Indian Gifts Portal / Intermesh Shopping Network — Refund not received

I have asked to cancel my order. They had told me that the refund would be initiated as soon as the order is cancelled. I have not received any communication from their end after 2 days. They have not cancelled the order. Their support is not picking my call.
