i've enrolled myself for mba from iipm lucknow in oct,2011, i've completed all the formalities also submitted retention amt of rs.34000/- ( deposited cash into his idbi a/c) and first installment of fee which is 101250/-( paid through cheque). I've never attended any class after that I've decided to withdraw my enrollment and requested for fee refund via an application to center manager on dated[protected], they said it takes some time to refund that amt and retention amt is not refundable, since that time i've not informed via institute although Mr. Faiz khan who is looking after this matter from IIPM not interested to picking my phone.

This is very irresponsible behavior of iipm.

Pls help.

It's an issue like which has no ending, they r still passing the time now i've to do something else, so i am going to file a suite against him that they r not willing to refund my fee amount, cause if they r not trying to do so they r not pulling this issue so much longer, it's more than three months that each n every time they've giving me just excuses, that today is responsible person is not available in office. According to my conversation with iipm guys if any guys absent since long no other guy looking after his work.


Now i'm too much frustrated.....

If anyone knows how to resolve this..........Plz tell i m contactable on [protected].

I have been working with IIPM since 2 yrs and the only biggest problem i am facing is salary. It never comes on time, we have to wait for more than 3 - 4 months for a month salary which is shameful for iipm which boast of being the best institute .. THINK BEYOND IIM. Do they really know wat iim is? I have wasted my 2 yrs here and planning 2 leave this organisation asap.
Prof. Arindam Chowdhuri giving 1 crore Rs as gift cheque to anna hazare, investing more than 1 lakh Rs per week in fuel for his luxurious cars, buying F1 stakes, etc.. but cant give the salary to its employees on time. One of my iipm colleague was thrown out of his rented house due to non clearance of his rent. Each and every employee is crying, every1 wants to leave iipm, bt lack of opportunity in market after working with iipm is the reason they couldnt find a suitable job.

I had a dream to be a successful Man after doing MBA from a Good and reputed Institude But due to ditching and making fool by

IIPM , I am in a very worse position . I do not have more money to start even distance MBA programme.
I had applied for MBA Course(25th Nov Batch) in IIPM chandigarh Campus. They Made me calls and i disucussed each and

everything regarding my financial circumtances that i can"t pay your fee which was about 5lac of 2years. They reffered me that

they were having loan facility with lot of banka partners through i would be able to get loan. I said, its fine . I went to appear in

enterance exam , I cleared it they said Now I had to pay retenion free which was 30,000 . Now body infomed me its was not

nonrefundable . There was a Mr. Puneet Aggerwal From Head Office Dehli Campus . he assured me that if IIPM or My loan would

not be sanctioned then IIPM would returned my Money Back. Very Important part Is this I am very poor person even i was not

having a 1k rupee to pay . I had a bike which i purchased on installments . I mortgaged it and paid 30000k rupees to IIPM in there a/c

through SBI Bank in 2installments to make my career . But all future Career dreams has converted into night mare .Therefore I

started finding out the bank through loan could be sanctioned . In the end i am going to lose my bike and also not able to get

admission in any courses .I was studing with against of my parent's wish . I have not disclosed with them if i will do it then they will

not allow to any body else in the future .

So IIPM representative's made me fool and not picking my phone calls after saying the amount was not refundable. so IIPM can't do

this . Mr. hamandeep Singh was giving me a sweet lolly that he will speak to higher authority but at end he stopped also picking my

calls .Number of people were in my touch from dehli and chandigarh campus . but all are not doing there job. i dont not have so

much money to apply the case in consumer court ,So On i searched on internet and founded you as resolving so many customer

cases , Kindly help me out

My Son Daksh Jain has applied for

admission in BBA Programme for the session 2011 in and around

April,2011 with IIPM.

He has deposited a cheque no.754349of Rs. 32550.00 along with

application at their Gurgaon Office.


The cheque has been realized in their account on 27.04.2011.

In May, 2011 my son has conveyed to their office at Gurgaon

about his non inclination to join your programme and has been

requesting for refund of fees realized bytheir office repeatedly.

However,IIPM did not refunded the amount despite

the personal visit to their Gurgaon office on 24.08.2011wherein

it was assured to effect the refund witin one month.After lot of follow up IIPM refunded Rs. 30000 in cash on 02.12.2011 leaving behind the balance of Rs.2500with them.Variious reminders were sent subsequently to IIPM .The IIPM has now kept mum.I have also written to Mr arindham choudhary,director IIPM through regd. letter in this regard.,It was clearly told at the time of application by IIPM that in case you are not inclined

you will get full refund.My son had been following with IIPM for refund of full feeimmediately after depositing the fees.IIPMhave utilize our fund for more than 7 months.Besides, there is element of cost involved in following you apart from personal visit made at their Gurgaon Office.

