I purchased mediclaim from indan fitness service, no one giving proper answer (kajal and arush)

I have paid Rs. 10000 for the gold plan. The customer service executive was Ms. Kajal ([protected]) after I made the payment, they have not received my call. This company is fake. Please don't come into their sweet talks.

Indian fitness service is a fraud company they will tell you in very sweet words we are selling medical insurance cover with doctor consulting fee pre medical expenses in actual they are making fool to us they will take from[protected] and you will gate nothing onceyou pay them they willnot picking ph government need to take action against him

Mene 17500/-pay kiye bohat sari benifits batayi actully lalch ke chakkar me hum sab gaye hai or kuch nahi hai y company mekoi bhi paise mat bharo kitna bhi trust de tumhe lekin plz mat lena or ek baat y company irda ke under nahi ata hai iske liye kidar complain nahi sakete sivay police station k so plz don pay any amount hum to fas gay aap mat fasna

I got a call from executive are offered lots o[censored]nique features which was really attractive like.

1. Policy will cover pre-existing disease all well.
2. There is no age limit to add members.
3. Any member can be added (Blood relation not required)
3. Card is transferable.
4. Policy copy will be received within 2hrs on mail.
5. Calls are getting recorded & you will also receive conversation copy for your records.
6. By paying some extra amount you will get additional 2yrs cover.

7. You can cancel your policy anytime within next 14 days.

However after payment when i did not received any soft copy of the policy i tried calling them on customer care number which is switched off & sent them mail but mails are getting bounce.

They have wide range of plans which attracts the interest of many people. They provide great customer service. The staff attitute is great they behave in a well mannered way. I fee very proud after taking premium in this insurance company. It give me great feeling. My life is secured. Highly recommented to everyone desrves to be rated 4 stars.

I am buy plan in june as gold plan but they had say one thing and actual is different. This is total fake company they not doing my emi slab and not paying extra emi cost with intrest also still not reimbursement my medical bills ant currently not receiving all my call and not responding my mails. All this good wisher comments are its self employees of this company which was doing his add.

I purchased policy on[protected] from indian fitness services to buy a health policy. After much consideration, i realized that indian fitness services has the best plans. I spoke to mr. Sabir khan and he explained me about the preventive plan policy so well. He was polite and spoke for a long time answering all questions. My gold plan ruppes 12500/- on emi and i got a soft copy on mail with in 10 to 15 min.

I really like the floater concept where you buy only one policy for the whole family. My whole family is covered for the entire this plan. Sabir was really nice and i hope he is the mirror of indian fitness services... I think he should be promoted.

They called me for health fitness policy under which full family will be covered. Total amount was 16000. They told me the amount will be deducted only in emi. They also told me if i don't like the service they will refund me. Right next day today no one is picking the call and also the number on website is switched off. They are scam definitely. No one is replying on mail.

Today sharing my experience with indian fitness services health policy which we have been availing from last 2 years we keep renewing every year in the month of september.

I have taken a policy for me and my wife of 4lakhs rupees and the premiun for indian fitness services policy for the year is 10, 500 rs which is a family floater plan. Indian fitness services provides lots of benefits like no capping on room rent which generally every other insurance policy charges 1% of the total policy amount.

Almost 160 such day care deseases are covered where no hospitalisation of 24 hours is required and every year at the time of renewal we get coupons for 2 members for health check ups free of cost. Which makes indian fitness services health plan stand differently from other insurance companies. I am a happy customer ofindian fitness services.

Indian fitness services is fraud company in delhi, they offering many more attractive plans but these plans are fake & fraud,

I have dot phishing from them via razorpay "pay_b1yq7ckah12ald"

For rs. 8500, they are are not giving any services, they taken money & not picking any phone calls,

Dont take any policy & not pay any money to them
Deepak nagar is big big big chor his cell no is # [protected]

Dont entertain him, his full family is theft,, he is from theft family, chor sala

I take that policy on dated 17th november, the executive from this organization told that i can get my kits and documents within 7 days, still won't get any documents and kits. Whenever i tried to reach out them, there no. Is not reachable or there no. Is changed.

I also mailed them and chat them to please cancel my policy and return my money, won't get any reply from them.

The amount which i paid-10000/-, please help us to get the money back.

They are totally a fraud company.

On calling up their help line and mobile nos [protected] & [protected] and also personal no of deepak nagar : [protected], i not receiving any response.
In view of the above, i made several request on their website to cancel my policy and return my money rs 10, 500/-, but received no response yet.

Hence, requesting to intervene to get my refund of rs 10, 500/- against cancellation, as per the contractual terms mentioned in the website (Can cancel in 30 working days to get full refund).

Indian Fitness Services — request for refund of rs 9999 & rs.12999, paid on 27th August for GOLD PLAN Policy & SENIOR CITIZEN Policy

During my telephone conversation with the sales personnel of M/S Indian Fitness Services, I was misinformed that, soft copy of the policy would be send within 24 hrs from the date of receipt of payment, but until now I have not received any of the documents of the policy / contract . I have received only a soft copy of the receipt for Rs.9999/- only.

On calling up their Help line and mobile Nos [protected] & [protected] and also personal no of Mr. Deepak Nagar : [protected], I did not receive any response .

In view of the above, I made a request on their website to send my policy and refund money Rs.9, 999/-&Rs.12999/-, but I received no response yet.

Hence, I request your office to kindly help me to get my money amounting Rs.22, 998/-(total of Rs. 9999/- & Rs.12999) refunded, against cancellation as per the contractual terms mentioned in the website ( “ can cancel in 30 working days to get full refund” ).
