfield. I saw an army person selling royal enfield at a throwaway price. I was interested in buying. His name is parimal kumar. I have attached all the proofs here. His team has multiple people, if we don't believe one, the call will be passed to his senior, to convince us to pay advance before vehicle delivery.

This people tried to call and pressurise me to pay an advance...

A man posted and advertisement regarding dslr 1300 d camera on facebook market. I want to buy same. The person sent me the i'd proofs employee id card and pan card which shows the seller is sahil kumar from ssb. Deal had finalized and he said to send money via google pay on[protected]Avinash prajapat) with security money and deal amount. I believed on that person and sent 28400 rupees in google pay of this number. But no product is received and no money back surity. He has made conversation via this number [protected]. The number of man who was coming to deliver the product is [protected]. Its request to plz do needful. He has made a big fraud with wlme. Plz help me in this matter.

I want to purchase second hand car so i show add in olx to sell swift vxi 2015 by rohit jain (Bhardwaj) from ahmedabad. As per telephonic discuss with him i have paid him rs.3150/- for tranportation charges online in the name of ramkumar yadav account no.[protected] ifsc pytm0123456 on 10.10.2019. The above soldier was loved & used my daughter since one yr back after one yr he refused to marry with my daughter and he told thate marry to another girl with recommendation of his parents i was complaint given to police station, elumalai dist - madurai (Tn) to marry my daughter with palani murugan m with immediate effect as the above solider was loved with my daughter after my complaint received by police station mr palani murugan married with my daughter on 09 jun 2019 at elumalai police station as witnesses of asi five police staff and 5th sh s muthu ravuthar s/o sethuramu gounder and s ramachandran s/o ramasamy gounder & 20 members of my village after married he shifted my daughter to his parent house, coimbatore (Tn). After he returned to unit after completion of his leave
(C) the above soldier was harassed my daughter through telepohne call he asked the dowry 30 sovran gold & five laths money required and you don't speak your parent i shall get. Out from my housing if spoken with your parents due to the above mentioned reasons, i cannot concentrate my your ready reference and take action.

2 in view of the above. May i request you to intimate/take action following and advise to the above soldier at the earliest.
(A) intimate present address of the above soldier
(B) publication of marriage part ii order and entered in his service documents
(C) to bring family of my daughter from my home to his present servicing address.
(D) to grant of maintenance allowance if indi is not brought my daughter to his present serving address
(E) i have 3 daughters and one son, rest two daughters got married and i have but 10 sovran gold for each daughter. But he is asking 30 sovran gold, i don't have capacity to do that.

Hello i saw a add on quickr for activa 4g by person name jaykishan. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the activa details pics, rc of activa, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 5100 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 5100 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
Now i paid him full amount 25000 but he want more money for dilvery 10, 000. I am also take help of cyber crime but they also helpleass. They didn't give proper response

Hello sir actually i had seen an add in olx for sale of altok10 pb08 dc 6228 car for 125000 i called him and askd the details he had sent me rc and all ids of him like adar card and army employee card. So i had seen all that i thought he is not fake. I told ok im ready to buy thn he told u need to pay 20000 for car delivery as if car is in agra i had transfered to kapurthala he told then i told i will transfer and i had transfered after that he told u will get deliver by night 8pm after 2pm delivery boy called me he told to send me 30100 as per company rule u should pay i want get order then i called to that guy his telling i am army man it not any problem pay that amount i help to all this document prob also i get some late but paid after 10 min he call you get delay so want to pay security deposit also then only i delivered your parcel already pay some amount so again i pay 37000 after 15 min he call to me asking balance amount also you want pay i confused too but already send max amount so already i spoke with vikas patel car seller i given 77100 only now bal take some days so send balance 13500 totally 90150 after he told already get late my officer went to home tomorrow morning i delivered then i thought its fake then i searched in google thn i came to know regarding this many people are doing like this fake.
Im kindly requesting to army department sir plss catch those guys who are blaming in the name of army kindly catch this guy and return my money. They first asked for rs5000 advance for confirmation so we paid and before reaching the destination they asked for rs13000 again but we said we won't give before we get the car, then he said your car won't be delivered anymore and we can't contact them anymore.

Sir my name is rishi raj i saw a add. Of selling a car (Alto 800) at facebook market place his name was bijendra kumar since i was in need and the car was looking good so i called him he also had a talk with my father and he said that he belongs to army right now posted in barmer and soon going to shift from here so he wants to sake his car but when details were asked then he said that this care belongs to my relative known as ramesh and on behalf of him only i am doing all the procedure he sent us all the documents like is aadhar card, army canteen card, army identity card, his photos as well as since he said that he belongs to army we trusted him and finalized the rate of 70000/- and asked him to come with his car or tell us the place where we can see it
He said that he will bring the car at our place only but for the some transport process he will be needing 5000/- so we transferred that through my upi then next day he said that actually some paper work was unable to process u need to send 25000/- more we asked him that in case we didn't liked the car then? He said i will return all the money back
Then he again asked for 20000/- more and finally said until and unless you are going to pay me the full amount i can't bring the car so full 70000/- was paid to him as soon as we paid he said that u delayed in paying the money you need to send more 20000/- we found something suspicious i asked him that i don't need the car because i am not having any money please return the money and u keep your car with you but he said i can't send you the money back and even not giving you the car
We went to the police station but the inspector chetak police station, udaipur denied to take the complain even because he said that already he is having many cases and can't take burden of more, we went to another police station then the police person said that this is not your area of living so we can't take the complain
Till the time the phone of that bijendra was working and he was receiving the calls i asked police too that he is responding please you can do something but he denied and said come when our senior officer will come, i went next morning but then also same reply from the senior officer that come after my senior officer come

He asked for 5000 for courier and 5000 for taking out some slip and he edited some slip and sent it to me. He confidently claimed that he is from indian army and he can never do a fraud. It was extremely embarrassing for us because knowing he was an army person i paid him out of trust and courtesy.
