Indian Army — planning to sell a mobile phone and took money from me 11500

The person of Jora Singh Canteen Id & Aadhar card details are attached in images.

The above person kept add in OLX for selling Samsung A7 Mobile and took money from me 11500 through PAYTM ( Paytm no: [protected]) and he didn't send the mobile and scolding me like anything.

by seeing the original Army canteen id i trust that the person is from Army if he is not army please take action against Jora Singh for misusing the Indian Army Card.
