I Had placed an order of Rakhi gift hamper with Indian Gifts Portal on August 19th 2015 (order number #IGP677273). The order delivered was incomplete. The main product (Rakhis) was missing from the complete package. I have made several calls to IGP and also sent out a few emails reminding them of my concern but no action was taken on my request. IGP team kept promising me that they will deliver the order before August 29th 2015 i.e (before Rakhi) but there has been no communication and no order delivery. I am so fed up of calling their customer service team. The team does not even know to talk properly in english or hindi for that matter. They just keep saying sorry again and again.
I spoke with Aman Chaudhary (customer service representative). I told him my issues very clearly but he was not able to reply to my queries. Even he was bot able to communicate properly in english. After talking with him for 15 minutes, I asked him to connect my call with someone senior in his team. He responded saying that it's not possible, it's late at night and all the seniors are away and there is no way to connect to them.
IGP website says that their working hours are from 8am-10pm IST(Monday-Sunday). I called IGP team within the office hours and I was told that they don't have the facility to transfer the call. I am very sorry to say but I had a very terrible experience with IGP.
Now, after experiencing all this when I asked them to return my money, they are not even bothered. IGP is very unprofessional. They should shut their business as soon as possible. Otherwise the day is not far when people would tear IGP apart.