Under the circumstances,you are hereby requested to register complaint for refund of another Rs. 2500.00 from IIPM.

IIPM (international institute of Planning and Management) , owned by Arindam choudhry, has got 3 corporate offices there in Delhi.but he all time delays the salary, according to the law salary must get cleared by next month of 7th or 8th but we all time get our salary after completion of next month,like we are still waiting for our august month salary, same happened in July we got that salary by 7 or 8th of September. so please do something so that we could get our salary on time.

At the time of joining they said that its a good college and also registered by the indian govt. And they said that pay the amount of Rs.38750/- to reserve seat in this college and aslo said that i[censored] dont want to join then the amount is refundable then i paid the fee to reserve the seat now i am not willing to continue in ur college so plz refund my amount now they were saying that the amount is not refundable ...... so beware of this college ...........It was the indias no.1 fraud college ...............


"The certificates that was given by that college were not valid"...............

My brother in law who hails from a small village aspirant of doing MBA had approached IIPM for admissions. IIPM on the same day have collected the fees from him of Rs. 35,000/- saying that it is for seat reservation, On enquiry it is found that
. IIPM does not offer real MBA degrees
. IIPM is not legally accredited as a university
. Most IIPM "professors" are actually IIPM graduates
On request for the refund of the money they are harassing and trying to use the local Gundas and threatening us. We tried to approach Police stations they are refusing the complaints. it is not only with us there are many who are suffering from this college. We are ready to give all the documents along with the details of some more suffer just like us. We request you to help us in this regard.
Please help us in this regard. I want to help others so that there are no more suffers

You may also make your investigation on the factual positions and prevent further innocent students becoming victim of this racket.

My name is Sachin Soni residing in santacruz west. In the year 2007 I had enrolled in at the Indian Institute of Planing and Management , Mumbai which was completed in the year 2009. We were told that we will get our degree from an belgium institute. But in the year 2010 month september.when the convocation was held I was told that my degree had not been processed because my marks of study tour to europe had not been updated bymistake due to the professor mr Abbas negligence who had already left the institute that time. I was told by the new person incharge Mr Krunal that now he will process my degree and I will get it in 3 4 months. On inquiring after 3 months I was told by him that he had processed the degree 1 month late and it will come after 2 months. During that tenure even he quit tht job and new professor came in Ms Nikita . On inquiring on June 2011 I was then told that Mr Krunal did not do the job properly and she has sent the degree for processing and it will Take 3 more months and that the other students degree were processed so they had stopped issuing old degrees. I have all the proof stating that I have cleared all my credits and I am eligible for degree but even then they are not giving me my degree. Everytime they blame the previous professor incharge. I couldn't even procure a job later since I did not have my degree . I don't think they are going to give my degree anytime soon
Please help me with this . I want my fees back since getting a degree after 2 years is of no use to me.
I want to take legal action against them . Please tell me what to do

I have been receiving calls and messages from different companies. Some for course. diploma, MBA, travels, offers. I have already register for Do not Disturb service with my mobile service company, so I use to wonder how this people get my personal mobile number. Today, after chatting with a marketing lady from IIPM, I came to know that they got my number from Naukri.com. It means naukri.com is selling my number. If not, IIPM and many other companies are using it for their own gain.

My number was strictly given for employment purpose and it is been misused for marketing and promotional offer. It is so disturbing that this guys keeps messaging and calling the whole day. Changing the number is not the solution but a workaround which I is not feasible for me.

Once I happened to provide my phone number to IIPM advertisement in the web and since then , the institute has been continuously spamming me with SMS's saying admissions open. I'm getting around 2 sms per day. Its not understandable why a university has the right to spam someone just because he/she requested information.

I had taken admission in iipm dehradun campus, and submit 30000rs fees, after submitting the admission fees the institute just asking for the 2nd installment, but still they DID not given me my selection letter and after 22days they provide me.. and also I asked them to provide me certificates as they are affiliate from aicte/Ugc.. but still they DID'nt provide me any information.. instead of that they just call me to submit the fees of 1lakh10thousand..
Now, when i went to the banks for loan, the bank straight say no to give the loan as the IIPM is not a AICTE/UGC approved institute.. and also in Uttarakhand there are several cases are still in que regarding the IIPM.
I choose dehradun campus but now they are telling that I am selected to delhi campus.
Now my family told me not to do mba from such type of fake institute... I am in depression,, can I can get my money back from there... please suggest me what necessary steps I can take for them

i have completed my PG course from IIPM this year........its a [censored]ing institute.please dont take admission here and dont spoil ur life friends. this institution gives no placement and not alt all good palcement. u can ask this by going to the colleg and ask the students.
this is the whole case of IIPM. the advertisement is fake and only show off.... arindam chaudhry takes money and publish only advertisements..
he is a self declared management guru. no body tells him...he only knows how to speak and tackel media and nothing else.please marks my words...........THIS INSTITUTION IS NOT UGC APPROVED... AND NEITHER TIED UP EITH ANY SUCH UNIVERSITIES..............
AND COURSE IS ALSO NOT APPROVED BY GOVERNMENT AND PATHETIC SYLLABUS.........

