cheated by posing army man on olx
On 7th may 2020 i saw a advertisement regarding sale of tvs ntorq 125 scooter on olx by a person posing as a army man namely kishan singh i contacted him on his mobile no [protected] and show my interest to by the above scooter he has shares all the details of scooter rc and his adhar and canteen card as an ex serviceman i believe on home after recheck rc details on-line and transfer initial amount to his paytm mo-[protected] after receiving the money he send me the bilti copy that i am sending the vehicle through indian army transport parcel department when you receive the vehicle you can transfer the balance amount and take the delivery. I got a call from postman from indian army transport parcel department namely vilas patel ([protected]) that i am on the way it will take 1 hrs to reach you can transfer the balance amount so that i will get the confirmation from my office for delivery and when you sign the delivery challan the owner will get the amount and we will charge our service charges from the seller.
Till night i didn't get the delivery and after searching web i found myself cheated by above persons, i don't know what to do now i lost my hard earned money in this lockdown can i get any help? I am attaching all the photos shared by above person kindly beware.

Dear All. This is to bring to your kind compliant that, yesterday i have seen used car in OLX. TN 07 BU 5225 .CAR in the name of V. Sivakumar and the mobile number is 90906 47047. I spoke to him yesterday ( 20.08.21) and enquired about the Car Details, and he had sent many photo's of the Car and said that we will send the car through Indian army transport parcel department for test drive and check the RC papers. And today morning he called up and sent the Army Courier details and RC copy and then he was asking for Rs.5000/- is to process the Courier and we can deduct this 5, 000/- from the over all amount and for transfer he gave me one GPay number (8695832932) in the name of kundan kumar as his senior officer in despatch department to send the car. for that he has sent one Indian Army Transport Receipt, and again asking for 11, 500/- to complete the NOC process. I did not believe and i checked his mobile number in tracing sights. It was return as army solder. and checked the RC copy and he was sending his batch number and Pan number etc. But he is not ready to understand my query and keep on asking for that 11, 500/- and when i refusing to pay the said amount, immediately he was saying they can not return the amount of Rs.5000/- after that i checked in complaints, there are lot of complaints has been given already in several aspects. I still have a small doubt are they really working Army or fraud. If fraud why the previous complaints are not reviewed. i am totally disappointed. Please support to take some serious action on them. i have all the recording and video call recording photos etc. Please support to take and action against to them

I ordered a liquor worth rupes 12600 on 7th may 2020 around 10:30 p. M through a website called liquor on +[protected] number and he promise to deliver at home for which i payed 6300 in advance on a paytm number [protected]. A delivery boy called me later and he told me that you have to pay 16% gst then i will come to deliver your liquor. First i payed 4300 through paytm but he called me again saying the transaction amount is incorrect...

Hello i saw a add on olx for cycle by person name vikas patel. He give his contact number.
After having chat he says he is from indian army and provide the bilke details pics, rc of bike, his adhar card and canteen card details.
After that he insisted me to pay 3000 for army parcel and postman will deliver it to my current location.
After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 1119+1+800+820+1620=4360 as the requested account is also saying army transport.
After that he said it will deliver by evening. After that a guy called in name of army delivery post man and asked me to pay the remaining money before to get delivered.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. Finally when asked you are a fraud, they agreed and said that you feel less pain as you get free in less amount.
Please find deatils of fraud gays as specified in provided docs

Respected sir,
Yesterday my brother Sabyasachi Ta booked a TVS Jupiter Scooty for Rs 15000 from Sepoy Ganesh Khemkar of Nasik, Deolali Camp. He also sent a canteen smart card and details are attached. Till date my brother has paid Rs 23000 but he did not deliver the veh and he is not picking up the phone. He also sent consignment copy of INDIAN ARMY TRANSPORT PARCEL DEPARTMENT. Detail of the consignment is att.
Sir I request you to take action so that these cheaters can not fraud with anyone in the name of Indian Army. They spoil the reputation of Army.
Pl do needful to stop this type of fraud cases.

My self jinesh thakkar, i have seen one tvs jupiter in facebook ad and contact that person for buying purpose.
As per our conversation they have depot above mention scooter from "indian army transport parcel department"
But at the time of delivery they have started demanding excess money for delivery in the name of various refundable charges.
And i have transfer upto rs 96000/- as on[protected].
But finally when i have said no giving more money then
They have told that your hold will hold and your payment will refunded after 2 month and 12 days.

Transport receipt, and all payment details.

I have seen New holland Tractor 3630 TX super advertisement on Khetigaddi.com on 21/10/19 and thought to buy for my brother who is poor farmer .I contact the seller Mr Mitlesh Kumar. This guys has sent us pix and said he is army man and posted in Jabalpur and tractor registration is Palwal haryana as per advertisement location of tractor was Barara. He said we will send Tractor through their indian army courier and asked us to pay 8490 only we paid. Next day he ask to pay 21999/- other state GPS charges, 32511/- GST charges, 44999/- paper transfer charges, 18000/- driver charges, 20000/- insurance charges so on . Likewise we paid some around 2.0 lac against tractor cast was 1.8 lac on 23/10/19. he told me that you will get all paid money after delivery in cash by driver this is army parcel rule. all payment was made by google pay (mo no -[protected], departmentcourierservices 98-2 @ohhdfcbank Leele Singh)
Now they have switched off their no. not responding whatsapp, Mail message etc, I need refund or delivery earliest, this Guy cheated a poor farmer

I have seen an ad of the vehicle on olx and contacted the person named ravi kumar. He finalized the deal in 26000. He said the vehicle is in nagpur and should has to be parceled to hyderabad for which i have to pay 5000 advance through gpay. I paid the amount. After in the night i got a call that my vehicle has reached near my address but i have to pay the remaining amount after which he will give me the vehicle. I paid 21000 through gpay.
After that the delivery person told me to pay 11200 + 50 as security deposit then only my vehicle will be handed over to me. This money will be refunded as soon as i get the vehicle. So i paid 11250. Then again he called me and said i have to do again separate payments 11200, 50. So again i paid. Then he said due to double payment there is an issue. So you have to pay 16500 for that. This is the last payment. Then again i paid after this also he is asking me to pay 12108 as insurance policy. Then i realised that i have been duped but what to do now. Their numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Please help me with my money and catch these # who are duping people in the name of indian army. Jai hind...

I am Senthil kumar. I am in Coimbatore. One week ago I seen the car for face book market place. That car person was army man. Army person name was G. Bala krishnan in Hyderabad army office. I spoke with Bala sir for car deal. That car amount was 2, 65, 000. but last final amount is 2, 50, 000 .but he was not doing any process for car selling.
He said paid by,
Security amount for 11, 250
Insurance amount for 31, 999
and final amount for 1, 53, 000 transferred for army officer account.
He said transferred on before 5'0clock.but I transferred that amount few minutes later.he said your delivered was cancelled.again he said, 1, 53, 000 you pay and than delivered your car.again i paid that amount.again he said, 61, 000paid for GST and fileing process.i[censored] paid that amount immediately delivered car.again I was. Paid. but not delivered.totay morning he said again he said 65, 000 paid for panallty amount.i will arrange and send to army account .but today not delivered car.again he asked 1, 00, 000 .
