I have applied for refund for project Bokaro and Ranchi in 2014. since then i have not received any positive response from SWO India.
I am urgent need of money.
It is requested that please intimate any solution...

Dear Sir,
I purchased goods at spencers sector 56 Gurgaon Haryana for Rs 4274.96 on 02/07/2022 and made payment by Kotak Bank debit card at 13:17:12.
The counter staff did a fraud on me and told me that the payment was not successful and told me to give her another card for the same transaction. I believed the counter staff and gave a different debit card of HDFC bank and another payment was taken for Rs 4274.96 on the same date 02/07/2022 after an interval of one minute at 13:18:50.
After returning I checked bank emails and both the payments are showing as successful and the money has been debited by the bank.
The payment of Rs 4274.96 was taken twice by spencers staff as a intentional fraud.

I had given my car honda wrv i-dtech, ch01 br0230 to your honda body shop located at okhla in aug this year. The matter was for repair of an accidented front fender. The car was collected from my office at chanakyapuri and post repair returned back in three days time. The job was done well, however on receiving my car the gps chip for navigation and one micro sd card was found missing. Since i had to leave urgently the next day early morning i could not collect the missed out items. I however did inform, mr shahid at the body shop of the missed out gps chip and micro sd card and told him i would collect it on my return, for which i was assured that the same would be complied too. I had again sent my car for the missed out work to okhla body shop asking them to fit the gps chip, foregoing the micro sd card. The body shop now pleads complete ignorance of the missed out item. He is involved in a cheating and a murder case of mr. Prashant payal s/o sh. Prem singh village lathor post office chayensa, police station shikandrabad, distt. Bulandsehar, uttar pradesh 203205.in this regard a case fir no. 604/18 dated 08/07/2018 ps shikandarabad, bulandsehar has been registered, fir no. 691/18 dated 01/08/2018 ps shikandarabad, district bulandsehar has been registered in which his name added as accused and involved for making people fool for getting placed in indian navy against money and fir no. Tabuanjaya002742/18 p. S. Diraja malaysia dated 27/06/2018 (Copy enclosed). He is not able for the reputed post as he is a cheater and murder. He misuse his reputed posted of indian navy as he makes fake promises to his villager of getting posted in indian navy for which vinesh kumar asks them for a huge amount from villagers. He has setup a network in his village with the help of his younger brother and mother and others. There are so many such cases and if a enquiry is conducted against him everything will be cleared. Hence, it is therefore requested that necessary legal action may please be taken against the above said person.

Sir, i had booked tkt for my son harmanjit for 28 may 18 in flt no sg 164 with pnr no. N79u4p. On 27 may evening i got message that cancellation of tkt is in progress and ur tkt is cancelled. Same tm i contacted the customer care but they said they cant do anything it is cancelled by the site itself. They have cut my 3000/-. I have not cancelled my tkt at all infact not thought of that. Again i booked tkt for 29 and was able to send my son to mumbai. Pl send me the proof where i had cancelled the tkt and any other info u have regarding that. We listened to the form of hmra form in the form of cancellation of the form, but it did not affect the form itself. The name of the form has been rejected by the indian navy. I hope that you have forgotten the mistake of going to the main navy for forgiveness.

