Sir, my connection is with tanwar gas agency with name of indra and consumer id-cx54036 sir, i have booked my cylinder on 22/12/2019 and cylinder "delivered" confirmation i got on 25/12/2019 but still on 09/01/2020 i did not get my clynder. Sir it is the matter of corruption therefor you are requested to do needful as soon as possible. Mo no -[protected]

    Address: ioc petrol pump plus code is hwwx+v4 chaksu, rajasthan
    At this petrol pump, i asked to fill petrol of rs 220/- and i was asking for starting at zero in meter but the staff started at reading 300 in meter and when i was stopping him till then he had already filled it up to rs 400/- and then stop there and said "5 ltrs nikalne se pehle zero se shuru nhi kr skte apko nhi bharwana to 100 rs de do" and took 100 rs from me. There was a little fight between us so i was also not able to get bill.

      Consumer no. Cx6482148. Booked the cylinder thru online and made the payment also on 1st january 2020. But till date they have not delivered the cylinder and telling some nonsense reasons (Address not found) for non-delivery. Every month it is happening the same. Distributer name is chandrashekhar gas agency, bangalore. Kindly look into this do the needful in getting the cylinders in time.

        Dear sir,
        I would like to draw your kind attention towards the corruption towards the management of ashoka gas agency mohaddipur gorakhpur.
        I surjit singh am consumer of ashoka gas agency vide consumer no.41098. On 08 jan 2020 approached agency for replacement of defective regulator (Permanent leaking) in that concern asked rs. 250.00 to give new regulator, when asked about the replacement of defective one, said by the agency concern that after dispatch of defective it will take one month time. When further inquired how about the refund of paid amount, it was replied that it has to beard by me as there is no rule of refunding the amount.
        I would like to bring in your kind concern that defective regulator is in use after concern deny, if some thing goes wrong the agency will be held responsible. Please take note of this.

          Hi there,

          I am writing to you to express my concerns that a person by name "sri srinivas" visited my place today morning (Dated 01/08/2020), claiming himself to be a member of k. K. Indane enterprises.

          He carried an id card of k. K. Indane enterprises and stated, he had come for an inspection of the domestic gas connection. Moreover, he did a basic check and collected rs. 177/- as inspection fee.

          I wanted to double check if this activity is actually carried out by the ioc/indane agencies or is it supposed to be a fraud activity.

          I have attached the id proof picture i collected from the representative and along with the slip he handed over.

          Kindly have a check and let me know the future procedures.

            I try to book my cylinder online or ivrs system, am getting a message that "refill order can not be created as open order already exists for the consumer". I visited my nearest indane servicing center but they can't solve my isssue.

            Date-2nd of jan2020 ko main jai durga filling station distt-ropar (Punjab) main fuel dalvane ke liye gya aur maine staff ko 2000rs ka fuel daalne ke liye bola lakin usne 400rs ka fuel daal kar stop kar diya aur fir dubara 1600/- fuel daalne laga jab maine us se 400 ka bill ke liye bola toh usne bola ki rs 1600/-bill de deta hu lakin rs-400/- ka nahi mil payega tab main samajh gya aur uske upar pressure banya toh usne mana ki mere se galti ho gai rs -400 ka maine fuel nahi daala tha aap se paisa le liye lakin.. Mere pass uski video recoding bhi avilable hai.. Uske baad maine pump ke owner ko call kiya toh usne maafi maangi aur apne staff se baat kiya mere phone se toh us time bhi staff ne apne owner ko bola ki galti ho gai mere se.. Aur iska audio recoding avilable hai mere pass.. Iske liye maine ioc ko bhi tweet kiya aur petrolium ministry ko bhi tweet kiya but abhi tak action nahi hua hai.. Main ye chahta hu ki aisa scam karne valo ka licance cancel kiya jaye.. Logo ke mehnat ke paiso ko lut kar kha rhe hai ye log. Mujhe umeed hai ki jald se jald iska jawab mujhe milega.
            Mere pass pump ka bill saath main photo's, video and call recoding avilable hai agar in main kisi bhi cheez ki jarurt ho toh main dene ko tayar hu. Saath hi kuch photo attach kar rha hu.

              Sir, today morning I filled petrol 305 rupes in my bike from om sai, West, Gaur City 2, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, but they not proper fill petrol in my bike and when he was starting fill to petrol that, he told me you would like pay card, cash or paytm and told me, than not show 00.00 mitter and started upon 76 rupes just i stoped filling petrol 305 rupes, than I pay 305 Rupes by Paytm and I told him Please provide me payslip but not provide payslip, he many excuse to me.

                Order no.[protected] dated 29.12.2019. Maurti gas agency anna nagar today refused to deliver cylinder and cancelled invoice due to rate change. They told delivery in 2 days initially. Every time they took 7-8 days in delivering cylinder and my home is just 3 km away from them. We feel totally harassed bcz of these people as every time we beg for cylinder.

                  Hello team,
                  I booked cylinder online using indian oil application and made payment of rs.716 through bhim on 31st december 2019. Amount has been debited from my account but payment is not reflecting in the invoice generated by you. I spoke to your customer support executive to lodge complaint but she refused to do so. I checked with bank and they have confirmed that payment is indeed made to your account.

                  Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest, otherwise i will end up paying same amount twice.

                      I have been visitng the petrolpump from past 6days.. They have the facitiy to swipe card but the staff is saying that it will take time for them to settle and sort out the transcations at the end of the day.. Today i noticed an online transaction has happened by seeing the payment slip but the staff refused my payment through staff... Is this the way the staff work and respond to the customers.. And while india is racing towards the digital and online payments i dont know how indian oil corporation is lagging.. Ioc will be loosing its valuable customers if they keep on maintaining the staff like this

                        I register for cyli. My connection no [protected]. Gas agency is dev agency saligramam. Cyli. Is registered on 27-12-19 and got the message the cyli will be supplied within 1 day at 2.59 pm. On the same day 27-12-19 cyli is delivered with invoice number[protected] at 7.16 pm. But i did not receive any cylinder so far on date 29-12-19 from gas company. Malpractice is going on with the above dev agency. Take suitable action against gas company. Kindly supply my cyli immediately.

