Ten yellow roses order was placed on 7th may 2016 with indian gifts portal worth rs. 799/-. They confirmed 24 hours delivery and never delivered till today which is 11th may. I requested for order cancellation on the 9th may and 48 hours passed, no steps taken. They haven't given any status, no refund, no mail either!! Wasted my time and energy! I want my complete money back from them. Please help.