A place which is very near to coastal region of NAVI MUMBAI and very near to newly built NMMC (Navi mumbai municipal corporation) on palm beach road a land just beside Chanakya academy. I am travelling on this road since last 5 year and since last 6-8 months i have observed illegal construction going in this place and a board written as "INDIAN NAVY LAND KARAVE" i doubt this board is been put up by indian navy as the construction going on seems to be of a mosque. Also the mangroves are destroyed on this site as before this there was lot of greenery in this place, either this place belongs to forest or NAVY. High commission should have a look in his matter. Vice Admiral in an Naval Institution This is to seek redressed regarding an incident which took place on 6TH of August, 2014, at INS India naval canteen. Vice Am. Bain Ghose, who is 70 years old, wanted to buy some liquor from Naval Canteen, which is his legitimate right? He is currently suffering from Multiple sclerosis, an incurable progressive medical condition. He is around 80 % blind with complete paralysis of his ocular muscles. In addition he is progressively losing his muscular functions and as of now he is in cable of walking without an attendant. He also is not able to negotiate any stairs and needs someone to help him .He first went to Kota house, which is easier to negotiate, but it was closed for stock taking. Having travelled from Gurgaon, where he is residing, he decided to visit the INS India canteen. He was accompanied by his brother, a 65 year man and an ex GM. They entered the compound from the canteen gate, with difficulty, after showing his I card and went inside the liquor counter with his liquor card. While he was in the process of choosing his liquor assisted by the brother because he can neither see nor read or move around the room. Suddenly one person in naval uniform came and summarily evicted the brother who was Admirals sole support, from not only the liquor counter, but also the compound. As a result admiral was left unattended inside the liquor counter. Realising that Adm. Is in great risk, the brother called his wife who urgently came to rescue him. The wife found him helplessly standing with some bottles unable to pay as he could not count the bills and was struggling. She was told that he does not have enough money as the money was carried by the brother. The wife was more interested in taking her husband safely out and home paid then bill fearing further humiliation and risk begged the store attendant to help take admiral out safely, as she herself being a 70 year old lady could not support him alone out of the gate. She asked why, under the circumstances, admiral was not allowed to go out with the brother, the most appropriate action in the given situation. On the contrary the brother was given no time to explain, or call the wife, but was physically forcible evicted by a sailor. Thereafter, it was found that Adm. has actually paid for liquor he never bought and hence lost a lot of money. It is total failure of navy to prevent abuse of their senior disable citizen instead of providing support at their twilight years. Their failure to provide minimum courtesy and support is pathetic. Least they should have refused entry at the outset politely. Instead first you allow entry then you evict physically. This matteis a violation of human rights and deserves appropriate administrative and legal action. More over all liquor enthrusted should be taken back and money reimbursed with interest. I feel proud that I am a retired Naval person. One Mr Narendra Bahadur Singh retiring from Indian Navy after serving for more than 30 years was ailing for long. Having no alternative at his native place, he went to Goa, to his son Mr Ajit Kumar Singh also serving in Navy to get medical aid. Mr Narendra Bahadur Singh admitted last week in INHS Jeevanthi but I learnt that he was subjected to disrespectful treatment. When he complaint of some pain and problem Cdr. U K Singh said that he was doing drama. Ultimatele, Mr singh succumbed to the ailment at Brindaban Hospital, near Goa. It is painful that a soldier is subjected to such disgraceful situation when he was to die after 3 days. i am living in NAD KARANJA area which is base of Indian and naval armament depot people living over there suffer power cutt off from last 2 days the fault which can be solved in a minute they are not solving which leads to power cut off in a whole and in mumbai its too hot how we have spended our last two god know too many mosquitoes as rainy season on way we have too open window becoz of humidity and due to mosquitoes people are suffering from dengue becoz of this powercut- off this naval area people are facing so many problems as its very away from main city we have to travelled from navy boat which take a hour there should be better hospital services inside should be provided but in the hospital there is no doctor available any time and no medicine available over there people are so much corrupted over there when someone have any problem they give only disprin even if any accident happen in this area hospital not even provide ambulance to the people who are working in navy they have ambulance but no driver is there if he is there he simply say he will not go life over there is hell and If any emergency is there speed boat should be there but its not available even if we ask they say wait for an hour and go from the boat which take an hour speed boat are used by officer for there fun but its not given to the people who required there in case of emergency.
this area work under INDIAN NAVY .

Respected Sir, I have sent an letter through speed post(EN[protected]IN DATED 26 MAY 14) containing important document related to fund withdrawl, which i need urgently, from PO, naval base, vizag -14 to
B Bhattachjee, COMNETCEN(MBI), INS ANGRE, C/O FMO, MUMBAI -400001.
As per postal rules, the SP was supposed to reach to the addressee at least after 48 hrs. Irrespective of the stipulated time period, the letter had not been delivered to the addressee till todate. On 28 May 14, Mr B Bhattacharjee personally went to GPO, MUMBAI to collect the SP by hand but the staff at GPO straightway denied and replied that the SP will be delivered in the adress mentioned. Again on 29 May, Mr B Bhattacharjee went to GPO, to enquire about it, since the SP was not received, they replied that SP is delivered. Mr B Bhattacharjee, repeated went to GPO, MUMBAI on 30, 31 May, 02 - 06 Jun 14, but no positive reply was given, simply replying that SP is delivered. I had repeated called from visakhapatnam and Mr B Bhattacharjee personally went to GPO to enquire from staffs to provide the details of the delivery man and show the receipt, where recipient signs. But nothing positive replied from them, and nothing investigated to solve the matter by GPO. It is very sad to inform that, postal service could be such a irresponsible towards their job and above all when complained to inquire about the matter, nothing had been done because they know nothing going to happen ..i cannot do anything. It is pertinent to mention that due to these irresponsible act of Postal service, i have lost an important document, loss time and suffered financial loss.
