I have kept sale of my bike on olx and person from army viewed and interested to buy the vehicle. Upon discussion, as an advance he agreed to pay token amount for confirmation of the bike. As a process, we asked to pay through phonepe. As per army account procedures, account confirmation needs to done. As guided by him i have added rs. 5, 5000, 10000, 25000 & 40000/- totalling to 80000/- is transferred to the said army account and in return he did send the token amount and also my added amount. I have sent all phonepe history to him. It is already 4 days past and he cheated me with wrong information. Please look into it and arrange the refund of deposited amount to his account along with compensation. He also forwarded request to other person and he also taken 3800/- through paytm (Amit). Hello i saw a add on olx for tvs jupiter (Mp09 un4354) by person name samarjeet kamat. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details.
After that he insisted me to pay total 3150 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him3150, 3150, 18700, 11500, 3000-total amount i transfered 38000 as the requested account is also saying army transport. Than he asking anather amoun

After that he said it will deliver by morning after that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment.

Myself biki akhter from guwahati city of assam. Mera complain information hein jo khud indian army me job kar raha bolkor fraud sanjay singh ke upar.
Introduction: mein sanjay singh ko nehi janta or kabhi mulakat bhe nehi huwa. Mera sanjay singh se batsit huwa olx ke doran whatsap mein. Mein ak add dala tha 20/10/2019 ko olx pe. Mera baik suzuki gs 150cc jo mein besne wala tha to mein olx pe add diya or as a customer ki or se sanjay mera baik ke bare mein phone kiya. Or wo bataya ki apka baik jo he wo mereko pasand aa geya or ap price bolo. Mein olx pe baik ka range lagaya tha 40000 thousend. Sanjay singh 38000 thousend mein fix huwa.
Date 21/10/2019 wo bola mujhe phone karke ki baik mera bhaiyaji lene jeyega apke pass or mein payment apko phone pay sein karunga. Or wo mujhe whatsup mein contace kiya or mein usko biswas nehi karunga jankar wo mujhe pan card or canteen card send kiya whatsup mein. Mein bola mera phonepay nehi hein bhaisahab or agor apko baik lena he to case dena parega or uske bad baik le jakte ho.
Date 22/10/2019 morning time 9/30 a. M to 9/50 a. M wo mujhe phone kiya or bola bhaiya mein apko payment kara raha hoon or ap phone pay google play store jake dowlode kar lijiye. Mein tab tak nehi mana or wo mujhe fouji ka kasam khake bol rahe aisa bola. To mein man liya or google play store jake phone pay apps downlode kiya or mera bank account apps se connect kiya. Or bad mein wo bola ap ak barcode ka screen shot mere whatsup mein send kijiye. Wo jo bola iski bato mein akor mein kiya or jeise usko screen shot bheja or wo mujhe pehle 5rupees mera number pay tranfer kiya. Bat mein wo mujhe 10000 ka non transjection ka screen pay mera whatsup number pe send kiya or mein thikse dekha bhe nehi. To wo fraud mujhe call kiye or bola mein jo apko screen pay bheja ap phone pay apps jake screen pay jake mera screen mein update karne bole jeise mein unka bato mein ake kiye turant 2second ke bd mera 10000 thousend uske account mein geya. Or jab mein mera account chek kiya mera account to 'zero' dekha or mein confused ho geya ko ki money double mean 20000 honewala tha or wo nehi huwa but mere account sein he uske account pe geya. Jab mein der matkarke call kiye unko wo kush faltubat bolne lage or mujhe maloom aa geya ki wo darsal fraud tha or wo mujhe target banake mera money le geya. Mein uske bad turant unka pan card or canteen card googoe mein verifiy kiya or wo bhi fake da edited tha. Mein jada der mat karke turant mera near brance mein jake brance maneger sein batshit ki or wo bola aplog young jeneration ho. Agor wo bole to ap kiu denge apko maloom hona sahiye tha ki ak janpehsan admi ke sath ap itna nehi karna tha. Or bat mein wo bola apka paisa leke wo fraud sele geya or wo ak fraud tha. Maneger be bola hum kush nehi kar sakte kiuki money to apse hi unke account oe geya he to wo ab return nehi karwa sakta. Uske bad mein police station jake ak f. I. R darj karya sanjay singh ke upar. Age kiya hoga wo mujhe nehi maloom bad mera wo mehnat ka paisa tha jo ki khud mein din-rat kam karke deeposite kiya tha. Aj mein bhi ye fraud ka sikar bana.
Notice: agor aplogo ke pass bhe aisa mesage ya phone jata hein fraud ka aplog turnat police station jake complaint kijiyega or kabhi bhi kisi anjan admi ko online transfer ya back account ka number mat dijiye ga. Mera aplogo sein ye request hein. Mere sein wo 10000leke geya or mein jindegi bhar usa pata lagake hi rahunga. Ab realized hua or ak accident jeise mind mein samja liya.
Aplog save rehna or savdhan rehna. Mera bhul huwa to aplog mere jeisa bhul mat kijiyega.