                        I got message that cyli has been supplied at 7.16 pm but it is false since I did not receive anything but I waited for the entire 2 days up to[protected].30 pm and hence I made this complaint for necessary action at your end

                          I have booked my refill by online on the 23 rd of dec 2019 which was delivered on 28 th of dec. At the time of delivery i am not at home as my son has received it. The person who was on delivery had demanded a sum of rs.30/- from my son without any cash receipt. As my son refused to pay the person shouted with him and threatened him that further supply will be stopped if he did not pay the amount. Is it mandatory to pay such amount to him? When i searched in the website of the company i did not find any information regarding this. I have paid the cost of my refill by on line (Rs.728.50) as per invoice no.[protected]. So i want to know whether the conduct of the person is right? If it is not right, i request you to initiate necessary action against him.

                              The Indian oil pump at kattikulam, wayanad has very dirty bathroom.
                              The bathroom is totally unhygenic, without any regular cleaning.

                              The bathroon lacks even minimum maintance. The customers are finding it incoveninent.

                              When asked about it, the staff was very arrogant and accusing. The staff asked the customers to lodge complaint. Please take strict actions.

But your consecutive refuse the fill air in the car tyre they simply said that go to that shop 'which is opposite to the petrol pump' if you want to fill air into the car tyres.                                   Hello,

                                  I booked gas on 26/dec/2019 through indane mobile gas booking application indianoilone. I tried to do the pre-payment in advance through netbanking. Amount of rs 685 was deducted from my account but transaction was not displayed in history and i called up my distributor and he confirmed that they didn't received any request for refilling the cylinder.

                                  Please help me to get my money back in my account.

                                    I kindly request to provide following facilities at hingana akola distirict petrol pump.
                                    1. Petrol pump not having complaint book notice display infront of pump
                                    2. Petrol pump not having air check and refill point available, or not maintained properly by manager
                                    3. Toilets and urinary are not clean and hygenic
                                    4. Pump not having emergency phone call facility.

                                    Sir as i am frequent customer of petrol pump situated at hingna washim road akola, as i asked their manager regarding above facilities he rudly replied me and he did not answer properly, the said manager name is mr.                                       I came to get cng filled in my car at priyanka service station, 4-a/2, distt centre - ii, sec - 12, rohini, delhi on 24th december, 2019.
                                      The staff (Mr. Sunil) started filling the cng without showing the "zero reading" to me. I also noticed that he was filling the gas with the nozzle whose digital reading was not working. I asked him repeatedly (3 times) why is the reading not visible on the nozzle with which the gas is being filled? Mr. Sunil replied that the meter was working correctly instead. Once the gas was filled he told me to pay rs. 384/- which i paid using "phonepe" wallet (Copy attached). Once i got seated in the car and i was suspicious of some wrongdoing, i noticed that the cng was not full in my car, instead only 3 bars were filled instead of 4 (Which shows the cylinder being full). I asked sunil if he was sure the digital meter of the cng dispensing unit was working fine? He again said "yes it is". I told him that the cng was not fully filled and there was still one bar left. He said that since the pressure is low that is why the gas would not have filled fully. The when i confronted sunil as to why he did not show me "zero reading" before filling the gas and why he filled the gas from a unit whose digital meter was not functioning? He said that he has mistakenly charged rs.384 from me whereas the actual charge was rs 309/- i asked him to call the manager of the petrol pump. When the manager (Mr. Vijay kumar) came i told the entire sequence of events to him.
                                      He also, offered me to take the extra money they have charged, but i insisted on filing a formal complaint. They requested that it was a mistake and they will return the money back to me which they have charged extra from me. I kept on asking for the complaint register from the manager (Mr. Vijay kumar) but he kept requesting me not to raise a formal complaint. He also told me that they will sack mr. Sunil from the job. Upon requesting several times and being persistent i was given the complaint register in which i raised a formal complaint. After raising a formal complaint in the complaints register, i took the receipt for the cng filled and got it mentioned from the staff there that they have charged me rs 384/- but later returned rs 80/- which they have charged extra (Copy attached). However, they gave me the receipt very reluctantly and upon much persistence.
                                      It is interesting to note that, in the complaint register, i noticed that similar complaints were lodged previously also against the same staff (Mr. Sunil) for the same kind of fraudulent transactions. One such complaint was of mrs. Meenakshi jain (+91-[protected]) which was undated and then had been struck off with a pen. I called upon mrs. Meenakshi jain to enquire about her complaint also. She revealed that the same staff (Mr. Sunil) and petrol pump employees have charged her more in an fraudulent matter in the same modus operandi in march-april 2019. Then also, the manager (Mr. Vijay) has assured her that they will sack sunil from the job and convinced her to take her complaint back and that is why her complaint was struck off from the complaint register.
                                      From the above instances, it is very easy to imagine that some serious fraud is happening at priyanka service station and the customers are being cheated in the similar manner form several months to say the least. If the staff is charging about rs 100/- from each customer who is getting cng filled from there, how much money they must have duped from people like this. The suspicious demeanors in which the petrol pump staff has carried themselves definitely points out that all this fraud is being done deliberately to dupe innocent customers. I wonder, how many such complaints must have been written off or not raised only at the first instance!!!
                                      I request you to kindly take urgent cognizance of my complaint and look into the matter seriously and take necessary action against the culprits immediately.
