In facebook i saw a add indian army officer is selling his furniture he said to give him 10percent amount then he gives me a reciept and give me transport number transport holder ask me to give him gst policy amount of 4500 then i give him three transaction 2000, 2000, 500 then he said do the transaction in one time then again i transfer 4500 then he said deposit gps fee 5999 i diposited then he said to deposit 3000 over time charge then i realise they are fraudsters 10 percent amount is 900 and 800 please i want my money back kindly please do something nahi to log to insaniyat pe se bharosa utha denge

I saw an add on Facebook, selling Maruti Suzuki Eeco 5 STR (WB 08 6638), by a person name Jitndra contact no ([protected]).
After messaging him through WhatsApp and asking about the car he said he is from Indian army and send me the cars details i.e. pics and RC.
After that he insisted me to pay 2000 for army parcel and postman who will deliver it to my current location.

On 21 Jan 23 around 1610 through whatsapp I had received a bike sale
intimation from Md Natiq Pasha Mob No [protected] from KIAL CISF
constable stating that he is selling Honda Jio 2017 Model for Rs 15, 000/-. I
was intrested in it and contacted him. He told me that he would sent it to my
address today in if I send him an advance of Rs 2100/- through the airport parcel service and the rest to be paid on receipt of vehicle. Amount was sent to him through my G Pay and around 1730hr he called me and said that vehicle is on the way and will have to pay the rest on an UPI Scanner sent on whatsup or else the GPS will stop working. On trying to send
the remaining amount of Rs 12900/- the scanner was not accepting more
than 2000/- from my G pay which i communicated to the individual and he told me to do it in parts which I made in four parts. the driver of the vehicle
transported also called me and told me that he is 30 mins away from my
residence & cannot get the vehicle as the payment is made in part
payment. Then I was asked to make a one time payment of Rs 12900/-
after a long talk with the individual and the extra amount will be paid by
cash by the delivery person.even than vehicle was not delivered to me.
Then the driver of delivery van asked me to make another payment of full
Rs 15000/- as the earlier payment was time out and could not deliver,
which was communicated to the first party owner and he also insisted. Then
i told him i have got only 3000/- which after due arguments he agreed to
pay Rs 12000 and i Paid Rs 3000/- but vehicle not received

Based on facebook post.we called on number from the face book post to buy Almari worth of as he told i am CISF javaan and my transfer is happened to hence I am selling few furniture in cheap rate.
We trusted him and decided that we'll buy Almari .first he told you need to pay token amount of 500.we paid then he shared transport guy contact number.and transport guy came in picture. he(transport guy - rathod rajesh) asked for 2500 more to clear formalities at gate even he shared bill receipt.so we thought he should genuine but again he told that you would have been paid 2000+500 as gate officials are not allowed me to move out from the premises . Again we trusted him but it was our big mistake however we transferred 5000 to him through QR code he shared.

Later he called that you'll have GPS to pay 11107 and I'll give you in cash at the time of delivery. Total Payment 1, 25, 000 then we told him(transport guy) to refund as we realized it is fraud.i am not sure they both belongs to Indian Army but this type of people ruins image of most prestigious Army who everyone respect and trust.i have got both contact numbers, bill receipt, photo and also ID card.i spoke with him last time he was saying you'll get your money in sometimes as he already transferred and it is in process.but i don't think he have any intension to refund my money.
His phone number is still active but not responding.i will attach all the photos and their contact numbers. could you please check this request and take an action if he really belongs to Army.i am not blaming anybody but this type of issue made our mind to think negative.recently also I have refunded back your money but we didn't receive any amount.i am attaching all the required information of Rathod Rajesh to help you in further investigation as we have been speaking with him.could you please help us to get it resolved.

I saw an ad on 13-Sep in Facebook Marketplace. I contacted the person via phone and got introduced as Rajkumar working in Indian Army, Nagpur. He shared his Canteen Id, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, his photo, Vehicle Photos and Vehicles Original RC book. He said he will deliver the Vehicle to my hometown, give the original documents and to pay the amount and after receiving the Vehicle. He asked to share my ID proof, Aadhar Card, Passport size photo and we sent the same to him via Whatsapp. He asked is to ay an advance, 7150 for delivery charge. I sent him the delivery charge via Google Pay. He gave a receipt in the name of Indian Army Courier. Only after searching for the Courier service based on the receipt came to know this a fraudulent. I asked him to repay the amount 7150. He demanded for my Aadhar Card OTP only after which he claimed to repay the amount. I refused to share OTP after which he accepted to pay me via Paytm. He just shared a Fake Paytm screenshot as though the amount was paid. So requesting to kindly take necessary action to get my money back.

My self Krushnakant Parmar, i have seen one honda activa in facebook ad and contact that person for buying purpose.

As per our conversation they have depot above mention scooter from "indian army transport parcel department"

But at the time of delivery they have started demanding excess money for delivery in the name of various refundable charges.

And i have transfer upto rs 128864/- as on[protected].

But finally when i have said no giving more money then

They have told that your hold will hold and your payment will refunded after 2 month and 12 days.

Hello i saw a add on olx for iPhone X by person name mr jaikishan. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from Indian army and provide the phone details with photos .
After that he insisted me to pay 2000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.

After making me lot of convince in name of Indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 2000 in amount 1000 and 1000 as the requested.

After that he said it will deliver by tomorrow. This is not deliver yet, Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.
I don't think ki log Indian army ke name pr b dokha kr dete h.

