Indian Fitness Services — request for refund of rs 9999 & rs.12999, paid on 27th August for GOLD PLAN Policy & SENIOR CITIZEN Policy I (JOTHI PRASAD T S) residing in TRIVANDRUM, KERALA, paid Rs 9, 999 & Rs.12999 through my credit Card on 27th August 2018 (receipt attached) vide Order no #5155, to Indian Fitness Services. CORPORATE ADDRESS: C-2 SEC-12 NOIDA UP-201301 HELPLINE NO.: 011 EMAIL ID: [protected]@indianfs.com During my telephone conversation with the sales personnel of M/S Indian Fitness Services, I was misinformed that, soft copy of the policy would be send within 24 hrs from the date of receipt of payment, but until now I have not received any of the documents of the policy / contract . I have received only a soft copy of the receipt for Rs.9999/- only. On calling up their Help line and mobile Nos [protected] & [protected] and also personal no of Mr. Deepak Nagar : [protected], I did not receive any response . In view of the above, I made a request on their website to send my policy and refund money Rs.9, 999/-&Rs.12999/-, but I received no response yet. Hence, I request your office to kindly help me to get my money amounting Rs.22, 998/-(total of Rs. 9999/- & Rs.12999) refunded, against cancellation as per the contractual terms mentioned in the website ( “ can cancel in 30 working days to get full refund” ).
