Indian Management Institute (IMI) — No refund of money

Hi, i want to complaint against indian management institute (imi). address-303 tanishka, akurli cross rd, off western express highway, kandivali (e). website - www.imiedu.in

I had enrolled for a 2 yrs mbahr course in this institute in july 2014 and paid full fees rs. 55800 through online banking. there was no proper coordination from the institute at all. the people with whom i was in contact kavita rawat, pravin misal, kajal singh and ajay all are disappeared now. all their contact numbers are unreachable.
When i inform them that i will file a police complaint against them, somebody giving response from email id " student. [protected]@imiedu.in" on irregular basis. if i send the same mail 15-20 times or more that, then only i get a reply which is irrelevant. the sender is not ready to mention his name or contact even continuous requests from my end.
The institute has shut down its existing office also. this institute has cheated me and i am sure there are lots of students like me who are facing same issue. i request you to help me in getting fees refund and take legal action against this fraud institute.
