Dear Sir, I Sravan kumar khuntia, had purchased my vehicle (Maruti, Alto, LX, GA 06 A1949) from Goa, Vasco. Presently i want to sell the vehicle. The RTO Goa, Vasco is asking for a NOC from the financier ie Maruti Countrywide.
