I chat with him he said you have to pay 3150rs for indian army Transport charges if you pay the money you will get car to your home address for check the car after if you not interest that car means they can refund 3000rs and they give time for 25th afternoon 1:00clock to delivery the car to your home address and after 1clk they call and said you have to pay GPS activation amount charge this is army Transport rules and terms so you have to pay otherwise they will not refund the 3000rs and they will put case on you they said and cut the call so...what I do know they doing scams on Indian army name means how how can I recover the money for them do something indian army police ...

Parcel man call me he said you have to show one time pay i said already pay you that amount will refund when bike will deliver
I pay more 20000
Now they are tell me you have taken more time now

One so called raj kumar and salman of indian army had posted an add for sale tvs apache bike in quiker. I responded to buy it, and he offered to send the vehicle to my address through army transport parcel department. Later on pretext of various charges, they made me pay rs.40100 lakh, which they claim was refundable. On suspicion, i googled and was devastated to know that several persons had been duped by same modus operandi. Authorities kindly take necessary action, so that no further such scam happen...
And iam from middle class family

I saw an add in olx that poco f1 mobile for 8000 and i contacted him. He said to send him 500 for delivery charges i sent him in paytm later he told to send another 600 so that the regiment officer will handover him a slip. So i sent him another 600. Now he is unavailable. He said that his name is parveen and he contacted me from [protected]. And i send money to paytm account to [protected] named as rajendra singh. I have immense respect on indian army so i trusted him as he said that he is from indian army. Now i want justice.

He called us to buy our bed. Without looking at the bed he confirmed that he will buy it. He told he will pay before via google pay or phone pay. He sent us a google pay request asking to confirm, where request said to pay inr 10, 000. He forced and pressurized us when we question and took out 10, 000 from our google pay account. Later he wasted 2 hours promising that he will pay back out money. He took other bank details also, fortunately there was no remaining balance in the account. Towards end he confirmed that he was a thief and he took the money. He mocked us and said forget about the money. He also asked us later to give 100 more rupees. He sent us a debit card picture which belonged to someone else.
He tried to steal money later via paytm also by exchanging kyc details. He knew everything how to steal and check. He said he stayed in panipat and his son was in sector 22 whereas there was no son at all. We have all the call recordings and the picture of his debit card.

One so called abdul quarim of indian army had posted an add for sale mahindra scorpio car in olx. I responded to buy it, and he offered to send the vehicle to my address through army transport parcel department. Aaj kal olx and online fb per kuch fraud army wale logo ko lut rahe hai maine bhi olx se jaikisan nam k army wale se bike purchase ki thi. Usne mujhe 75000 rupees bhi le liye aur bike bhi nhi di. Is fraud group mai bahut log samil hai jo haryana aur rajisthan k hai. Jora singh, jaikisa, sahil, manjeet, vikash. Aise bahut se log hai jo is fraud group ko chala rahe hai aur army ko badnam kar rahe hai. Agar ye site army walon se banai hai to in logo ko pakadkar kadi se kadi saja de. Ye log fraud hai.

I have contacted this person named manjeet singh on olx and he claims to be an army man. We made a deal for oneplus 6t for rs 13000. I asked him i will come to his mumbai army area to pay.. So he says its not possible for him since he is on duty and said he needs to clear the courier which will charge me rs 625 and the same amount can be deducted from the deal and then when i sent him the money and just googled his name all the fraud cases were shown up. To which he says he is not the person who has done it.. And now he is not picking up my phone neither he is sending me the money. Need to solve this issue asap. Total fraud. Remove such people from army and send them to jail

I have seen an Olx ad and wanted to buy Activa she said that she works for army and told me that we can not share the pictures as this is army parcel. After some time i saw same ad was posted by another person on olx then i shared with olx and they removed that ad immediately. I was about to send all the money but then i said i cant give money without looking at bike and started threatening me to file case and all and said that army will come to your home