I belongs to punjab i see bolero car add on olx 14-10-19 and i message it for buy. Next day 15/10/19 he call me named parveen who is fauji and send me bolero car pics and his army cards and adhar cards i satisfied he convenes me don't worry i m army men i don't lie. He call me transfer online money his paytm account rahul partap singh no[protected] ifsc code pytm0123456, i transferred 5600 rupees from my friend account sagreev singh. After that he send me belti army delivered by overnite service. He call me on16/10/19 tell me car came at your address at11am. Then another delivery boy call me his no [protected] and ask me another amount 18300 rupees transferred. I transfers it by sagreev account on behalf of army men. After an hour he call me again transfer18000+300. I transfer it. After one hour he call me car security charges 27000+500. I transfer it by my friend gurjit singh account. After one hour he call me again transfer 15200 rupee but i told him m not send you more money. Then parveen realised me m army men. But i don't agree with his talk i ask him return my money he will told me after one month i return your money. Now both guys phone are going on. So please trace these guys and return my money. Yesterday i lost my 430000. There was an add in quikr about bullet bike is available for 35000, later he told me pay only rs.33000. I have booked the bike by paying rs.3120. After that he asked me to pay gst of rs.8880 which i have done. Again that delivery person told me to pay balance amount of rs.21000, otherwise bike won't deliver to you. I have paid remaining amount. Then he said he did not received the 21000. He asked me to pay 5000 twice separately. And now he is not picking my call. I need my amount rs.43000 back. Its my harden money.. Please help me.

I saw add on bmw sport cycle on facebook. I spock with person name was jai kumar (Facebook account name ramkishor meena). ([protected]). He said i am belonging to army. Solapur containment.
I deal with 5500 rs. Out of that i send 2500 through paytm (Paytm no. [protected]) as advance. Then he sent me indian army transport courier slip. And he told me as a indian army courier you have to pay remaining 3130 rs now then only they will ship it.
Next day i received call from courier boy praveen kumar ([protected]). He told me i am in pimprichinchwad and you have to pay 3107 rs as courier security amount and it is refundable. You will get it at the time of delivery. So i discussed with jai kishan and he said its army rule and you have to pay you will get it within 30 min. So i paid tolat 11237 rs for this deal. But again courier boy demand for more money and decline so he told me i am cancelling your courier amd sending back.
When i called for jai kishor for money so he start ignore call. And blocked my no.
Only due to indian army person i believed him.

I am requesting indian army please take action on this fake indian army making fool to all people. Taking indian army name n making fool...

Dear sir/madam myself kumaravel. I saw a ads on royal enfield 350 classic. I spoke with the person name was josra singh deal with 70000. I have send the money by google pay aftr that courier person name jora singh indian army call me told me to pay the amount of rs.8150 total i paid amount approx 8150 kindly i request to indian army to take action on this fake indian army making fool to all people. Taking indian army name n making fool.

Same thing happened with me yesterday. I saw his ad on facebook and contacted him then he asked for 3100 rs. Most important thing is he is doing this fraud under indian amry's name although i haven't paid anything to him...

I have posted a advertise in olx regarding selling of old items. Eventually, one person introduced as rinku kumar from jorhat indian army had called from his contact number [protected] and will to buy my old goods and shared his qr code for payment post installation of phonepe app in my mobile. Miscreant, tried first transaction with rs 10 for testing as i am a new user, he shared me with his qr code and taken my amount rs 70, 000.

Indian army personal fraud bike selling from the facebook by a person claiming himself as army personnel.

My friend was planing to purchase a activa 5g from facebook. He saw a seller spelling activa 125cc white colour with bike number gj27 cj 1627 which is resistration name bhavik kumar.

He share his contact number as +91 protected and asked to contact with him on whatsapp number +91 protected the price was updated 27000 rupees and my friend agree to buy it in 27000 rupees. As a proof he send scoty photo rc photo. He told to send 5160 rup through paytm number [protected] name dheerendr singh ifsc code pytm0123456 and my friend did same and send money to his paytm number. After this he told to send 4840 rupees to same paytm number and my friend did same again he told to send 4860 rup for security money and my friend did same again he told to send 8100 rup 3240 rup 12140rup 13500 rup 2000 rup 25000 rup and my friend did same and send money to his paytm number. Now he again demand 27000 for insurance to send after that scooty will deliverd to my friend address by parcel. After this my friend realise that this is fraud.
Plz help my friend in this matter.

