Sir, my name is Prasanta Nath from Fort, my tata photon no is [protected], I have been using this service since May 2012 on post paid but recently it has been converted to prepaid. though its service had been an excellent, but for one month prblem with its network speed arouse.many a time called to customer care and given resolving reply but nothing worked and told to visit tata photon store. at least 6-7 times talked to customer care. nothing worked.so i want to put up a request to see this matter to resolve through tata docomo.thanks.
