[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation — Miscommunication & Fraud commitment by Mr. Roshan Patil

This is with regards with subject mentioned above, I have registered with IHO on 23-3-15. I had received a call from Mr.Roshan Patil who operates from Sakinaka, Mumbai branch with regards to features of health plan in which I was being told that 1.Emi facility is available with Hdfc credit card which is not possible as per confirmation from IHO & Hdfc later on. 2.My wife was admitted in hospital & as per confirmation from Mr.Roshan patil same hospital is listed in IHO but when I asked for discounts or reimbursement I came to know that same hospital is jot listed with IHO. Being all these fraud commitments from Mr Roshan Patil I requested for Freelook cancellation of plan, also I had received a message stating cancellation is in process. later on suddenly I received a call from IHO stating if I will go for cancellation only 50% amount will be refunded. Also IHO has refunded Rs.800 to me to continue with the plan however I m no more interested with the plan now. Request you to reverse 100% amount to my account on priority. Bank Account no -[protected] Bank name -Hdfc bank Expecting positive rely from IHO...