I was planning to purchase a bike from facebook. I saw a seller selling activa 125cc red colour with bike number mh14fy9433 from seller named shailesh holani s/o govind holani on facebook. He shared me his contact number as +91-[protected] and asked to contact with him on whatsapp on this number. The price was updated as 21000/- rupees and he agreed to sell it to me for 18000 rupees. As a proof he send the bike photographs, rc and id proof of his. He claimed himself as shailesh holani an army personnel working at bsf pune area. He told me that he is getting transferred from pune to nashik. So need to sell his bike. He asked me to pay 5000 rupees as courier service charge to[protected]kiran dei) registered with google pay account mentioned. Then army postman (+91-[protected]) called me and said he is on the way to deliver the vehicle but payment is showing incomplete from army transport department, without full payment he can’t deliver the vehicle. On the way they asked me to pay remaining amount 15000/- rupees to the same account which i did. Then the delivery person (Army postman) he asked me to make further payment of 9250 rupees which was army security deposit amount (Refundable). He will return case amount 9200/-, once deliver the vehicle, only 50/- will be charged for transport. I believed him and made the payment. Then he said you made wrong payment, again he asked me to pay the amount in two slots (9200+50), which i denied to pay. After that they are not picking my calls. I request you to take an action against fraudulent on cyber racket cell.

I saw the ad on facebook for yamaha bike. I contacted him over whatsapp and he asked me that i need to provide first 5k courier amount and bike will be delivered at my address as currently the bike is standing in samsabad hyderabad airport in indian army courier office.. He provided me the rc of bike and it was for karnataka registration. For identification and surety i asked for his cisf id card. So he gave me his cisf id card. His name is suman k and his cisf no.[protected]. He also provided me the courier receipt also. After 2 hrs someone called me and told me that to cross the bike out of andhra border i need to pay 15000 more. I refused to pay and i called him again that i will not pay again and i will pay the full amount once i get the bike but then he started shouting at me and started giving warning why u agreed to buy if you dont have money and he will not let me stay in bengaluru and he will ruin my life if i dont give him. Please resolve my case and please do the needful so that i can get my 2100 money back and they cannot make other people fool

Through google pay no [protected]. I have send the same. And after that he told bike will to you house pay the balance amount i have paid 15000rs. Through google pay. And he told to deposit 11250rs as security deposit it vl refund to u while giveing the bike. I have done the same. Morning he told that bike vl deliver now u have to pay insurance amount 16460. I have done the same. Plz help me in this matter. How army people do like this.

Sir I have seen a well condition and cheap bike from olx.. The owner of the bike is a Indian army named MD. Imran.. First he ask money for delivery charge 6000 rupees and said the bike will be delivered by few hour later... And he ask me money for GPS 4000 rupees and finally for late charge 3000 rupees too now he want more money to delivered a bike and he also said that money will be refund after a full payment .. But the bike has not delivered yetyet

This complaint is about indian army directly but for 2 person working or posing as army person.
He took advance of rs. 1050/- (Paid by google pay) against a phone he was selling on olx.

Sir i have seen a post in face book on 15th october 2019 and got a number [protected] name sahil kumar. He gave his army id, pan card and his selfie photos. The car amount 145000 finalised and he asked me deposit 11000 for transport the car from vishakapatnam to hyderabad and i transfered to phonepe no [protected] name keshar. He sent the car through army post office and on 16th october i got a call from [protected] and asked me to deposit 35000 then car will be sent to my home.
Request you help me and get back my amount 11000/-

I had posted an ad on olx for floor touch gown sale. This person called me on 15 oct 2019 and identified himself as an army personnel. We settled for rs 1500 as payment. He called me after couple of hours and told me that he wants to get it picked from someone else but would like to make a payment in advance over google pay. I told him that i don't use google pay but can take on phonepe. He sent me a request of rs 1500 on phonepe through upi. I told him that it is asking me to pay rather than him paying the amount. He told me that it will first debit my account and then add double of that amount. I did not agree to it and told him that this is not possible. He said this is how it works and requested me to try it with rs 5 transaction and i agreed to it. Rs 5 got debited from i account and rs 10 got credited. Believing him, i accepted rs 1500 transaction. My account got debited of rs 1500 but rs 3000 didn't get credit. Upon this he said that there is some error in swipe machine from which we are doing. He said he is sorry. So asked me to do again with rs 2987 as code for receiving 1500 so i can get my money back but again same thing happened and i got duped of approx. Rs 7000 For which he said that you have to click pay and recieve option code for two times. Then this person told me that he will refund my full money in my debit card though swipe machine and asked told him to transfer the money in my account which he didnt do. This went on for couple of hours.

I told this person to send my money in my bank account which he said he cannot do. He keep insisting that its an army camp and only method he can transfer money is through swipe machine into phonepe / paytm etc.

Please help me get my rs 7000. The id of army person sahil kumar is attached.
