[Resolved] Indian Army — Cheated by selling mahindra SUV | |
I saw his ad in olx I asked him about the car details. He introduced him as an sahil kumar an army officer and send me his Aadhar card I'd card and photos in army uniform. He agreed to sell the mahindra SUV 2016 model to me for 150000. He told me I have to pay 11000 as booking amount and after that car will be out for the delivery to the address which I Gave him. He gave me a gpay no I transfered the booking amount. After that he said u have to pay GST amount as 9800 I asked him u told me to pay booking amount only why u r asking again GST amount he said that the car paper should be changed to ur name for that u have to pay GST amount I paid it for the same gpay no. After that next day he said u have to pay 16000 for GPS. He said GPS will be fixed in the vehicle for easy delivery after delivery u can get that 16000 as refund. So i paid it to the account no he gave. Then he said me to pay 45000 for RTO OFFICE. But I got some doubt with him so I googled his name I came to know he is an cheater. So totally I was cheated for rs37000. Is there any way to get back my money Was this information helpful? | |
