Indian Gifts Portal / Intermesh Shopping Network — ordered rakhi and gifts, item not yet delivered

I had ordered rakhi and gift items on igp.com to be delivered to my brother and his family in sweden with high hopes. The portal showed the expected delivery date as 27th july 2020. Today is 3rd august, rakhi, my order is not yet delivered. No body in the customer care picks up. How do i resolve the issue. Now there is no point in delivering this order after rakhi. I want to cancel and get the refund. But their website does not provide any such provision. I am feeling like cheated for a handsome amount.

First of all, let me express my sincere apologies for the unintentional mistake and the inconvenience caused thereafter. These incidents are not typical o[censored]s and we are disturbed about this as much as you are.
We completely understand your concern. We all are facing a pandemic situation due to which there are a lot o[censored]nseen obstacles. But we and our courier team and trying to work their best in this unsafe situation too. Due to a lot of changes in the international security and customs, few of the packages were returned to the warehouse. We repacked them and reshipped them.
Please help us with your order number so that we can have this checked.
One more time we apologize for this error and we hope to keep you as part of our valued customer base for a very long time.
