Respect sir,
This is to inform you about online fraud that i faced while purchasing a iphone 6s 32gb internal memory. I had done payments to +[protected] this numbers was of a ratan singh dhankad army man. The first transaction was 2000rs from my google pay account then, he hold the courier and demanding more payment then my next was a 2000rs and 1000rs from my google pay account. Then courier boy said your courier is unhold but ur verify not completed then he said paid 3999rs half insurance amount and i will give 3900rs cash in delivery time then i paid 3999rs my google pay account after paying this amount delivery boy said your paying time is 8.20pm send full amount of insurance then i repeat paid 3000rs my google pay account then delivery boy officer send mi olx verification code. Then army man call me n said verified process is not able to complete paid last amount of 2744rs then he force me to paid then i will paid 2744rs of my google apy account. The he kept on demanding money and gave various reasons and i called mumbai courier office and army officer told me to paid a 4401rs amount as gst amount from which 14845rs will be refunded in cash in delivery time. Total they made pay 14744 rupees.
Where they again told to pay 4401rs which i denied and stopped giving money. They are saying the when u paid 4401rs amount the phone was delivered i[censored] not paid then phone was hold you and mobile phone owner (Ratan singh dhankad) not received a phone before 40days and the money you paied will be refunded by in a 40days or so but when i asked them about the receipt, proof for transaction they denied.

Someone cheaded me via olx.. I wanted to buy a bike.. So, i checked out olx and i like a bike the owner's name is anshuman singh..
The bike is bjaj ct 100.. And the is done in 23000/-
He said he is an army person and his present posting is in mathura, up..
He sent me bike's photos, rc, insurance..
He also said that he will send me his bike through military parcel service and it would be totally free of cost for me..
Now finally i have paid 37500/- till now and they still asking for 3100/-
Is this new india?
Is this library?
Are we safe in india?

Registrated a complaint with cyber crime all the transaction details are attached... Please help

Sir.. I anil kumar was done a deal on olx of royal enfield but he asked me for 5100 rupees as courier amount so i done but after a day on delivery date he asked 21000 rupees again.. I again transferred but he didn't parcel me any bike.. I believed him bcoz he is a army person but he is big fraud... Pls solve my problem. I'm in frustration..

Respected sir, parmil kumar the indian army soldiers has cheated with me in bike selling. He posted a r15 v3 bike for 75000, i saw and chat to him and deals that bike 65000,. He accept that deal and monthly 3500 pay to him acvount. Then he say starting delivery charge 5100 to pay fast after that the bike will deliver first i not accept that after he snd parcel service bill. After that i snd a amount to army regiment office google pay r paytm account no that account name is raksha ram. Then he said tdy evening bike delivered, i trust him because he told indiam army. I waiting for bike bt evening one person cl me am security ur parcel is ready and u now pay 20000 for mail prblm, the guy told am in nanguneri, that day evening i snd 8000 to that account. Later i chat that person parmilkumar and say the prblm he told sir first process complete, i told deal cancel and returned the money to me, he told army rule and regulation first, after i chat to him and he said 6000 last pay aftsr that no extra amount. I trusted him and say 5000 last amount and after any extra payment r any u will return the amount. He said that deal and return amount. After that i snd 5000 to google pay his name sushil kumar, now he said 50 percent amount pay after the bike is delivery. I said no extra payment r any otherwise money return to me. Now he will not response sir plz help him to return r delivered the bike after that i pay to him monthly account, now he is in coimbatore army camp and i had all details for that person and bike book. Details sir i am in critical because i got money from frds this month i returned to him so plz save me

Sir a man named parmil kumar from indian army has wanted to sell a scooty active 5g in facebook. I chat with him and he asked me to pay 3100 for army delivery parcel as it is rule. I agree to pay then he told me that product will come at 8pm. At 7 pm a man named ajay yadav as a delivery boy asked me to pay 50% of the cost as it is also a rule. I payed it then they are asking me to pay full payment. We trusted indian army and we paid. Then...

This so called army guy named Sahil kumar has cheated and taken an amount of 21000 from my Googlepay account . Every time the money was asked to transfer he would send a request and once I ok it money was debited from my bank account . Total 5 transactions he did like that and each time he used to say declined transaction but money was devoted from my account . Lately over the phone when I requested him to return my money he used to say give me ur UPI pin or PayTm pin . When I denied he said that he had all the amount in his account but nobody can catch him . Spoke with higher personnel’s if the battalion he serves, they too didn’t help me . He has also provided his service number of army .

