[Resolved]  Indian Health Organisation — Misguidance and not refunding money

I had applied for this card after getting promotional call from Indian Health Organisation(IHO). at the first they promissed me to get the benefit of this card of 50% to any hospital clinic or even unlisted clinic in all over india. and tthey also told me if you did not like this policy then we can refund you 100% within a month.so i confirmed and paid for this card.now on 5th sept. i got confirmation call and they are saying that you can get benefit on 15%to20% only and you also need to pay RS. 400. an many more other things they told me after getting payment they even now saying its not refundable. I need my whole refund within 30 days because i found its completely different card for what i applied. every record is recorded in their calling data .
