Indian Infratel — refund my total money

Sir i am from up east district - jalaun and i had applied for a moble tower. A company name - indian infratel, website-www.indianinfratel.com i received a call from indian infratel. Their numbers is [protected], [protected], [protected] these are the numbers of them. And their email [protected]@indianinfratel.com. Firstly he say that 14500 for registration. I paid after he says 25500 for land and bank declaration i paid. After he says for noc (Non objection certificate) i paid 49500. After this he say 75950 for agreement. I paid after he send me agreement and rbi tax for 360000 and he say that your money will transfer if you pay gst. But i have no amount. So i say"please cancel my request". He say that " when you will pay 25500rs then we will refund. I paid 15000 because he said that rest amount will paid him and i will pay rest amount after refund and now he saying me full payment of 25500.in their first call he say that the money which you paid all are refund when you pay gst of 360000. I think this is a frowd with me. So i request you to please help me for return my money.. I request you to track the given numbers and caught them please.