Hello sir actually i had seen an add in olx for sale of i20 car for 120000 i called him and askd the details he had sent me rc and all ids of him like adar card and army employee card. So i had seen all that i thought he is not fake. I told ok im ready to buy thn he told u need to pay 20000 for car delivery as if car is in hyderabad i had transfered to kasmir he told then i told i will transfer and i had transfered after that he told u will get deliver by night 8pm after 8pm delivery boy called me he told to send me 25150 as per company rule u should pay i want get order then i called to that guy his telling i am army man it not any problem pay that amount i help to all this document prob also i get some late but paid after 10 min he call you get delay so want to pay security deposit also then only i delivered your parcel already pay some amount so again i pay 31500 after 15 min he call to me asking balance amount also you want pay i confused too but already send max amount so already i spoke with vikas patel car seller i given 90000 only now bal take some days so send balance 13500 totally 90150 after he told already get late my officer went to home tomorrow morning i delivered then i thought its fake then i searched in google thn i came to know regarding this many people are doing like this fake.
Im kindly requesting to army department sir plss catch those guys who are blaming in the name of army kindly catch this guy and return my money. This movement yesterday program today morning also i call him he told me bal 20000 payment do suddenly bill amount is totally 110000 my army rules this type i spoke vikas patel he telling i get return car i will pay return
I have all the proofs that i paid to him and ids which he as given to me.

So i had seen all that i thought he is not fake. I told ok i m ready to buy thn he told u need to pay gouri shankar paytm id[protected] to pay 4800 r for bike delivery as if bike is in mumbai i had transfered to nashik he told then...

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his bike from there he contact me and asked me to first transfer rs 2500 to his paytm no. [[protected]], then i got a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in pune and i have to pay rs 10000 than again he called that balance 5000 need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again. I got a call to pay 2100 more and bike will be delivered to me today. Today when i didn’t receive i searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly.

Also to build faith he has shared his army id, pan card id, canteen id, aadhar id, photographs in army uniform of himself and 3 ~4 persons other and by seeing this one cannot disbelief.
Please help me with this

I will like to share my experience of being duped by the self declared cisf constable bhajan saini s/o omprakash saini as clearly mentioned in his govt id card, aadhar card & his car rc. He said he is in need of money so selling his car maruti suzuki wagonr lxi. We reached a deal at rs2lakh alongwith his offer that if i dont like his car i may return his car within 1hr of delivery by the same army transport container. I believed him only because he was doing all these in the name of army person and we all blindly believe in our army and their honesty. He said he is sending the car via army transport container and immediately deposit rs4150 in transport manager seema bai burman paytm bank a/c with ifsc code pytm0123456. I sent the money. He said the truck is immediately leaving at 10pm from agra to newdelhi, the next morning the truck will leave newdelhi at 8am & i will get delivery in kurukshetra by 12.30pm. The next morning driver with mobile number-[protected]" called me to send rs17999 required for transport across other states & its refundable. Knowing the urgency i sent that. After 1hr driver told me that he has reached sonipat & his army truck gps has been stopped from head office mumbai. He will proceed only if gps is activated as per army rule which requires me to pay rs11999 in that a/c and if i refuse he will return from there. I smelled the fraud there only and refused to pay further.
The worst aspect of all such events is that security agency is not going to do anything to these people - don't know why!. The mobile number of the driver and bhajan saini is active, the paytm bank exist in noida, that bank a/c is active, that aadhar card and rc is available

This has to bring to your kind notice that, there has been fraudulent practices happening on Paytm accounts in the name of Indian army.

I have suffered from this when I was buying a bike from Facebook. The guy posted advertising said that he is from Indian army. He sent me his ID card. Then he asked me to pay courier charges followed by security deposit and half amount of vehicle deal in his Paytm account. I have transferred ₹24410 to[protected] and IFSC number PYTM 0123456 on 19 and 20 September 2019. Copy of bank transactions is attached. Then he has absconded and his mobile numbers are switched off.

I have raised complaint in our local police station.

Request you to look in this matter and take action against these Paytm accounts urgently.

Also help me in refunding this amount.

Yesterday i saw an odd on car dekho and i had contacted the owner for the car they told to deposit 10000 as parcel charges i did they given an receipt. And told vehicle has been sent via road transport. One more person called and asked to deposit security amount of 21150 i did. After one hour they called and told to ckr the full amount. To deliver the vehicle.
I clred 100000 still now they have not delivered and now all the numbers are switch off.

Actually i was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Sahil kumar) for rs 33000
Also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.

I was cheated on 27.09.2019 by an army person (Mr. Sahil kumar) for rs 33000

Sir i am very poor. So i sea in olx wagonr car. And he said send mony from my sir a/c no from 8100. I send mony from my ac on line transfer. But the send for mony 17999. For gps system. Then he said gst 24199. You sene the mony delivery your car. I send mony this google pay account and google pay account number is [protected] and his name is shivraj singh abd 36099 car security charge so total amount is 86397. And my deal done is naveen singh tomer and provide me duplicate receipt so plz help me sir and refund the amount

I had complained on 25/09/2019 about being cheated of rs. 17, 489 by an army official. That person has the name jaikishan and his photo id pooofs are attached along with this complaint.

He called me in response to an olx ad posted by me. By using phone pe, google pay, he pretended to transfer me money, but rs. 17, 489 got debited from my account. I had posted the bank statements in my earlier complaint along with photographs...
