My parcel with tracking no. Ee[protected]ca has been stuck in the mumbai customs for unspecified reasons for more than 20 days.
I have just received a letter in which there are telling me that they will dispose the parcel in 3 days, if i don’t tell them the total value of the parcel.
How am i supposed to give them the details as it is a gift to me which is already clered through the canada customs, they are also telling me that i will have to pay 42% tax on the parcel, i think they sit there just to make money. I have tried calling them a thousand times but didn’t even bother to answer even once. They should atleast specify a reason for this hold.
Plz help me get my parcel from these greedy people, it is been more than 20 days from when my parcel has arrived india.
