Sir, I joined the Indian Health Organisation by taking a Freedom Policy by paying a premium of Rs. 3590/- on 25th Jan. 2014 vide Reciept No. IHO-2014-1/32841. I recieved the free vouches of Thyrocare for health check up. They want me to get appointment through them. I called them on 17th, 18th and 19th for appointment, either the do not lift the call nor give any appointment. What should be done to cancel the policy and get refunded my premium amount.