I tried to purchase bike from an Army man through OLX. I was asked to pay 1100 and 2000 for transport, I paid it on 22nd Feb 2021, I can pay rest of the amount after test drive, and I can test drive the bike on 23rd Feb 2021 morning 10:30. On 23rd morning Delivery boy said, he will give delivery only if half amount is paid and I will get it refund if I dont like the bike, because of my respect on Army I Paid it. After 10 min again he said because of the delay I have to pay full amount again it is refundable. After paying now he is saying I was late by 1 hour now I should pay 15000, again they will deduct 15 rupees and return the rest of the amount. I donot feel it genuine. Please help me in getting my amount 25000/- back.

I meet him through the facebook, He is uploaded selling camera photos so I contact him directly he said yes I'm selling for emergency and he said, He was a Indian army officer so I trust him he won't be a scammer. So he charge 35, 000 and we already allowed to take by sum of Rs 32, 000. Next morning he call up again, I'm ready to send your parcel package and he send me some photos for packing package, I said OK. After a hour he call back again, I've reached to office you have to pay for delivery charge it cost Rs 520 I payed through google pay. He said your product will be reach 7.pm tonight . I said OK. After a minutes he call back again and said your product won't reach tonight it will be reach tomarow morning around 8.am due to we pay late to the office I said OK.
Next morning one of his agent call me up I'm carreer boy your products will be reach shortly I said OK. After a hour he call up again and said I reach to your location so you have to pay for security charge a sum of Rs 3990 if no pay we won't deliver you. I said what, why you're charge for security there is no any security charge for genuine . He said, trust us it won't be happen anything we have everything and we are genuine and he send me his ID card as well. I request him come out let me check your product and I will pay you but he never allowed and run away.

I have seen a add in facebook regarding selling of royal enfield and contacted to purchase his bike. He said he will parcel the bike through lorry and he also gave me the builty paper containing the information about his name my name and the transporter called as indian army transport parcel department. I had paid him some amount earlier for the parcel charges and the rest was paid next day before taking delivery as he said that the gps is not working and the amount needs to be paid as soon as possible to get my delivery. So i paid him the remaining amount and after that he said that the parcel will reach you in 15 minutes and now they have switched off their cell phones and i'm unable to contact them. Please sir i kindly request you to look into the matter i have lost my money sir.

This was the product that i wanted to purchase and when i got interested in it, it was showing 10, 000 km driven and rs 15, 000 price. I contacted him and he said that he's an army personnel who wants to sell his scooter because he's shifting somewhere else.
During further conversations he said that i need to pay the delivery charges otherwise the scooter wont be allowed to leave the army camp and that amount will be deducted while paying the complete price of the scooter when it get's delivered.
I thought maybe there are rules in army like that and i paid delivery charge of rs. 2120 and then he said that he'll be sending the scooter by 3.30 pm
At 3:30 pm i received a call again from him and he said that the documents are transferred to my name and i need to pay the amount for insurance rs 6999. I said that's not possible right now, either you show me transferred documents or deliver the vehicle, he said the officer won't let the scooter go. After having a long talk he said that you wont be getting any of your money back.

If i can get the money back with help of consumer forums that's good but at least if people see this and stay away from frauds like this, that would compensate my loss.

Go to olx and go to scooters. There just search for dio and you'll get many ads for this same scooter by the number mentioned above.

Please do something. I'm a student and have paid my college pocket money for this scam and also they have my adhaar card and dl. I don't know if they can use it in some bad way

I'm sharing the rc, scooter pics and the senior's pic he mentioned and the account detail i tranferred my money to.

I booked some furniture from cisf jawan shiv charan ([protected]) with payment of rs.1560/, next day he would be send by india army transport dept. With driver sawant avinash babaso ([protected]), after some while sawant continuously rang me to force make all payment online and shiv charan supported it. So i made it. I paid more what they demand, but the furniture not delivered, even they didn't pick up call. Every details of photos i uploaded, please check it and make something, please help me.

This guy shiv charan ([protected]) sold me furniture listed in receipt which would be booked by indian army transport parcel department not delivered but continue harrassed, i paid those amount given in snaps. Furniture are not delivered.
Please suggest how i refund all?

So i message to him that i want the i phone so he share his mobile number then i called him he told that the he is in delhi army. Then he sad i will parcel the product by indian army transport department then i aggred it he said you have to pay some amount then i paid ₹1000 in his paytm account. Then next day which was 15/06/2020 in the morning i got call received from the him that you have to pay the phone amount which was ₹7000 before the the delivery then i paid that money to his paytm. Then after few hours around 11 am the delivery man call me then said i reached to your location firstly you have to pay the insurance of parcel which was ₹7150 then i paid ₹7000 then he call me that you had paid only ₹7000 you have to pay ₹7150 agian he told me this money is only taken for insurance policy the whole money will be returned to you at the time of parcel delivery he said i am coming in few hours. Then i totally in the morning i paid ₹14150. Then after few hours he told me that i forgot to tell you about the insurance policy that you have to pay the double amount of insurance which was ₹14300 then i paid that money also he said that all money will be returned at the time of delivery. Then after few minutes he ask me to pay ₹14300 again he told me that you will get this whole money ₹42600 at time of delivery. Then i got something fraud is happening with me. That last money i do not paid 14300. Before this i had paid the total amount ₹35450.
