I placed the order on 17th July and timed it to be delivered on 14th August and it's still undelivered and that too without any intimation of cause for delay or when exactly will it be delivered. I have been calling and drafting emails to them but in vain

I see that there is still no resolution after around 4 months. Which means even this site is a waste and there is no use of making complains anywhere at all. The whole system i corrupt.