ASK ANY OF THE PRESENT STUDENTS AND FEEL THE RESULT...........IT TAKES MONEY AND CLEARS THE EXAM PAPERS...........
and those who do not get any where placement IIPM offers them to work for the college and gather students for it for which they get 20000 per student.............

This is to inform you that I am Ms. Krutanjali Krushna Mahale from Panvel-Navi Mumbai.I had selected for MBA program for year 2011-13 in IIPM, Mumbai Campus. My reference No.2011-13/W/IIPM-PGP (D)/MUM-4/MA-162 Dt 17 Jan 2011.I would like to draw your attention towards following facts that I applied for education loan in Bank of Maharashtra Panvel Branch (M.S) but bank refused to it as IIPM is not approved by AICTE and UGC and mean while on 2 March 2011, Marathi daily News paper (LOKMAT) display news about IIPM. So bank manager show me and I strongly felt that under this situation o[censored]ncertainties, why should I undertake this highly expensive course of Rs 6.81 Lakhs in IIPM Khar (w) Mumbai. In such condition when I will be so uncertain about my future prospect. Also, it will not possible for me to pay this huge fee of 6.81 lakhs in 1 year. So, at that time I had decided that not to take admission at IIPM, Mumbai. I also feel that the admission fee at IIPM, Mumbai was out of my reach, and BANK OF MAHARASHTRA also Reject my educational proposal. I belong to a middle class family; such huge amount cannot be managed by my parents easily. And mean while my kid (Ku. Varad age-13months) fall down from BED and get injured on back side of Head, I arrange some money for his medical from my friend and I think to demand my money back from IIPM, Mumbai paid as Retention amount of Rs.39500/- for my Baby’s further Medical treatment, so I am not taking admission, I may be returned this money at the earliest. I call to IIPM, Delhi & Mumbai 100 times for my retention fee but they always said me wait wait..Your case is processing...in few days you got your retention money. But time has passed 2 month already no such amount of my fee is refund to me. They still said me the same thing your case has processing. You get your money back soon wait. Every time IIPM, Delhi makes me fool each time. Please help me sir.
I had deposited amount of Rs.38, 750/- direct deposit in A/c No. [protected] to IIPM, Delhi IDBI bank Delhi branch on 24 Jan 2011 and other Rs.750 do Net banking transfer on same a/c and I got receipt No. 1889 dt 25 Jan 2011 (retention fee) from IIPM, Mumbai .
Please help me consumer forum for refund my retention fee as soon as possible, I shall always be grateful to you.

