[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation — Pathetic Service | |||
I hold 7 members plan for IHO from my family. IHO is bad at understanding customer query and servicing. I got Thyrocare Freedom check up done for my father on 12th Aug. Now I am fed up of calling IHO to book similar test for my mother. During membership process, IHO gave 5 such vouchers to avail service. Upon calling call centers, they are not able to book schedule for this time test. I have been following up since 19th august and they have not addressed my parents schedule. If IHO has any problem with their voucher or process that their look out to fix. They are not supposed to play with health of citizens. My mother has brain stroke 4 months back and her situation is serious to get this test done to consolidate further test. Such organization MUST NOT get ENTRY into INDIA ...this is simple poorly managed company with not transaparent and honest service. I have made 2 escalations also on their website, which is for sure went into some dustbin at IHO office. I dont have any other hope here. But I will surely make enough noise to bring damage to IHO as brand and its service. Was this information helpful? | |||
