Indian Army Transport Parcel Department — Fraud of selling car

I saw an add on Facebook, selling Maruti Suzuki Eeco 5 STR (WB 08 6638), by a person name Jitndra contact no ([protected]).
After messaging him through WhatsApp and asking about the car he said he is from Indian army and send me the cars details i.e. pics and RC.
After that he insisted me to pay 2000 for army parcel and postman who will deliver it to my current location.
Then After making me lot of convince in name of Indian army and soldiers, he sent me a receipt of Indian army transport parcel department mentioning both our names and address so I thought that its ok to trust him and payed him 2000 as the requested by him for my parcel. And also said that our parcel will reach us by next day and one more thing he also requested me to provide some food like breakfast to the persons delivering the car.
After that the next day the another guy called me in name of army delivery post man phone no ([protected]) and asked to me to pay Rs 17500 for a device previously installed to their car for protection purpose so I paid but after some time he called again and said their was something wrong with my payment and told me to pay it again, He further said that this petty amounts will be deducted from my final payment of the car, so I called the main owner Jitndra and asked him about the matter so i merge both their calls to talk out the matter but instead o[censored]nderstanding they start telling me that the cat car is mid-way through and is going to rich me in an another hour and so and both started convening me to do payment, so I paid him another Rs 17500.
After that the delivery man call me again and started asking me to pay another Rs 11000 as he is not getting my proper location and also started threatening me that if I will not pay he will return with the parcel. Then when I said that I will not be able to pay any more they stopped picking up the call.
