He is cheated me. He looted 25000 from me though Paytm he said to me he is an army boy so I trusted him . He gives me all details about army boy whos nam is vikash patel he give his adhar card and driving licence and he did a fraud with me in selling a bike of splender 100cc

I have paid 4100 to him via PAYTM and he informed that his bike is in Bangalore Army HQ. Also He informed no cash will be accepted. I paid on installment to him 11k and 11500 and 4000 as advance and 22k.
But He didnot give me the bike now he is telling there is security issue unable to take the bike out.
Completely fraud.
