[Resolved] Indian Bank — Misguidance regarding Net Banking service also kit not provided for the same. Mobile banking registration unsuccessful
My mother has an account in Indian bank, Central Delhi 4 Lancers Rd Banarasi Das Estate Timarpur Delhi 110007 Branch. Previous week, I have visited the branch with my mother for registering her mobile no to activate mobile banking. Also, we have registered for ATM card and net banking services through a common service request form. When we have submitted the form, a person who was responsible for processing the request (near cash counter) misguided us that there is no kit provided for net banking you can register for net banking using IndOasis mobile app. ATM kit has been provided but we forgot to bring phone registered for mobile banking. We told him that we have forgotten to bring the phone. Still he has not provided the net banking kit. We have no ATM card and net banking activated to register for mobile banking. As a result we are not able to proceed further (please find attachment). Also, there is no ATM nearby our house. This is inconvenience caused by that person working at that branch. He should have provided the net banking credentials to us we have asked for as per our convenience. This is not always necessary that ATM is near customer house. Very very unprofessional behavior from his end. Very disrespectful and disappointing. Please resolve the issue so that we can proceed further for mobile banking ASAP.
