Dear team, greetings for the day! Myself ruchika panchal i have taken an admission in imi institute. Initially ms trupti was my counsellor, she informed me about the course i was interested (Msc psychology). She informed me that they are having a tie up with acharya nagarjuna university for the stated course. They asked me to pay the fees 1st which was 33650/ - per year and then only they will provide me with the students login for their website as well as for anu website. I am financial weak & can't afford to pay the whole fees at one go. So i paid half a amount 16300/- after that also they neither provided me with the login details nor the study materials. I was constantly following up with them. They always said they haven't received the update from anu & still waiting for the update. This was going on from sept 2015 & till now its the same. I have gone through the anu website there i found the assignment updates for the may 2016. I have forwarded the same link to them & after that they are not at all reverting. I was constantly calling them & now m losing patience. I also left a feedback comment of the university website but no call or revert on my query was given. I have earned hard money and paid my fees, still i am waiting for the revert or if they at least refund the amount it will be grateful. I can study from a different university. I have all the email conversation records but i am not able to attach as it is exceeding the size from 2 mb. Is there any way you can help me, i will be thankful for! I have not shared any of the false information. In fact your colleague Ms Trupti (Counsellor) she have shared the false information that my admission is for the current year[protected] with the updated syllabus.
Also I am not talking about the result, I was talking about the Assignments (May 2016) that the university has updated on their website.
I don't want any of the Goff-up from your side.
All I need is the refund from your side as I have wasted enough of time & energy on this.

Your admission is for the new batch and new syllabus. The result that you are talking about is of the batch prior to you.
Also, the fee payment you are talking about is provided to you on installment basis.
