This is regarding the Order IGP574536. The product "Bright Sensation-USA" which costs around 89 USD is not yet delivered and it is claimed that this have been delivered. Instead the product "Torn Ranch Rose" which was a part of the afore said order have been delivered in 2 quantities which was ordered as one. There have a been a serious confusion going around with this.
I am following up on delivery of this order since last 20 days. Every time, i call up the help desk, they say they will reply with details in 24 hours. And I guess this 24 hrs time is yet to come. What is taking some much long to respond? All my investment on this have been washed off by India Portal. . Even after repetitive follow up no one cares to inform the customer. This is really frustrating. Till date I am expecting a response from the team. Can I please have a call back and can some one please make me understand what's wrong with the process??
I just want a positive response from the team, if the Bright Sensation is going to be delivered or not. If not, how is this going to be compensated. If they are claiming to be delivered then why they are not providing an evidence that this have been delivered by showing the signature of the recipient.
I would humbly request the consumer complaint board to take some serious action on this and help me on this.