I faced this issue with Vikash Patel his contact no is [protected] and [protected] which is presently active in all Google pay and phone pe sites ...he is looting all the customer in olx websites by selling different products saying he is in army and sending proof by sending pan card adhaar card and even I card ..with him one more person involve in that whole act...name Praveen he also introduces himself as his senior who sent his all above mentioned document ...so first he asked for paying 4k for delivery the. After getting money he again called and asked for full payment. Of 24k while trusting him based on his I'd proofs.. I have given the money but now again he asking for another 13 k for insurance which I have not given ...and he is still active with the above no ..whether he belongs to army is not case how he got even army personnel Id card photo is the issue ..and most of the person by seeing this they get trapped as they hav trust on defence guys...
Finding out whether he pertains to army or not is least... Need your help in getting the money back and also similar incident should not happen again ..
I hav read and realised that even after reporting here no action has been taken yet except finding out whether he pertains to army or not.
To help on this case am sharing olx id [protected] and now active I'd with the same details is olx id [protected].

Live id can help to tracking him and catch him now.

I have read many of the consumer complaints on vikas.. users would have made cases against him and its really ashamed that none of them tried to catch him .. neither army people who shud clear their name to safe guard the trust on them nor consumer complaints guys... I dont see any progress at all. Still he is trapping people freely by using Army ids.

Am not sure below shared details are true or fake... Based on today's experience am sharing these fake details...

I saw the ad of mahindra scorpio BR09 R 2552 on cartrade.com. The contact number given on site i got ( [protected]). I left a whatsApp message on 19/06/2019 saying that i am interested to buy the car, because price given was less than expected. Same day in the evening he called me saying that some urgency is there so i am selling the car at little low cost. He gave the brief and told that i am an indian army, my name is VINOD KUMAR, currently posted in udaipur. He said that total courier fees is 14300.00 so you have to send half the amount and i will send the car by courier you verify it if you like we can have a deal and to gain the trust he sent his canteen card, aadhar card, vehicle registration certificate. I Verified the car it was on the same name vinod kumar. Finally i agreed to send 7150 to him on the paytm wallet linked to ([protected]) wallet registered on the name of MUBINA. After 20-30 minutes he sent the receipt (overniteNet.com) that we have dispatched the vehicle from udaipur. After one day on 20th a call came from another number ([protected]) saying that i am a courier boy
the car is with me and you have to send 16999.00 to activate gps of the car. I denied. Then call came from previous number vinod kumar he sent some more proof. He sent his manager Niraj kumar aadhar as well as canteen smart card.
so i sent the money to the account provided. i will attach the account detail. Net he demanded 24999.00 and next 31000.00 and then 27000.00 along with threaten and so much more.

I have a complete believe on indian Army, I have no problem if the money goes to an Army person But someone is spoiling the name of Indin Army.I am shocked how those who do the fraud, got so many ID of indian army person and the issue is going on from last six month. why police is not taking action.

please take the issue in priority because the time we are reading this, they will be robbing someone else. I am very very thankful for your effort.

A fraud person in name of Vikas Patel army man at nasik deolali camp offer me second hand Activa on oxl for 28500 and asked me to send advance of rs.5000. He send all the proof documents like aadar, lisence, army canteen card and many photos with army uniform.
When he send me the transportation slip i verified it with my friend. I became aware well in time and was saved with loss .
I request the army authority to take action so that other innocent people can't become the victim of this.

Hi i am Abhishek from karnataka. I saw a honda dio ad on olx after i request his contact number . A man named Parmil kumar from army recruiting office bangalore.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card, pan card and canteen card details. And fixed the deal amt for 33k which was posted at 36k
After that he insisted me to pay 3100 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 3100 as the requested account is also saying army transport.

