I got scammed by one of the indian army by there army card and adhaar card proof, i don't know whether they are real or fake they where a group one of them promised on army uniform and bharat matha and scammed me, i felt they accursed army uniform and bharat matha!
People addre easily getting fooled by those words of promise on army uniforms
Please take a serious action on them or they ppl with think army are cheating people by the status as an army!!!
Please please take care of these or else v will get negatives about indian army

Respected sir/madam,

This is for your kind information that iam putting this complaint infront of you for the third time as no action has been taken by indian army authorities. My elderly parents have cardiac disease and hypertension. If anything happens to them because of this army family (Mr. Suraj kumar, ds, arty), iam sorry to say that the whole indian army will be responsible. Even now we r afraid to say this as they may do anything to us.. They r dangerous.

Complaining second time as no one took action still.
We have elderly at our home and no one to question. They are taking advantage of it and shouting at us always unnecessarily without reason. For example: he keeps his big car on the place were we have to take drinking water even after requesting them to remove etc. We are so much afraid to do anything. Please take some action. His name is mr. Suraj.

Below is the complaint that i gave last time:
We respect indian army a lot but we r loosing that respect due to the indecent behavior of an army person and his family. They just make the situations and fight with fellow people who live near them. It's very sad that because of this kind of people indian army name is going down. They claim that they save india by there service but doesn't look at people near them. It's out of pain iam saying. Please train the army people who live outside army campus (Especially near hydershakote, hyderabad, telangana) on not only serving our country but also how to behave with people around them. I request you to identify and remove that kind of people from indian army. They r bringing bad name. Hope we have the best indian army.

So we kept it in account and next day a call came from post office and he said send me full amount to seller so i send her full amount to her and he called me and he said that ur order have cancelled and kept it as hold for four days so he said we will return your money back in 10 minsts so he said that send ur paytm account i'd and password so i said and i lost all my my money and my parents were crying 😭😭 alot...

दिनाक 11/07/2019 को हमने OLX पर हौंडा एक्टिवा देखी बात करने पर उसने अपना मो .नंबर [protected] दिया और फोन पर बात करने को कहा।फिर उसके फोन भी आने लगे बातचीत में उसने अपना नाम दीपक कुमार सिंह बताया साथ ही स्कूटी की आर सी भी भेजी जिसमे स्कूटी का नंबर BR 06 BF4662।स्कूटी की कीमत 26000/- बताई मोलभाव करने पर 22000/- में सौदा तय हुआ।उसने अपने आप को आर्मी का बताया और आर्मी ड्रेस में अपनी टीम के साथ एक फ़ोटो भी भेजी ।

दिनांक 12/07/2019 को उसने कोरियर करने के लिए 5100/-रूपये की मांग की मना करने पर उसने केवल 3000/-देने को इस शर्त पर राजी हुआ कि 2100/-वो स्वयं देगा।विश्वास दिलाने के लिए उसने आर्मी के पोस्ट ऑफिस की रसीद और वंहा का कर्मचारी बता कर उसका फ़ोटोअधार कार्ड, आर्मी का आई डी भेजी नाम जोरा सिंह मोबाईल नंबर [protected] बताया।विश्वास में आकर हमने 13/07/2019 को 5:29 pm को 3000/-बताये गए paytm no.[protected] ifsc ..pytm0123456 ref.no.[protected] भेज दिए।

दिनांक 14/07/2019 को 12:30 बजे फोन आया कि आपकी गाड़ी आगई है।50% पेमेन्ट कर दें उसके होने के बाद ऑन लाइन मेल निकलेगा तब गाड़ी आयेगी साथ ही कोरियर की रसीद भेजी गई।इसके बाद हमने उक्त paytm no पर 9000/- 12:46 बजे और भेजे उसके बाद 5000/- की पुनः मांग हुई जब वह भी पेमेन्ट कर दिया तब GST के नाम पर 3100/- रुपए मांगे गए तथा यह भी कहा क़ि अगर आपको पसंद न आए तो सारा पैसा वापस हो जायेगा।

हमने कहा हम बहुत पैसे दे चुके हैं अब गाड़ी की डिलीवरी होते ही बाकि पैसा तुरंत दे देंगे।मना करने के बाद से सारे नंबर बंद कर दिए और हमारे नंबर Black list में डाल दिए।

कृपया हमारे परिवाद को ध्यान देते हुए न्याय दिलवाने की कृपा करें तथा हमारे पैसे वापिस दिलाने का कष्ट करे।

Updated by satish poojari Sir these guys posted on Indiamart site as buyers for military site and contacted my company, as my company's terms were advance payment, these guy told he is ready to transfer the amount, but my company propriter is uneducated but he is the decision making authority, so I gave his number for further process, but these guys pose as military people and told they had placed an order of Mixer grinder and wanted to pay so please link your account to Google pay and send me the details, all the registration was done by the propriters son who was of 18 yrs these guy cheated these him for a amount of 18500, we respect military persons after this incident now we are not on the position of trusting any military person, as they might be fraud person posing as military
Hope you understand and do the needful so that this type of fraud doesn't happen with any body else

Dear Sir
I posted an advertisement in OXL I received a call saying from Indian Army and he told me he want to buy my product and he will Google pay me the amount but then he started sending me bar codes in WhatsApp and asked me to scan those bar codes, when I told him that in this way my money will get deducted then he told me that no ma'am you will receive the amount and in this way 12, 400 rupees they have deducted from my googlepay account. The number from which I received the call is +[protected]. He also added benefiary in my account saying that will help to transfer the amount immediately. Account number of the person is[protected], IFSC code is PYPM0123456, account holder name is Harsh. The amount deducted total is 12400
Requesting you Sir to please look into this matter as my papa would undergo surgery of brain and we are immediately in need of money.

