Dear sir/madam,

I had enrolled for (2 years distance learning) mba production in indian management institute in august 2014. Institute had promised that exams will be conducted in mumbai itself but they are now forcing me to go to tamil nadu. This is because ugc has come up with rule of state jurisdiction. But i had taken admission after ugc came with this rule and during taking admission imi had promised that exams will be conducted in mumbai and on this assurance only i had taken admission in imi. Imi has taken all the fees from us and it is not helping us now to finish our mba course and imi is telling us to follow msu university website and goto tamil nadu to appear for exams. Even imi is not giving us notes and video lectures that they had promised. If i were to follow university website and appear exams in tamil nadu, i would not have paid 40000 extra and taken admission in imi. We want imi to keep their words and help many remaining students that are yet to complete their exams as promised.
