Dear team,
I have placed online order for rakhi from india to indonesia on 24 th july and delivery date was 30th july amount rs.1570/- with shipping charges of rs.1145/-
On 30th july, my brother at indonesia receive a call stating to pay custom charges additional.
On calling to igp support team, i got assurance from twinkle (Igp executive) that no need to pay extra charges and order will be delivered on raksha bandhan.
Again my brother got an email to pay custom duty. Again i called to igp team and requested to cancel the order and initiate refund, as raksha bandhan was over.
I got assurance from igp support executive that refund will be processed within 24 hours.
Today again i call to igp team to check the refund status, now she is telling that she cannot initiate the refund.
Why there was wrong commitment was given to me since starting.
Please initiate the refund else will escalate to customer grievances platform.
