I have seen lot of complaints here and the same happened with today. I think I don't need to explain the same story.. A person who claimed to be Jai Kishan is looting people and Nobody has got the resolution. He is continueosly putting ads on OLX And still befooling people by using our Respectable Indian Army. My request to committee to please take action against this person as he is been involved into these practices since very long and looting hard earned money of innocent people in the name of Our respectable Army. I got a call from [protected]. Want to see this guy behind the bars

He called me posing as a tenant Jai kishan, soldier from army and looking for flat based in bangalore based on adv posted by me in magic bricks.
He said he will be posted as security at Domlur Army Command Hospital from July 15 and was looking for accomodation.
Got a doubt on his geniuness after he sent the docs through whatsapp.
Regarding this I started browsing while I found this page.The adhaar card, pan card n army liquor card matches with the one posted here.
Thank you so much for post which really saved me from financial loss.

This person name JAY KISHAN SAINI called me on 6th July saying that he saw my flat ad on 99 acres and is interested in my flat he share me all the documents as given above like Adhara, pan, Army canteen card and all
He said that he wil trf 10000 as token amount in my account. Next day he called me and said that i will pay u full rent as token and will be taken possession on 15th July so i agreed with him and he shared me a QR as he was an army man and provided me all the documents i trusted him and scanned the QR in total he cheated me with 60000... i have his two numbers, email id also.
This person should be punished since he is cheating people from more then 2 years
army officers should take a serious action on him i want my money back that too full amount 60000

Today just now I received a call from 7735593673, as I posted my property for rent. His name in true caller shows Jai kishan saini and he mentioned he is from Delhi and posting on Gurgaon so he is interested in Property for rent. As I am aware of that so looking what his next plan of action.
Same thing has happened to me today.A man named Jaikishan Saini called and posted the same aadhar card, PAN card, Canteen card on my watsapp.He said he is having a wife and two small kids and is looking for an accomodation .He asked for my Paytm details and wanted to transfer 2 months rent as confirmation of the deal.I got apprehensive about the authenticity and asked him to wait.I am grateful that I found this post and was saved from a big fraud.

This person named Jaikishan Saini called me from mobile number [protected] for my property rental ad on 99acres.com. He said he is getting posted in Pune and currently in Agra. He wants to do payment of deposit amount and asked me to do number of refund transactions and I got cheated for Rs. 1, 80, 000 totally. Please help me with this complaint and help with resolution and refund my hard earned money. This person is doing lot of frauds as I see other complaints filed on this board and should be getting punished.
