I (Dinesh kumar sharma) paid rs 10, 500 through my credit card on 03rd october 2018, recipt no[protected], payment id: pay_b53qzybxmwmnap to indian fitness services.

I was misinformed by indian fitness services, sales person over phone that, soft copy of the policy would be send with in 24 hrs, until now i have not received yet. On calling up their help line and mobile nos [protected] & [protected] and also personal no of deepak nagar : [protected], i not receiving any response.
In view of the above, i made several request on their website to cancel my policy and return my money rs 10, 500/-, but received no response yet.

Hence, requesting to intervene to get my refund of rs 10, 500/- against cancellation, as per the contractual terms mentioned in the website (Can cancel in 30 working days to get full refund).