Im pradeep kumar samantaray residing at pl.no-1060/1063 , SP-4 ,Shantinagar , Jharapada ,Bhubaneswar . my permanent address - AT/PO-Ragaripara , P.S- Baramba , Dist- Cuttack . sir always im seeing that IIPM ,BHUBANESWAR , is the all india 5th rank MBA institution in india ,that are advertising in TIMES OF INDIA news paper . whether it is false or true i dont know ,but im convinced by the news paper .then i had gone to the IIPM,BBSR on 25/01/2011 to know about the courses . that day they told me that today is the last day for the registration . if you will not registered today you will miss the chance for take admission like such renowned and top 5th MBA institution in India. that day im given Rs-1200/- (twelve hundreds rupees only) in cash and the cash receipt no is 1135 .then immediate they called me on 26th jan 2011,your interview date is 31th jan 2011.i attended the interview that day . and on 2nd February i got a call from delhi from a girl named is Anchal mam from the mob.no-[protected], she told that im selected in that interview and also i got a selection letter from delhi in the Reference no-2011-13/SS/IIPM-PGP(D)/BHU-5/BA-1071 with the selection letter i also got some of the bank tie up letter.my last date of admission was 14th Feb 2011.but when i contact the S.B.I, bank was refused to me to give the loan . bank manager told me that they are giving educational loan to that institution which are approved by AICTE and other bank (CBI , PNB , HDFC, IDBI, CREDILA FINANCIAL SERVIES )also refused me to give loan ,they are condition that there are giving loan to urban areas not to the rural areas ,but im permantly from rural area.All the matters i was counselling with both Anchal mam (from Delhi) and Sudipta mishra (from bbsr) .then im decided not to join in IIPM . then everyday both anchal mam (from Delhi ) and also here to the sudipta mishra (from bbsr ) were contacted me everyday min . 5 to 10 calls per day to convinced me . But finally Anchal mam applied a pre-plain on me , she told me that pradeep if you will go to the bank with the selection letter , bank will not give you the loan . First you give some securities amount with the admission fees and im giving 110% guarantee to sanction your loan ,because we have also personal loan section of our institution .so loan guarantee is 110% .But i told her that my admission date already gone and also told her that mam im poor background boy ,if my loan will not sanctioned ,is my deposit money refundable or non-refundable . she told me it is refundable . if you will give you in cash not in DD.So according her words and written in my selection letter that only DD can acceptable ,cash or cheques will not acceptable , i convinced that if my loan will not sanction i will return my money back.then i deposite Rs-29.500/-(twenty nine thousands five hundreds rupees only) in cash instead of Rs-35,000/- (thirty five thousands rupees only ) the receipt no- 180. Rs-35,000/- (thirty five thousands is actually my admission retantion amounts. Anchal says that amount you going to deposit that is your security amount .if your loan will not sanctioned ,then you will return your deposit amount.then my loan was not sanctioned . loan department told me that your father is not a salaried or a registered business man .But now i told her to return my money ,she told me that you go and sold your all properties or borrowed the money from any relatives or tell to any of your relatives those are salaried or big businessman ,who will take the guaranteer of your loan . i told there are no such man in my family .but now there are not responding my calls ,if i calling her to any other number ,when she know my name ,she cutting the phone and threatening me not to call ,if i'll call them in future they will spoil my life and carrier and also threatening me not to go to in front of bhubaneswar office ,if i'll go to that office they will break my legs by the help of their securities guard . im also given a application to the Dean Academic All India of IIPM.Bhubaneswar for return my deposit money ,but ther is no response
So,I pray to sir please take a hard action against these persons those are giving false promise to the poor students and soiling there life and also giving wrong information by advertising through national news paper and please help me to return my money back from the fraud institution.im attached the all documents with all money receipt of that instituion. For which i shall be highly obliged to you.

This is to inform you that I am sachin balapure from nagpur.I had selected for MBA programme this year in IIPM and i got IIPM-INDORE Compus.My reference No.2010-12/SS/ISBE(B)/IND-2B/IA-1073.Later on I transfer my Admission from IIPM Indore to IIPM PUNE.I would like to draw your attention towards following facts that I applied for education loan in SBI bank chandameta branch(M.P) but SBI refused to it as IIPM is not approved by AICTE and UGC .So I strongly felt that under this situation o[censored]ncertaintees, why should I undertake this highly expensive course of Rs 3.75 Lakhs in IIPM pune.In such condition when I will be so uncertain about my future prospect. Also, It will not possible for me to pay this huge fee of 3.75 lakhs in 1 years.So, at that time I had decided that not to take admission at IIPM PUNE. I also feel that the admission fee at IIPM pune was out of my reach,SBI bank also Reject my educational parposal does not provide any kind loans for this IIPM PUNE.I hail from a middle class family,such huge amount cannot be managed by my parents easily. At the time of registration of my daughter Ms. Sanchi Malhotra for MBA with IIPM, I deposited Rs.40,000/- as retention fee with IIPM vide pay order No. 383362 dated 19/5/2010 on 19/5/2010. But, the institute did not give me proper receipt for this amount but gave only receipt on the plain paper in which only mentioend the amount not pay order No. and date. After one week of the date of deposit the said pay order, after hearing from several people regarding non-registered this institution with UGC, I visited the office of IIPM and requested for refund of the said retention amount by verbly/writing several requests to the office of IIPM. But they refused to refund the said retention fee and said that it is not in our rules. I also read in The Times of India dated 3/10/2010 about non-registered this institution with UGC. After that date also, I visited the office of IIPM for refund and wrote the request for refund of the said amount. But, that time, they also refused. It is, therefore, humbly prayed that the said amount may be got refunded from the said institute at the earliest. Also confirm the complaint at the e-mail address given below.

iip lucknow is not affliated by ugc and they r running dere institute frm m.s. university tamilnadu........ and most important thing is dat ugc has a rule that state university cant collaborate with any other state university. so i request u to take some measure step ragarding my fee taken by iipm that is 30,ooo thousand i want it back and they r saying dat we vl not refund it back frm md azhar khan [protected] nd [protected]

this is brijesh, my younger brother is studying in IIPM Lucknow Branch, while joining they told us that it is UGC & AICTE Recognised Institute, but, right now his first sem. exams is on hold, & i heard that its not UGC & AICTE recognised and affliation to the university is also expires. kindly help us to overcome from this situation. i just want to know that its recognised or not, and does he is able to appear in govt. sector exams or not....
