I purchased a 1 ton lg ac from Bismi electronics Kalamassery on 19 May 25. The product was delivered on 21 May 25 and the service engineer came for installation on 23 May 25 from Global Services Cheranaloor Ernakulam.
During installation I noticed that the technician s not competent for fitment. 3.5 Meter additional piping was required and he charged for that Rs 6100
(a) Rs 825 for installation (b) out boor stand Rs 885 (c) 3.5 mtrs copper piping Rs 4200 ( drain pipe not included) (d) three pin and clamps Rs 190. During Charging the gas was leaking from all flared joints. He rectified it by flaring again. When ac was put ON the cooling was very low. The matter was told to technician and he said that he is not having refrigerant and will be charged next day.
I noticed that the technician was intoxicated and not having workmanship.
I tried to contact Global Service many times and they are not picking up the call. Thereafter i registered a complaint with LG vide RNP[protected].
Today technician from some other lg agency with phone no [protected] arrived and during inspection he noticed that the blanking at joint missing. The flaring from pipe at condensor is leaking and the fitment of stand is not proper. photo and video are taken of this and is attached.
This technician also left saying that Global service will be doing it.
You are requested to intervene and resolve the issue at the earliest.
