[Resolved] Indian Health Organisation — Wrong commitment and Fraud | |||
Is IHO (Indian Health Organisation) is Fake & Fraud company? I have purchased a plan on 12 -July -2014 online, IHO representative said that I will get Four IHO Thyrocares Preventive Healthcheck Packages Card with freedom plan, and send my four IHO temp cards with wrong names, I told IHO multiple times and you guys were agreed with me. From some days IHO is denying whatever they said. Its frustrating and total unacceptable. I have referenced and converted three guys (Gagan Shukla, Piyush Gupta and Prashant) to take your plan. For that IHO told me that they will give me 2 Polo wrist watches separataly. But, Now IHO send me only Two Thyrocare packages in 2500/-. But commitment was that they are reversing 500/-. And can avail this facility in 2000/- and wrist watchs. But nothing happens. IHO provides a helpline number 011 40354400 but I am not able to connect, everytime I get a message "Dear Member, we're sorry we missed your call, an IHO helpdesk representative will get in touch within 2hours.
