Indian Gifts Portal / Intermesh Shopping Network — Shipment not delivered on time. False commitments of getting it delivered on time.

I have booked rakhi for my brother who is US on 6th of August 21. At the time of booking the expected date of delivery was reflecting as 11th August. They provided me the tracking details to track my shipment. In their tracking website my packet was reflecting as delivered on 12th August. I asked my brother to check but he said there is no courier at my place. I called customer service of IGP to enquire, they said "mam your courier is not yet delivered but we will get it delivered before rakhi please do not worry". But unfortunately after N number of complians and follow up with them rakhi is gone and they have failed on their fake commitments. IGP is not providing me any solution and asking me can we redelivere your rakhi now i.e after rakhi. Well I think that's not the solution to my problem. They are not providing me with the senior authority details for complaining. Really pathetic service from IGP gifting portal. Please think 100 times before choosing IGP.