A indian army named jora singh posted a ad on olx regarding honda aviator. He first told me to send 3100/- on paytm for gate pass but as i sent the money. After 2 hours he told me to send 8300/- but after this he told that it has to be sent as 8000/- and 300/-. He told ok i am sending the scooty. After a while he told to send 9200/- as insurance has been expired.

This way i sent him total 28900/-. He hasn't delivered me the scooty. And now is not picking up the call. He told that each and every extra amount will be refunded at the time of delivery since the procedure is government. As the deal was of 18000/-.

I want to file complaint against subedar. V p singh, army canteen officer at army unit ace of spades, rajouri j&k.
I also belongs to army as my father worked for 28 years in army.
He is indulge in selling canteen stock to outsiders for retail sales, and when i requested to stop this he has lost his patience abuses and threatened me to get out from the army premises.
It was very sad that indian army soldiers are also corrupted and they have no more unity and pride to respect the other army soldier family.

I saw a ad on olx about the activa 2019 model at 35000 then i call him to buy the scooty and the deal was done at 30000 with all formalities. The man who has posted the ad was from indian army at gurugram as he said and he said that i have to make a payment of 3150 for making noc and packing charge and the amount will be deducted from main balance. After that he said he will give 500 from his side and i have to make a payment of 2650 through office phonepe number then i paid 2650 though phonepe number. Then he share the image of pack scooty and indian army courier recipe. After receiving the image of pack scooty and image share by him before deal was different. And at approx 8pm call came from courier that scooty is about to reach and enable to login so i have to make 50% payment so that he can login and deliver the scooty and at that time i understood that it is fake. The problem is that he is having my id, photo and signature and 2650 rupees.

I have submitted an ad in olx for renting my house. After seeing the ad one person called me on phone saying he is working in army and he got transferred and he need house immediately. After two days he said i am sending advance and requested me to open google account after sometime he asked to pay button and my 5000 rs has transferred to his account. He sent me all the details including army id pan card everything of army. I now think it will be fake. I am worried he is using the army name and looting many (I think). Pls try to stop immediatly the same

Sir, I am ex-serviceman from Army, in this month my pension month of June 2019 is come at my bank to less as other month . Every month my pension is coming Rs-18512 but this month only Rs 12342 had come. What reason I don't know I requested to you please resolve my problem soon as soon.

I saw an add on olx of vivo y95 @ 7, 000./- for i was intrested in buying and i have done the deal @6, 000/-
He told that he is working
In indian army in indra gandhi airport, delhi.
He gave me his aadhar proof and indian army is proof and said parcel will delivered with few hours from army post office initially he demonised rs-620/- as courier charges
Then i send that money rs-620/- to his paytm no ([protected]). Then demanded full which i refused until delivery of product
But never he delivered product neither he gave me my money back

Few days back i got a call on 11-Jul-19 At 07:21 PM and i Received the same he said My Name is Manjeet from Jammu from army i want to buy a scorpio can you tell me the prices or further details i said i am driving now and i leave the office yet and also i said to him if you don't mind please call me tomorrow morning regarding the same, he said OK. on 12-Jul-19 i received the call again and the he said kindly send the photos or Prices of scorpio on my whats app no and i did the same some time letter he called me and said how much is the booking amount and tell me your account details for booking. i sent him my company's A/c No, then he told me on that i cant pay on your account because bank is so far from my office we can pay only google pay once you talk to accounts department i said OK his accountant saying please provide me you google pay QR Bar code i will send you booking amount through google pay i said OK i am sending you my google pay bar code send booking amount on this account the he says please open your google pay and check payment for confirmation of rs 5 i said OK he send request me and told me kindly click on Pay Button i replied on that why i do that you are asking me that i will pay you then he replied me this is not like that kindly do that i thought may be it can be the army procedure i did the same when i check my account 5 rs debited from my account i told him that amount is debited from my account he replied please check your account you have received rs 10 and i check and 10 rs credited in my account, then he sent request me rs 5000/- said click on pay button i did the same, then again 5k, then 4k, then 5k, then OK after that i checked my account and i was shocked that i losted my 24k i assumed that i hunted a by fraud then i replied him what is this you took my money kindly refund the same he said it is not like that kindly understand our procedure please do the again we are paying your money i completely understand that it is a fraud then i called to my bank and block my account and debit card for safety reason also complained on google pay but google pay executive said we have noted your complain please call your bank he will resolve your problem we can not refund your money. One important thing still those people are calling me says we will pay your money back please provide your paytm ID and Password we will send the money in your paytm wallet. still i am in contact with them they both are calling me he has 3 or 4 contact no which is still working may be it will help us.

I am requesting you please help me that i took my money back and get them into Jail.

These people are complete fraud.
They use some persons car details and documents and post it on used car advertisment sites.
They call themself as army people and say they have got transfered from bangalore and now in jaipur army base.
They name diffrent names and have id proof to verify. This where we get fraud first time. For garuntee of person and vehicle details (The fraud name is sahil who dupped me as seller)
Then they ask us to pay transport charge to deliver from jaipur to bangalore.
Then he sends a fake parcel receipt. Which we tend to believe his honesty from military parcel service (All fake documents)
Then a guy calls saying he is from parcel office and asks to pay money in order to send parcel ngives lot of reasons ngives fake identity proof to prove himself. Then after you pay, he tempts you for further by saying your money will be refunded totally if we pay rest. So this goes on until you realise your getting dupped. (The parcel service fraud name is devender and manpreet singh)
Fraud payment mode is through paytm which they use.
