Sir this is sumit kumar from mainpuri..jai kishan Indian army ad a on olx with I'd no.[protected] for selling a note 5 pro...I contacted with him on his no.[protected] nd asked me to send 4000 advance for phone. I send 3000 by paytm..after 1 day he asked full payment then I denied for this... Now he is not responding or not returning my money...I hv recording all conversation in my phone he is a big fraud...plz help me

Jai kishan is a fraud man mere sath mi a1 phone olx pr baat hua aur by army canteen bolkr mobile bhejne ka bahana kiya mere se 16050 rupya paytm pr leliya harami sala ... Par ye na phone diya na rupya mera koi help hai to mujhe batana [protected]

Even he has cheated me with 12, 000. He calls himself as Indian Army person. Did anyone get any help on this complain pls let me know. I saw another ad posted by the same person on OLX. They continue to cheat people, could someone pls take action on them

this incident happen yesterday (02.09.2019)
Two people called Jai kishan and manjeet saying is an army man in Bhopal military canteen gave ad on olx of iPhone 6s ...I contacted him ...He said he is now posted in Bhopal but if am interested in buying Phone he can send it to Delhi ...He request to give at least 7000 so that he can post phone. After giving 7k...He called and said as Phone is from army canteen so we have to give half of money before delivery.I again gave as he has sent his id as army man...Next I got call from personl called manjeet saying that I m having your order and if you want it pay the full amount it's army policy... Can't handover with full payment...We gave...But after half n hr again he called to demand more 5000 as delivery charges for insurance then will send phone.again deposited 5K to him but after half n hour again he called I said for GST u have to pay 3K .I denied this time ...I have id which he gave . Please take an action...As I have seen same kind of complaint against him... totally we paid him 20K

pls OLX customer care y u ppl are not blocking this kind of ppl in OLX.

Requesting customer care, pls block him in OLX and help others also, so at least in future other should not get fool from that stupide fellow.

Mere sath bhi esa hi hu jai kishan nam bataya aur bhartpur me posted bataya main 9000 me deal ki aur usne kaha ki 4000 advance do paytm se maine use phone pay se 4000 send kr diye fir usne kaha ki main army post se mobile parsal kr rha hu lekin payment poora karna padega maine poora payment bhi kr di fir dusre din 8160 rupees insurance ke nam pr mange is bar maine inkar kr diya lekin unne kaha ki ye parsal hold pr chala jayega for aap ko 5100 charge kat kr 22 din baad refund ho jayega maine apne paise bachane ke chakkr me 8107 rupees send kr diye fir unhone kaha ki ye to galt transaction kar diya h fir se 8160 send karo is baar mujhe vishvas ho gya ki ye fraud h fir main police station bhi gya lekin baha kuch policeman ne kaha ki galti khud karte ho aur uth kr yaha aa jate aur koi action nhi liya aur ghar jane ke liye kah diya, is tarh se mere 17107 rupees ka fraud kiya.

i was cheated as well by that mf... i had lost 3k to him.. thought that he was an ARMY person and transferred the amount... this a**h*le is looting in the name of INDIAN ARMY... kuch tho karo.. that duckin a**h**e* is looting people and no one's gonna take action on him?
