Indian Army Transport Parcel Department — liquor

I ordered a liquor worth rupes 12600 on 7th may 2020 around 10:30 p. M through a website called liquor on +[protected] number and he promise to deliver at home for which i payed 6300 in advance on a paytm number [protected]. A delivery boy called me later and he told me that you have to pay 16% gst then i will come to deliver your liquor. First i payed 4300 through paytm but he called me again saying the transaction amount is incorrect and said you have to pay 4410. We paid again the correct amount however he called again and said that now a statement will be made for incorrect amount which we never received. All this was happening around 12:30 am. We felt helpless and he was again and again demanding money so we asked him to cancel our order to which he said that it is going to take 1 month the conversation ended there because there is no way we could get hold of him in the middle of the night. We trusted him and now i am waiting for the refund. I have no other way but to trust him. We are writing this complaint to you because the slip has indian army parcel department slip