After that he said it will deliver by 2 hours. And later he send me a pic of parcel and truck and vehicle packed in courier . After 2 hours a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment by telling the gprs has failed afyer paying the 50% of amt (15k) the delivery will be moved whuch is prestent situated 10kms behind my home they tried a lot but i refused after that i called him to return my 3100 but he told me that the army has put fine on us and that cannot be refunded within 4 or 5 days u have to pay fine . These bloody [censored]s are using name of indian army and cheating people like us so pls army look at it and resolve our problem .

Hello i saw a add on olx for activa 4g by person name Mr. Ravi Khande. many discussion happen on mob no [protected].
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics of bike, his aadhar card and canteen card & PAN Card details
After that he insisted me to pay 5100 for army courier A/C No with IFSC code.After transfer payment shared a courier slip on whats app.

Then next Day I received a call from Mr.Praveen Kumar from Mob No [protected] and said your vehicle reached Airport for to clear it need to pay remaining amount. When I ask him for to discuss with booking person for it After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 18900 in same account army transport.

After that he said it will deliver wit in a hour but need to transfer more 12080/- as . After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment.
Again they are asking for to deposit 12080 as security amount for clearance of vehicle which was refund during delivery of scooter.

Then I suspected, may be it was fraud and refuse to pay any such charges. Also ask postman to get it from person who booked vehicle.

I was looking for a scooter, and saw an AD on 14th June, of an ACTIVA on OLX.
The deal looks interesting so, I called the person named as JITENDRA KUMAR GUPTA. He said he is from INDIAN ARMY and is transferred to Kashmir, so want to sell out his ACTIVA scooter urgently.

I asked to personally see the scooter and have a trial run first. He said he is currently not in town and is in Rajasthan, and assured that the scooter is only 7 month old and in excellent condition. He shared few more photos and RC of the scooter, on WhatsApp.
When asked about his proof IDs, he also send that and his photo, and make us believe that he is from INDIAN ARMY.

Talking to him with few more times, he convince me that he is Definitely and ARMY person and in need to sell it out, and he can deliver the item within 24 hrs to my place, through ARMY parcel service.
With all these convincing words and believing him as an ARMYMAN, I thought to go for this deal. So, the deal was finalize for Rs 33, 000/- .

He then said you just have to transfer Rs 8000 (25 percent of the total amount), as courier charges. And rest can be given once the delivery is done. He also assured that, in case you don’t like the item then all your money will be refunded to you.

He shared an Account number with IFSC CODE pytm0123456, and asked me to transfer the Rs 8000, and share the screenshot of money transfer.
Once I transferred him Rs 8000, he called me that the parcel has been dispatched, and you will be able to receive it on June 18, 2019 evening.

I asked him to share the Tracking number of the parcel, which he refused by saying that it cannot be shared due to security reasons. I believe on him again and decided to wait for the delivery.

Today, on 18th June, I got a call from another number . The person tell his name as JAI KISHAN, said that he is calling from ARMY post service, and there is a parcel for me which will be deliver in half an hour. But before that there is a due amount of Rs 8000 that I need to clear first, then only the item can be delivered.

This surprised me, and I called the JITENDRA again and remind him that I was supposed to pay the rest of the amount after delivery.

He said he was not aware of the new rules, and now the delivery can be done only after paying the due amount.

This sounds fishy, So I decided to do some research, and found there are lots of complaints with similar incidents on OLX in the name of INDIAN ARMY.

Now I got their intention, and I understood that these are fraud guys. I still did not panic and continue my discussion with both, to get more details from them.
On call they continuously want me to convince that either I have to pay Rs 8000 again, or the parcel will be cancelled.

I called JITENDRA, and was able to convince him to share another account (which was again a PAYTM PAYMENT BANK acc), and the IDs of the delivery boy JAI KISHAN.
Their game is disclosed now, but now they are neither sending me the parcel, not returning my money back.

I just have his Adhaar card photo, ID card proof and his paytm Account number.
I just hope that you will help me to come out of this problem. Please help so that I can get my hard earned money back to me because its really a big matter for a normal guy.
